I have been seeing Dr Kosyagin for years and he and his PA Joe are the best ever they care and listen to all your needs and I totally trust their decisions.. they don't just assume what's going on with you they run the tests needed to keep you healthy and they both have the best bedside manner I ever had in primary Dr.s .. they really take the time to listen and they have never put me on the wrong meds.. and I am allergic to about 1500 manmade medicines! give them a try they both are the best and their staff is also just as caring and kind like Ashley and Shan and all their staff! you will be glad you did!

My last visit was the worst experience ever, this doctor came into the room and verbally assaulted me over a referral being put into the computer under his name. I had nothing to do with this and didn't know about it tell he went off on me and stormed out if the room like a little f .. child, and another person came in and took over the office visit. I have asked for an apology and Vivian Stoll-Rastovac office manager said to me very loudly in the front office you won't be getting one. Avoid Southwest medical, Optimum care, United healthcare they just cut communications off and abandon you as a patient and don't care about your health. There is also the issue off them not filling a sleeping Rx in July 2018 then coming back after the fact about company policy that it has to be picked up as a paper copy, yet through May 2018 it was sent in electronically even though they claim this policy went into effect Jan 1st, I was never told about policy tell Aug 3rd 2018 plus they refuse to show this policy to me all this started after Mary Williamson nurse practitioner prescribed the wrong ex plus made a derogatory statement and when confronted she denied it but says I don't want to see me as a patient this lady reports to kosyagin. I was on my way to Aug Aug 2nd appointment when patients satisfaction dep calls Jennifer king and her boss Mary saying we know you have an appointment but we need to ask questions about what is going on and kept me on the phone for 40 minutes to cause me to miss the appointment. I could go on and on about southwest medical at Durango and Tropicana in Las vegas.

I recently began seeing Dr. Kyra Norris and have had nothing but good experiences. I have also used their lab with no complaints. The waiting time wasn't bad and the staff are very friendly.
