I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kaplan. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the staff, and the office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Kaplan took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly, making sure I felt heard and understood. Their professionalism and expertise were evident, and I felt confident in their care. If could swear on these google reviews every word would be used to express my anger towards this “medical practice”. Rosemary the medical assistant gave me misinformation when I tried to bring up an issue regarding my adhd medication. Because she gave me the misinformation I never brought it up to Dr Kaplan so it affected me being able to get my medication and now, one month later after SEVERAL CALLS to all lines the rude receptionist (they’re all rude, short with you, super unprofessional) decides to “oh! Yeah you’re not getting this prescription anymore because you only talked to rosemary and not the doctor.” Well rosemary needs to get checked and so does Dr Kaplan because he first of all can’t even contact me to let me know my prescription I’ve been taking for a year is now being discontinued, and second can’t even write a correct prescription. Don’t get me started. One of my anxiety meds was called in incorrectly and I had been taking what I thought was the same correct med for a month and developed nightmares. No apology from them tho.

Take your business elsewhere. They don’t care about you at all and they’ll never return a phone call so do yourself a favor and don’t leave a single message they won’t reply. Selfish old staff that’s miserable and bickers which each other in front of patients. Shaking my head.

NOW ITS THREE WEEKS LATER, they gave me the incorrect psychiatrist phone number and the receptionist is literally giggling at me getting angry on the phone.

DO NOT GO HERE. I HAVE ALREADY HIRED AN ATTORNEY.

Omg This place is PATHETIC!! My husband was going there and the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and let him sign in and sit there literally an hour until he went to the desk to ask why he had not been called and they told him he was there on the wrong day!! The old nurse that checks patients in is rude and cold as well as the front desk. Avoid this Doctor and so called medical practice. We found a new Primary care. The Doctor puts you through unnecessary test that he does at his office so he can get paid from your insurance. He does not address the primary reason you go there. Terrible Doctor and staff.

Dr. Kaplan and the main Nurse that assists him are very thorough and I love that he has interns follow him around; however, his front office staff is horrible. They always have bad attitudes. They cut you off when you're speaking. My first time there, they had a half hour convo about husbands before even providing my paperwork. I finally go back a year later, to give them a chance at redemption - because my husband loves Dr. Kaplan - and again, poor service. My husband called after hours to make me a sick appointment. No call back. The next day, after hours, I leave a message with the answering service. No call back. I show up as a walk-in and have to knock on the door at 8 am because they haven't opened it yet. Later that day, I go to pick up my scripts and the pharmacy is waiting to hear from them because of a mistake. I called the office to get a doctor's note for work and of course was presented with attitude because I wanted the note to clearly state I can return when my main symptom clears or on Monday. I was hung up with so quickly that I had to call back to address the incorrect script. I was quickly told that there was no mistake, and as I started to explain what the pharmacy said, I was abruptly cut off with the understanding that there is a mistake and they will contact the pharmacy. Such unnecessary stress added to being sick by the staff here. It's so unfortunate for the existing patients, so I want to caution future patients. Hopefully the staff has a turnover soon!

I have called the office and left messages almost daily for about 10 days just to get a prescription renewed. I even sent an email no response. So I called today and picked.the option to make an appointment, hoping that speaking to someone would make a difference
The person that answered did not apologize for their lack of response. Let's if my prescription gets renewed tomorrow.

Horrible place. If there was 0 I would put 0. My appointment was 2:30 pm. I was there at 2:00 pm. They gave me the papers to fill at 2:30 pm. And went to the room. Waited until 4:00 pm and I have never seen the Dr. I send him my regards and left after waiting for 2 hours. A Barbershop is better

Dr kaplan himself is a great doctor and i would love to keep my services with him ,but the staff never returns calls and the wait is just too long ! I would love to keep seeing Dr Kaplan but his staff irresponsible return response to his customers is just careless ! The staff sucks period !! I should've looked at the reviews.

HORRIBLE! The staff are rude and inappropriate. I waited almost two hours for my appointment. My prescription never got sent to the pharmacy and after 5 calls and voicemails with no effort to get back to, I had to go back in after two weeks to speak to the staff in person to get my prescription. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.

I’ve been a patient for over 5 yrs & I agree, sometimes the wait is a little long but Dr Kaplan is a very thorough doctor. He takes time with each patient. Don’t you agree! He doesn’t rush you out the Ofc & he listens to you & what your health complaint is about.
Some patients have a little more to say than others. Do the wait sometimes a little long. But I know when my time is called, I will leave his Ofc fully understanding my problem & the possible solutions.

Dr. Kaplan definitely cares about his patients. The wait can be a little long sometimes but it's worth it. My only feedback would be to change out some of his staff. It seems the front desk girl(s) don't care so much about providing good customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous. Called two weeks ago and let them know my insurance which is an HMO through my employer. When I get in they say that the HMO I have isn't one they take, only through the Nevada exchange. I printed the listing off of the Insurance's website with the PCP code and everything. I've taken off work for this and it's absolutely unacceptable that they didn't tell me anything until I arrived for the appointment! Don't bother with this Doctor's office, they need to get their act together.

Horrible everything. I had a 9:30 a.m appointment scheduled with this clown and I waited an hour and a half to watch them skip over me. Around a 11 once complained and was called back 5 minutes later for the nurse to tell me it would be 15 to 20 minutess of more waiting.

I think my doctor of more than 6 years is the best medical doctor there is. This man has saved my life many times. I love being his patient. He spends time with all of us individualy. He teaches us to take care of ourselves. He cares about our families. His nurses and staff work very hard. Thank you doctor Kaplan and staff for being there for Corina kinnan.
