I've had Dr. Deguzman as my PCP since I've lived in Vegas. It can be very hard to get in but you can see anyone in the practice or at other southwest facilities. It also stinks you can't call directly. But other than those 2 things which seem to be becoming the norm unfortunately, I have been pleased with her treatment and the facilities are nice. They even have a radiology department and lab on site, which is very helpful.

Saw Dr. Jacki DeGuzman only once, due to change in my insurance. I had a good experience with her, felt she listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, so I left the office feeling better.She is very thorough. I would not mind having her as my primary care doctor. I would recommend her to anybody. The only thing I did not like is it took a long time getting an appointment for the 1st time, but that is not her fault.

feels I need more in-depth treatment, she is quick to refer to a specialist or facility. I have referred her to a number of friends and acquaintances and they all agree, she is simply the best.

Where do I start, her nurse Michelle is fantastic and helped me with Meds, referrals and walk. She was the first persons I saw and I was amazed how lovely she is. I felt like the only patient she had at 2 pm. Imagine that, YAY!
Now, Dr Deguzman, WOW WOW, she was kind, shook my hand and was sooooo intelligent and kind. She listened and I felt that I was her only patient today. She did not rush me, she advised me of my results from Summerlin Hospital (they did not! They told me nothing!) yet I’m glad because Dr Deguzmans tone and compassion was amazing. I felt that even though, my cancer is back 😢 she gave me hope. I was hopeless. This visit invigorated me, dried my tears and fears. With them in my corner? I FIGHT ON. 100 stars ⭐️

Dr DeGuzman is great, however I'd give her staff zero stars! They never seem to have an opening to see Dr. They constantly give us appointments two months after we call in for a checkup or to fill medication bc they are "booked". Even when they say they would call meds into the pharmacy they won't.
I went there once to get blood drawn (should be simple, never had problems before) the nurse gave me a huge unsightly bruise around my vein in my arm. (Even Dr DeGuzman was shocked when I went in the next day.)
I do not recommend this place!

Kind, considerate, takes time to explain conditions so you can understand. Answers all of your questions and listens to what you have to say. Very professional and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

I have been seeing to Dr. Deguzman for about a year, she is very by the book and has not yet learned to use her instinct. She does not give me doctors care just book care and I believe she is on some weird time frame so I never feel like she hears my symptoms. She hears one thing and wants to prescribe. She also becomes combative, but I think that is her still growing. After a few visits I guess when she got to know me it got better. Over all she is an ok Dr. With lots of learning of humans actions and reactions ahead of her. And learning compassion and sincerity.

Dr Deguzman is an excellent doctor! She takes her time & listens to whatever you need to say. She will explain what you don't understand. She is very caring. Her MA is also such a wonderful person. I recommend Dr Deguzman 100%
