I've waited a while to leave this review for personal reasons. My daughter had a bad reaction to steroid cream we used for eczema. Some call it Topical Steroid Withdrawal, others, Red Skin Syndrome, there are more names. This condition, caused by steroid cream, was discovered by a doctor in the late 70s. When we started using the hydrocortisone creams, my daughter came down with asthma after several months. We used the cream on and off over the years. She was prescribed a corticosteroid inhaler for her asthma. Her skin and breathing got worse and worse. Eventually, in my mid- thirties, I was also diagnosed with asthma. I would apply the cream to her skin and wash my hands but I was exposed to the cream regularly. My daughter's skin in its entirety, head to toe, was completely red, flaking, oozing, and much of it had open wounds, her face was swollen and they kept telling me to use more, stronger hydrocortisone cream. I took her to our pediatrician, who acted like Topical Steroid Withdrawl wasn't the issue. She insisted I take my daughter to Justin Cottrell the same day. I arrived at the office and they said I couldn't be there without an appointment. When we went back to our pediatrician the next week, she asked why we didn't go see him. I told her we tried to. She sent us there again. He walked in, and without introducing himself, he started taking pictures of my minor child without my consent. He told me to use more, stronger hydrocortisone cream. I suggested that maybe it isn't working, and since her entire skin as an organ is covered in this condition, maybe it's TSW. He told me that isn't a thing that happens to people, even though it was well established over 40 years ago. He acted like if I didn't use their medications that they would report me. It's a cult! I filled the prescriptions and threw them in the trash. My daughter's skin had to entirely regenerate to heal from the harm these medications did. It took the better part of a year. If she had kept using those medications, I think she would've died. What she went through was horrifying, and they are definitely not concerned with the "do no harm" part of the Hippocratic Oath. After we stopped using the steroid skin cream, the asthma improved for both of us. I no longer have asthma, and my daughter's is extremely mild since she stopped using the hydrocortisone cream and corticosteroid inhaler. If they can't admit that some people might have a bad reaction to their medicine, they're in a cult.

It was wonderful.....the girls that checked me in were very friendly and thorough. The waiting room was very pleasant. The assistant that came to get me was very nice (she apologized for my wait though it wasn't as long as many other doctor offices). And Justin was also very thorough, explained what I should look for, explained the various 'things' were, and answered all of my questions.

Overall great experience. Justin Cottrell was exceptional. He took time with me, answered questions. Did not rush me or make me feel unimportant. I rarely have a good experience at a doctors office, like I did here. Staff was also friendly and good, I didn’t wait long. I left satisfied with my medical care and my experience. Highly recommend.

Staff is great He i very abrupt and defensive. Didn't want to answer questions and questioned "are you a doctor"? I have been treated for skin cancers for decades and have been to many dermatologists, so I know a little about what works and what doesn't. He treated me three times with the same negative results. Very thin skinned and antagonistic if you question him.
It wasn't until then that he decided to order a biopsy. The previous clinic I was going to did it in house the same day.
LVSCC and cancer wanted three days and a future appointment.
I won't be going there again.
