I have been taking my children (2) to this office for 6 years, never really had any issues until today when my daughter saw Dr Bryan Adams. He started the visit off with "whats the name of the boy you've been kissing that made you have a sore throat?" Then he states "if strep is negative probably just a virus like everybody else" he had a med student, not the best example for the med student to follow. We waited for results, one of the MAs popped her head in and says "strep is negative, you guys are good to go" and walked away. Felt the most disrespect from that office today. Madison and Caroline are the absolute best in this office.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love Dr. Lepore. My children have been seeing him since birth, and I have a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old. If you want your children to have a great pediatrician, I honestly don’t think they make doctors like him anymore. He goes above and beyond for his patients, and that is why I was willing to drive from Reno, NV, to Las Vegas, NV—a drive of more than 3 hours—to make sure my children received care from him.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front office staff and some of the nurses at KidFixers Pediatrics has been completely different.

What ultimately made me write this review happened on Monday, August 24. My wife drove from Victorville, CA, to Las Vegas for our son’s appointment. She was approximately 10 minutes late because our 3-year-old was having a very difficult time. He was throwing up, screaming, and complaining about his eye, which was extremely red. This is completely abnormal for him, and my wife was understandably worried and panicking because she didn’t know what was wrong.

When she arrived, she was told that because she was late, no one could see her. I had always been told that there was a 15-minute grace period, so this was extremely frustrating, especially considering the circumstances.

My wife called me crying because she had just driven all the way from Victorville to Las Vegas and was being told that our son could not be seen—even though he was sick and clearly in distress. I told her to go back inside and ask to speak with a manager.

When she tried to explain the situation, the manager accused her of lying because our address had not been updated. I found that extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in empathy. There was no compassion shown toward my wife or our child, who was sick and in pain.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there was only one other family in the office at the time. After about an hour, they were finally able to see my son.

I want to make it clear that this review is NOT about Dr. Lepore. I think he is an excellent pediatrician, and I have trusted him with my children since they were born. My issue is with the way my family was treated by the front office and management.

After years of driving long distances because I believed Dr. Lepore was worth it, this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this will be the last time my family receives care at KidFixers Pediatrics.

Dr. Lepore deserves better support from the staff around him, because he is truly an amazing doctor. My hope is that management takes this experience seriously and works on treating families with more compassion, understanding, and respect—especially when a sick child is involved.

The original pediatric nurses and MA are good and professional at their jobs, BUT ones to look out for are the FRONT DESK/ADMINISTRATIVE workers. They Violate HIPPA. They had changed my profile to the Fathers information without calling me or checking in on me to see if it was fine. Let alone they left MY email, date of birth, but only changed the name and phone number. So if you are ever going through a custody case with the other parent or want a sense of security with ur pediatric center, this pediatric is not for you. The excuse they used is "Mom and Dad has equal rights and the only way you can change it is if you come in person with an appointment." Highly unprofessional, I hope this place works on their SOP and get better front desk workers. These administrative workers do not know what you are going through, so they are so quick to change the info.

A little insight of my situation, The other parent does not have any court order, so they decide to tamper with my profile that I had created just because "mom and dad has equal rights." without calling in or notfiying.

EDIT (reply to owners response): Very unprofessional response unrelated to the topic. What I'm saying is KIDFIXERS Pediatrics front team/administrative, but now let's bring in the office policy and to whoever set it up. IT still violates HIPPA, My profile was tampered with and changed to the Fathers name and number WITHOUT my consent. IF ANOTHER PROFILE WAS ADDED under mine and my Childs profile, it would make complete sense and no issues would be established. Besides that, there is no court order, and my daughter's medical is under my medical policy. Furthermore, This will cause insurance fraud or claim rejections. (Edit was made on August 20, 2026).

Dr. Adams was wonderful! Our usual pediatrician, Caroline, wasn’t in when my baby got sick, and Dr. Adams took great care of us. He was friendly, quick, and thorough, and we left feeling truly seen and heard. So grateful for the care he provided.

First off, we are very fortunate to have our child seen by Dr. Adam, he is patient and kind, not just with our child, but with us as well, and is just everything you would want in a pediatrician.

Second off, I’d like to apologize to Dr. Lapore for clearly interrupting his evening with my concerns about my child’s second ever fever and possible signs of infection. “I’m at a show, so I’ll make this brief” is not the VERY FIRST THING a concerned, new mother wants to hear over the phone from an on-call provider who is clearly irritated by her moronic concerns. I appreciate his response and his expertise, however, his condescending, dismissive tone was shocking and upsetting.

As a doctor, I’m sure he has heard and seen it all, but as a new parent, I’m seeing this all for the first time, learning as I go and seeking guidance from professionals with whom I entrust my daughter’s health and well-being. And I, like most people, never want to be made to feel that my concerns are foolish, and I, like most people, don’t want to hang up a phone call and cry. Unfortunately, we all don’t always get what we want.

I chose KidFixers as a recommendation from my friend while I was pregnant and I'm so glad we chose them as the pediatric office for our daughter. Dr. Adam saw my newborn baby before leaving Summerlin Hospital and has been seeing her ever since -- alongside the other attentive MA's and ped. drs. Whenever we've needed a last min. sick visit, we've been able to get seen the same day. They answer all of our questions and never make us feel silly as first time parents. We live way across town from the office but we like it so much we never mind making the drive. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

From the moment you walk in, the front desk girls are so kind, welcoming, and efficient. It makes every visit smooth and stress free.

Dr. Caroline, Dr. Lepore, and Dr. Maddie are absolutely incredible. They take their time, truly listen, and genuinely care about both the kids and the parents. You never feel rushed, and you always leave feeling reassured and informed.

Jessica is amazing and always goes above and beyond. The entire nursing staff is hands down the best, so patient, gentle, and compassionate. They make kids feel safe and comfortable, even during the tough moments.

What really stands out is how personal they make everything. My daughter absolutely loves going there, and that says everything. They know her by name and always make her feel so special.

It is rare to find a pediatric office where every single person truly cares, but Kidfixers does. We are so grateful to be part of their care.

Would not recommend this office to anyone I care about. The PA should not be giving diagnosis, as an incorrect one was thrown at me for my child while she told me there was nothing I could do to change it. (She was wrong BTW)
Asking questions gets condescending answers from the Dr. In a time of informed consent questions should be welcomed and an opportunity to explain and give more information. Not to be annoyed and insinuate we know what’s best for our children.

I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed by what happened at this pediatric office. During a recent visit for my 15-month-old son, my husband and I discussed with PA Lamb ( me over the phone my husband in person) that we wanted to split my child’s five vaccines scheduled for that day because he has had significant reactions in the past (fever, vomiting, etc.). We clearly agreed to give three vaccines at this appointment and the remaining two at a later date.

At the appointment, my husband was asked to restrain our son while the nurse administered the shots. In the chaos of our baby screaming, four shots were given instead of three, without our consent. When my husband asked about it afterward, the nurse said, “That’s what you were getting today,” and left the room.

I called the office immediately and spoke with a manager, who told me there was “not much I can do but say sorry” and blamed it on “misinformation in the media” and “a system issue.” The PA we saw Maddy Lamb called to apologize however said he is not in danger. To me it was the complete lack of consent that was so violating.

Parents deserve to be heard and respected in their child’s medical care. What happened today felt like a serious breach of trust and consent, and I hope no other family has to experience what we did. This goes without mentioning the horrible interaction my husband faced when walking into the clinic that day late because our little one had thrown up in the car. The front desk was so rude, never asked what happened, completely disregarded them both being covered in throw up. Overall I am still just sick to my stomach over it all.

I have been going to this practice with my little one since he was born. Out of the blue, I recieved a letter in my mailbox stating to look for another pediatrician. Classic over bookers will keep you waiting 1-2 hours to been seen. When we arrived I noticed 5 people in the waiting area so I went up to the front desk and asked when we would be seen. They told me I was the next patient. 45 mins later I went to the front desk and was called in, a PA told us we were the next patient and we were seen 30 mins after that. So a total of 1hr 15 mins to be seen.

The staff is incredibly rude as well and all I did was ask them about every 30 mins when we were going to be seen after they told us we were the next patient. my guess is we were actually 5th up at the time when they were saying we were next because a typical doctors appt is about 15 mins. So in my opinion they were just lying to us right from the beginning

The doctor was a goof as well. He made a comment that a newborn infant can suck harder than a breast pump and when I asked him how that was possible he looked at me with a straight face and said "that's just how it is"

The doctor we saw Caroline Talbot was unprofessional and rude. She said many comments that were extremely unnecessary to both my child and myself. She also didn’t respect our religious beliefs and said she’d no longer see us although we have been going to this pediatric office for the last three years with no issues from any other doctor regarding our beliefs. I've been dreading trips to our pediatrician to the point my husband and I actually (play) fight over who has to go. We've been doing urgent care the last few times instead, but that is not the quality of care we're looking for either. Change is hard, but I called Kidfixers this morning and they made everything super easy! They had an appointment available within 3 hours, not too much paperwork, and we were in and out within an hour! Even better, we felt heard...and seen. Yes, we are weird, and my son and I laughed hysterically with the unexpected influenza B diagnosis. He had his flu vaccine and is not the kid that typically gets the flu. We've been through a lot, sinus infection and everything elses typical, but flu is just another thing to add to his list. 😂 2023 was a long, hard year!

Huge shout out to Dr. McMorrow-Reid and everyone we encountered! We appreciate your help, kind demeanor, and expertise. We will be back but, hopefully, not too soon! 4-6 weeks! :)

The Physicians and P.A.’s we have seen have been great. The staff however, at least the ones I have come into contact with the last 2 years are lacking empathy, unopen to feedback and unamenable. There have been multiple issues, but to save you time lets forward to today. Twice now we have had issues with prescriptions not going through to our pharmacy. Each time I call, I leave a detailed messages our information, the medication, the pharmacy and what is transpiring. I have a medical background and understand the importance of leaving a detailed message. After leaving four messages, constantly calling our pharmacy to see if these prescriptions have been received. One medication at each call has been sent over instead of all three. I still have one medication that my child needs daily that is 4 weeks late. After pleading for the fourth time for this medication and even stating I will come pick up a paper form if that helps… still waiting. I called again this morning and asked to speak to management and told they were not available today. I tried to express my concern as to my children not getting their medication in a timely manner. In exact words I stated: “I do not feel like I am being heard.’ The response was “my lead nurse is working on this, she is not incompetent.” Again, I stated: “ I never said she was, I am saying, I don’t feel heard. I am just trying to get my child prescriptions filled.” The response was “leave a more detailed message next time.” Again, this place has great providers, however the staff is very defensive, uncooperative and fail to recognize issues within the system. It’s a shame.

As a medical professional myself (in Pediatrics) I most likely will not take my child back. We were originally scheduled with one of the doctors, but they called & needed to reschedule so we were scheduled with a mid level provider (I’ll update once I have her name). The appt was very impersonal, she sat at a computer with her back turned almost the whole time, I never felt like she wasn’t actually listening to me. She asked ZERO questions about his medical history, until I suggested she probably should know it (that’s usually important 🙄). Except for auscultating heart/lungs, she did ZERO physical exam until I asked her (she literally lied to me about palpating his abdomen). I will say, the nurse was awesome. He was great with my son, so personable, & did an excellent job giving the vaccines! I’ve heard nothing but great things about the doctors at the clinic, but your mid level providers reflect on you, & it was a disappointing visit.

Dr Lepore is the best dr ever!!!!! He has been my sons doctor since he was 8 months old and he is 17 now. My son is special needs and he was the one who helped us get the right diagnosis on our son. He has been there every step of the way since than. Every time our son has been in the hospital or sick he has always checked on him and helped us. He is not just our sons doctor he is family!! Overall I've been happy with this office. I've seen some bad and inappropriate pediatricians before (my oldest is almost 17, youngest is 4) and have seen it all. Yes, I've been on hold for >20 minutes to make an appointment. Yes, I've been spoken to by staff - not the doctors - in off-putting ways. But I'm there for the doctors and I think the doctors have been wonderful. I did not have a pediatrician when my 4 year old was born. She was 4 weeks early, and tiny, and the hole in her heart hadn't closed yet. She was a high risk pregnancy - Gestational diabetes, my own previous pregnancies with placenta abruptia, placenta previa, she "failed" her non-stress tests like 5 times in 3 weeks. We saw all the doctors before she was born and got the cardiologist ultrasound at 28 weeks. The whole thing. My first baby died due to abruptia at 25 weeks, my 2nd was 37 weeks, my 3rd was 34 weeks with previa that hemorrhaged etc. Both Drs Lepore and Jerome saw her in the hospital, they were EXTREMELY caring both with her and with me, as my anxiety skyrocketed due to her heart not being 100%, her blood sugars not going up past 40. They were so calm and understanding. They were confident with their determinations of her health without coming off as cocky or rude. She is fine now. They don't panic about things. They aren't ignorant of new information that's out there in the field. I take my middle child in regularly and only have opinions about a particular nurse there who knows it all and won't listen completely to me, and as a nurse myself it ruffles my feathers a bit but whatever. I'm happy and my kids are healthy and I can't really complain.

Used to use this office. Had an awful experience with one of the doctors.

Visits were okay as long as I had my mother or my husband to go with me when I took my son. But when I would have to go alone I was talked down to. My son wasn't responding to his name and so I expressed my concerns that perhaps there might be something wrong with his hearing. I was met with a rude "you just think your kid is special needs or something". No parent should ever be met with their concerns like that!!
There were some inappropriate interactions that specific doctor had with me such as getting too close to me and handling my son in a rather rough manner. Very disappointing!!! I was referred to this place for both of my kids and i was denied an appointment, apparently we had a no show even tho my kids have never been seen here, well to my surprise we never scheduled the appointment it was my sons social worker that did and did not tell me, so now we can’t be seen, my biggest issue is how careless they are about children’s well being! They worry more about insurance and payments, we have double insurance and are able to pay but are still denied!

I'm really disappointed in Kidfixers. My kids have been patients with the office for 13 years. It's a wonderful practice and has been great for my family - until today. I called to make an appointment for my very ill 4 year old. The office usually holds spots for sick kids to come in same day. Today the front office told me that the office was too busy and to go to Urgent care or find a new doctor's office altogether. She said the doctors don't have time for anyone at the moment. I was completely taken back by this comment. It's sick season - my kids have a preferred pediatrician for a reason. I feel like I've been loyal to this office through the many changes over the years and I'm not feeling the loyalty in return. I'm now going to sit in an urgent care with toddler instead of seeing her doctor. Wish me luck!

Dr. Lapore is the only doctor my little guy isn’t afraid of because he is warm, kind and while he does take concerns and referrals seriously, he never makes me, mom, feel silly for asking or over react if something my be a little off. Great doctors but horrible office staff! My son has been coming here since he was born! Even during lockdown, Dr.Jerome would video chat us and always assure our baby was perfectly fine! But now they refuse to see us!!

WARNING!!!!! If you schedule an appointment and your son and you have COVID and had to reschedule the appointment because of COVID. THEY DO NOT CARE! They will no longer see you! They don’t care how long you’ve been with them, what the reason was for your reschedule or how severely ill we were during our quarantine! I expected so much better from this office! Now I’m left scrambling to find a brand new doctor my son can trust and feel comfortable around.

We’ve been here a few times since changing pediatricians and seriously it has been the best decision ever! Both of my kids always leave happy. The drs take their time explaining and making sure the kids are taken care of. I always leave with all of my questions answered. I heard such great reviews for this provider and honestly none of the doctors have been the problem. I was also referred to Dr Lepore by the doctors/nurses I work with. The staff never calls you back for their "nurse questions," or any phone call to the office at all. At least the on call physicians respond right away.

A few instances, my daughter had been sick for days with a fever and then again with diarrhea. We just wanted help/tips with a sick child. We are first time parents. It would have been grateful if they called us back whenever we left a message. Yes, the internet exists and there are books about these things, but at least a courtesy call back would have been nice.

Now just today, this is our second appt for my daughter's 12 month check up/shots. Now when we made the appt last week, they were not able to give her anything due to her having a fever of 101F. Dr Lepore said to come back and make another appt for her shots then. That's fine, but whoever staff made the appt failed to tell us that we still needed the wellness check for 12 months before getting her shots. If you knew that AS A STAFF, you would schedule us for a wellness check and NOT JUST for vaccines. My husband even asked that day if we didn't need to see the doctor. That office staff said, "No, it will just be with the nurse for her shots." We have to make a third appt just to get this done. I have no problems making another appt because she was sick at the time; however, wasting another day just to be told to come back is ridiculous. We are both working parents and need to schedule around our schedule. Somehow it seems like this place doesn't really care about its patients and family.

We can take our business elsewhere, but why do we have to? We want our baby to be seen by Dr. Lepore. Why do we have to constantly suffer these inconveniences because of the STAFF?

Dr. Lepore was recommended by my OBGYN, which I trust. I feel he is knowledgeable and balanced. He provides background information so that you can make the best choice for your baby and doesn’t seem extreme with the information. This makes me feel much more comfortable.
