This is one of two visits. I’m having with the dentist in order to have two crowns. I was pretty nervous and really dreading the procedure. I have to say the doctor was extremely kind, patient and very skilled. it is obvious that he has years of experience and he knows how to handle all types of patients, especially the ones who are extremely nervous like me I also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. I can't say enough good about this Dentist office. The entire team is as professional as they come. The office is ran so competently, it should be a Best Practices for other medical offices.

First visit. Convenient location with easy parking, nice-looking building, and a modern, clean office inside. The layout is typical for U.S. clinics — standard treatment rooms without private zones.
The initial diagnostics were fast, including imaging/X-ray/panoramic scan. Staff was polite and professional. After the exam, the doctor recommended replacing a crown.
Pricing is around average, possibly slightly above average. However, the technologies felt outdated — no modern digital scanning, in-house milling, or same-day crown options.
Overall, an okay experience, but I’ll likely look for another clinic that offers more up-to-date dental technologies.

I went in for a cleaning this time and my hygienist. Brittany was absolutely wonderful. Took good care of me. We laughed and she and a few other staff members gave me pointers on taking better care of my gums And had a better use my water pik. They also recommended a toothpaste that I should use in the morning or at least twice a day that would help with my gums. I just had gum grafting done a week ago. Through my research, I found a mouthwash that helps with the healing process. The company is located out of FL but thankfully, they have dentists that sell their product. So I stopped by here to purchase it. I came to Dr. Joshua Ignatowicz’s office thinking I just needed a filling. What I didn’t realize was that I had several serious tooth infections. The staff actually came in to look at my X-rays because they couldn’t believe I wasn’t in more pain. After reviewing everything carefully with me, Dr. Ignatowicz laid out a clear treatment plan and here I am, halfway through.
I’ll write a full review once the treatment is complete, but I want to share a few things now:
The staff: They always greet me by name, ask how I’m doing, and genuinely seem to care. That level of personal attention is rare these days, and it makes such a difference.
Dr. Ignatowicz: After seeing three other dentists for referrals, he was the only one who I felt truly listened. I felt heard. He took his time, explained everything, and was honest and forthright. Most importantly, he cared not just about the teeth, but about the person behind them.
The experience: Let’s be honest, going to the dentist is stressful. And I imagine from the dentist’s side, dealing with that stress day in and day out can’t be easy either. But with Dr. Ignatowicz, you’d never know it. What comes through instead is authenticity and kindness, which takes so much of the fear and pressure out of the chair. He does everything possible to help you through it.
So far, I couldn’t be more grateful that I found this office. Looking forward to finishing my treatment and updating this review when it’s complete.

I had been going to this dentist office for years and generally thought the care was good. Life got busy, and I hadn’t been in for over a year. When I recently tried to book a cleaning after that time away, the process became frustrating. Because I hadn’t been in a while, they required X-rays first, which took a few weeks to schedule. When I finally went in, they only took the X-rays and told me I couldn’t get a cleaning until March—about eight months later.

While I was still at the office, I requested my X-rays for a second opinion. However, I didn’t receive them until a week later. They said it was office policy, even though the X-rays are digital and I expected to get them by the end of the day since I had been there that morning.

They told me I needed four crowns and a filling. Wanting a second opinion, I went to another office, and they suggested only two crowns and a filling.

While the staff was professional, the long wait for a cleaning, the difference in treatment recommendations, and the delay in providing my X-rays made the experience less convenient and transparent than I hoped.

I visited this dental office for an initial exam due to a sensitive tooth and to get a basic cleaning. The dentist, after a brief 10-minute appointment involving X-rays and a one-minute oral exam, referred me to a hygienist and recommended a deep cleaning for all four quadrants. My teeth and mouth are generally healthy, except for the one sensitive tooth. When I asked the receptionist if I could opt for a basic cleaning instead, she claimed it would be illegal for the hygienist to perform one. This felt like upselling and dishonesty, as neither the dentist, hygienist, nor receptionist examined my gums before suggesting the extensive deep cleaning.

Well, so happy to comment. I few months ago I started having a problem with my upper partial having a tightness problem. I discovered one of the anchor teeth was loosening. I went to four different specialist dentists looking for a single tooth implant. All said, sorry that won’t help. All recommended full upper implant. Prices ranged from difficult to impossible. But the difference for me was the individual’s approach. One dentist was “here’s the problem and here is the cost for me and the surgeon - call me if I can help. NOPE!! Then there was Dr. Ignatowicz. Within the first minute it was obvious he cared about my situation, made me feel relaxed and reassured me about the procedure. He showed me the scan of my mouth, explained what needed to be done in away I understood. As with my primary physician, each subsequent visit I came with written questions - so I wouldn’t forget. He laughs when he sees the paper, but doesn’t leave until my questions are answered fully. I highly recommend Dr. Ignatowicz. Then there is the staff. Each and every person I have interacted with calls me by name and performs their task while showing concern for my care. Then there is Brooke. Such a compassionate person. She is the second contact after the Dr. She not only handles the financial end, but she is the contact throughout the whole treatment process. From providing supplies for post-op care, to routine appointment reminders to providing text support for any questions along the way. I’m in great hands.

I only gave one star this time because yesterday was the third time I have gone in to have a crown put on. And nope it still doesn’t fit. Apparently they send out who makes the crowns. So that means I have had to wait 3-4 weeks between each appointment to try the tooth. I just wanted to scream!! But I didn’t.

After a few different consultations for full upper and lower implants, I went with Dr. Ignatowicz because he made me feel like he cared about me and my smile. A very personable individual. Great dental practice! Brittany, the hygienist, is very thorough, friendly and caring. When I had a procedure with Dr. Hernandez, she made an extra effort to speak to him about my nervousness. Well, once again, Dr. Ignatowicz and his sensitive, caring , "on top of it" staff made what were prime examples of "old problems coming back to revisit" my wife ( 60) and I ( 70) as close to "not awful experiences" as I believe possible.

The attention to detail and never feeling as though we were being rushed through the procedures was very comforting, as were his "always up on the latest technical advances".

When we moved from New York to become Nevada residents in 2019, many of our NY doctors told us that the doctors here weren't as good as they were in the "Empire State".

So far, that has not been our experiences, with Dr. Ignatowicz. and staff leading the way.

I've never posted like this before and I take giving people medical advice very seriously.

My wife Joy & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. M. Ignatowicz for any dental work.especially SERIOUS stuff.

I did not expect the level of detail that went into my examination today, as well as the advanced technology in this office, which provided insight into my tooth and gum health. I'm a new client and I've had 2 visits so far that have been great. The obvious thing I've noticed so far is great communication between staff and the Dentist. During my consultation and x-rays I never felt rushed. They don't recommend extra items just to add to my bill . More importantly they recommended ways to save money! If your looking around for a new dentist give them a call.

Its been a few months and the bone has grown in quite well and my implant is ready to be inserted. I was very comfortable with laughing gas during the procedure and very little swelling. I said this before that the each staff member that I come in contact with is amazing. The Dentist Dr. Joshua is very thorough, polite, caring, a great listener and most of all makes sure I'm comfortable. I truly got lucky finding this dental office. This was my First time at this dental office. My mom and I both had an appointment to see Dr. I...We were greeted by the nicest receptionists, Marie and Sarah. It's a 2 story dental office. While I was being treated on the first floor, my mom was upstairs. She said the staff was terrific and took great care of her. We both were only suppose to have exams and X-rays but they had a cancellation and an opening so we both had a cleaning as well. The hygienists, Catherine, Lauren, and Brittany were amazing. My mom had some dental issues which Dr. I thoroughly explained exactly what his plan was step by step reassuring her that he would take great care of her teeth. Not only is it hard to come by a great dentist but also an entire staff that is not only professional but seem to enjoy their job as well! What an amazing group of people! I would like to say that if you need implants Dr.Ignatowicz is the only place you need to consider. The entire staff is so friendly .
I received full top and bottom implants and unlike what I’ve heard about other places he didn’t just use 4 top and 4 bottom he placed 7 and 8 ,15 anchors in total .
They also to my surprise were able to use my insurance to an extent and saved me I think around two thousand dollars, some insurance might not cover anything.
They gave me a price and said that there wouldn’t be any other hidden costs and that’s exactly what they did.
The office is actually cleaner than a hospital.
Dr Ignatowicz is an extraordinary Doctor and everyone in his office knows and preforms their jobs better than any Doctor office I’ve ever been to.

I've been going here for a couple years now and they are the best dentist I've ever been to by far. From the front office staff to the hygienists and doctors, they are kind, accommodating and extremely professional. They work with my insurance directly and they are always up front about what my costs are going to be. They've handled COVID precautions really well too. Throughout the offices there are air purifiers, I've frequently seen staff sanitizing surfaces and they make sure everyone that comes in isn't sick and has a normal temperature. They are also great at working around my schedule. Special shout out to Brittany, my hygienist. She's completely awesome and always does a really great job on my teeth. She also has super helpful suggestions on how to brush better at home and what I should be doing to care for my teeth better. All in all these guys are really great. I am pregnant and I had a cleaning and I was really nervous but the staff is being super clean and so is the office! I was very impressed. Today was not my first time at Dr. Ignatowicz's office, but it has been over five years so I reestablished as a new patient. I saw a new dentist Dr. Gustavo Hernandez. I have seen only Dr. Joshua Ignatowicz in the past who is a pleasant professional family oriented man. I was very pleased with Dr. Hernandez's efficiency and thoroughness . I was also happy to be in and out of the office as a new patient with a full exam, including at least 20 x-rays, as well as close-up and mouse, pictures of each filling ant cavity I needed. I was shown a picture of each of the recommended treated areas, and scheduled for a filling and crown for the area causing me pain symptoms to treat first. The office staff were very pleasant as well. I completed my new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment, which made the process in office very quick. I also enjoyed the TVs with streaming photos to enjoy while in the exam chair and appreciated the cleanliness and modern updates to the clinic. I have visited about four or five different dental offices in Vegas, and am happy to return to this practice. I highly recommend coming here for all your dental concerns, as they are very trustworthy, clean, and professional.

What an amazing experience! I have very sensitive teeth and Britney was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn’t hurting me. She put me at ease! Switching to Dr. Hernandez was the best decision. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful in getting the best treatment needed. I am not one to leave many reviews, but I am severely disappointed in this practice. I came to this practice because I had terrible luck with the previous practice I went to. I trusted this practice wholeheartedly and got a lot of things fixed that the last practice missed due to lack of care and loyalty. I thought I found my hygienist and dentist at this practice, however that’s not the case anymore. It was back in January or February of this year where I had to reschedule my appointment. I was told I would not be seen until August. I opted to be called whenever there was a cancellation prior to August. I also called the office to notify them of my new contact information. However, someone there was not taking down my information because I had to call three or four times to provide them yet again with my new number. Now comes today, July 30th, I call to see if I am still scheduled for August since I stopped getting calls for cancellations. Apparently I was NEVER put on the schedule. I was then told I had to wait until November or come at 7 am this Friday! I then said I will take my business elsewhere because why was I not A notified of a cancellation and B my appointment was cancelled and C I now had to wait another four months?! No way. You guys aren’t loyal to me anymore and now have lost a customer.

Things started out great when I first started going to the office. At this time I would say I don’t feel like a priority. The hygiene and upkeep of my teeth is very important to me and I have been rescheduled twice after waiting months for my appointment. Both times have been due to their internal issues. It was my first visit to the office I was very impressed with the professionalism kindness and courteousness attention they showed me. For me being at a dentist office can be somewhat anxiety filled in this instance that was not the case. They made me feel very comfortable and at easy. Upon leaving I was well-informed about what they could do and what I could do to get the best care needed i’m very thankful for that. Wood and will recommend them to others.

Very friendly and warm staff. My hygienist, Katherine was awesome. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had a very good experience today with Dr Hernandez. I really appreciate his calm demeanor, as I’m a anxious patient. His techs are great too!!
I greatly appreciate the fact they were able to get me in for a same-day emergency appointment. I had a crown come off & am leaving early Wednesday to visit my grandsons. I didn’t want to cancel my trip. Dr Hernandez did a thorough exam of my root canal & surrounding area to make sure it was still a viable structure before cementing it back on.

I had an appointment on Monday April 22, 2024 at noon, since i registered before hand, checking in was very simple and just a briefly 5 minute wait time. My dental technician was very gentle on my gums while taking my x rays. Within a couple of minutes Dr. Joshua came in and explained to me my treatment option in a comprehensive not coming off pushy. Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to! My hygienist is so kind and takes the time to get to know me, she will ask for updates on what we talked about at my previous appt 6 months prior. She takes the time to remember who I am and it makes the entire experience so much better. The dentist does the same. I had a baby between my last appt and my latest appt and they both asked how I was doing and how my son is, the dentist even offered some advice which I was very thankful for! We shared laughs and all around had a great time. I strongly recommend this dentist! I am not a Las Vegas native so I am very grateful I found this office!

Longer then your typical dental visit wait time.
The waiting room is small and there’s only 2 places to sit. No sound on their waiting room TV which isn’t a huge deal, but there was a movie playing that seemed to be funny, we couldn’t hear it. Mask policy is pretty strict so if you’re a fan of that, you’ll appreciate it, but if you’re not, you won’t. Staff was nice. Doctor seemed to be nice & know what he was doing. We didn’t get any work done bc my daughter needs to have some orthodontic stuff done first as well as a cavity filled by her regular dentist.

I’d go back for sure just wasn’t overly impressed by anything.

I could not be happier with my teeth (implants) . My experience began with a consolation. I learned all pf the options of what could be done for my toothless mouth. There was no pressure, I could make the decision that was right for me. Every single person in this office is nice, genuine, and caring. I had a dental emergency over the weekend December 2015 and they went above and BEYOND to take care of me right away. I am very happy with everything I have had done there from a regular dental cleaning to multiple crowns and root canals. I always get complimented on my smile and I attribute a lot of it to the dental care provided by Dr. Ignatowicz and his team. ***Bonus: You get to watch movies or shows with headphones on a TV while the dentist is doing his work. This is by far the least stressful dentist I have ever visited. I recommend him to anyone, but especially to people that are nervous or afraid of going to the dentist. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere the office staff create and the quality of work done by the dentist is reason enough to check him out if you're looking for a new dentist or not extremely happy your current dentist.

Out of curiosity, I took it upon myself to read the two negative reviews on here which are completely absurd and laughable. I had written responses to each of them, but decided to remove it from my review as not to embarrass them. So again, check this place out -- you won't be disappointed!

Been going to Dr. ignatowicz for a little over a year. I had complete top teeth implants and couldn't be more pleased. From the moment you walk in the door the office staff treats you like an old friend. Super friendly and awesome to deal with. As for the dental side of things...Totally awesome. Dr Ignatowicz is a true professional and dedicated to his craft. Believe it or not. My procedure was the most pain free dental experience in my 54 years on earth. The service is unmatched. Had a couple of issues with my temporary implants and was able to get help literally within an hour. Even on a Saturday and Sunday. Everyone from the office staff, techs, hygienist, dentists and Dr Ignatowitcz are all top notch. I've recommended them to many friends and would recommend them to you as well.

I’ve been seeing Dr I for years and feel very fortunate to have found such a great dentist and dental staff. As a kid growing up in the late 50’s dental care was painful and I hadn’t forgot, sounds silly I know.
Dt. I uses the latest technology and is highly skilled in the art of dentistry. I needed a dental implant and while that was quite a crazy experience I am thankful for his skill and 2 yrs later it’s still perfect. Dr. Ignatowicz is a phenomenal dentist! He always makes me feel comfortable even when he's doing something major like removing wisdom teeth. I don't know how he does it but he always remembers what we talked about at the last appointment. He always asks me about college and seemed genuinely excited when I told him I had gotten accepted to a graduate program. High five and all. The staff is equally as amazing. Maries at the front desk is THE sweetest lady! She's always super helpful in person and on the phone. The hygienists and office staff are all so nice and welcoming. The office is awesome. Super clean and comfortable. I was there once for an hour for a filling and was rubbing my arms because I was slightly chilly and they gave me a blanket. A blanket! How nice is that?! I’ve been going to Dr. I for about 10 years now and have been very happy. I love my hygienist. I’ve sent several people there, as I sell dental plans. I’m only giving 4 stars because I had to wait 25 min for my appointment. Also, I didn’t do a review on my previous visit (6 months ago), but had a different hygienist (don’t recall her name, but she was new) and she suggested I may need a crown on one of my teeth. I felt like it was an up-sell and completely out of line, as I don’t have anything wrong with my teeth. In fact, my recent appointment proved (once again), I have healthy gums and teeth. When dentist offices (or any medical) start pushing unnecessary tests and treatments, that’s a quick way to lose my business.

I just finished up a lot of dental work to fix up all the previous issues I had going on. I have extreme dental anxiety and not only is Dr. empathetic and makes sure your comfortable but his staff is amazing as well. The office is set up relaxing but distracting with Netflix and headphones in the rooms. It’s always clean and your wait is never long. What more can you ask for this is how dental service should be! Everyone in this office is friendly and professional! I have not seen the dentist regularly over my 50 years of life, and luckily my teeth are not in too bad of shape, all things considered. All staff were very kind and didn't say anything demeaning or negative at all about my lack of professional dental care and they offered several options to make me more comfortable during my procedure. Office is beautiful as well. Only gripe is that I tried to be efficient by filling out all my paperwork before arrival. I went to the website they directed me to, but unfortunately the paperwork I brought was not right, so I had to do it over again which was annoying, but not that big of a deal.

I always thought I had the best dentist. I had 1 last wisdom tooth that was bugging me. Being new in town, I called Abbey Dental first, then I read all their extortion based reviews. I decided to shop around and found Dr. Ignatowicz who had amazing reviews and after my visit, I can see why.

This dentist knows what he is doing and did a couple things that seemed much more advanced than my dentist back in LA. I do advertising and always worked out some kind of deal with my old dentist, but I could tell from the moment I stepped foot in Dr. Josh's office, he had newer equipment and more advanced methods.

I don't have insurance, so paid out of pocket. While this wasn't the cheapest option, the pricing was upfront and very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care provided and techniques used.

Absolutely recommend going to Dr. Josh.

Wow! I just moved back to Henderson from Florida and needed to establish myself again with a dentist. I am embarrassed to say that I have neglected my oral hygiene for 4 years. Needless to say, I need to get my gums and teeth back where they were. I met Dr. Ganta after Breanna took me back for x-rays. Breanna was very friendly and did an excellent job taking the x-rays. Nothing was uncomfortable. As soon as I was taken back, I was instructed to wash my hands and rinse my mouth with mouthwash. That, in itself was impressive. So, Dr. Ganta was right up front with me and treated me with the utmost respect without judgement. She made a plan for what we need to do. I feel confident with her. I was so nervous at first for which my BP revealed. It was much lower when Breanna took it again before I left. I also have to mention Kenzie at the reception desk. She was really nice and professional even with phone calls and my questions. I’m pleased.🤗

I wanted to add another review after being a client for years. I have been getting my teeth cleaned regularly with Elaine. I love her! She is so personable and has a great personality. We are always laughing in between a tooth here and there. She does a great job and never makes me feel intimidated. I also want to give a shout out for the front staff.
