Doctor Jon and Miranda did an incredible job once again. I was in horrible pain, a sciatic nerve that was extremely painful from my lower back to my toe. This place is a Godsend! Everyone here is fantastic. I don’t live in Vegas and was on a 14.5 hr road trip and in pain for a week. I called them and asked for an ART session and they had lots of availability and flexibility so that I could plan to stop just as I was passing Vegas.

Bruno was great! The chiropractor also stopped in and met me and helped with the release, so I had 4 hands on me. Very hands on!

Best part , is that it totally relieves my pain and I drove for another 10 hrs and made it home and am still in no pain! I wish they lived closer!

I had a bad experience trying to schedule an appointment for craniofacial release. I would be flying in to Las Vegas to receive treatment on a friday. The secretary calls me thursday as I'm checking in at the airport to inform me that the clinic was busy and asked me to reschedule for monday. I'm not going to be in Vegas on Monday, so I was very upset that even though I had made the appointment several weeks in advance, I was canceled at the last minute, leaving me with no option to schedule anyone else instead.

I was in a serious car accident on 11/07/2019, and I had a great deal of neck pain and hip pain from the accident. I chose to seek pain relief through Dr. Jon Petrick, Las Vegas Pain Relief Center (LVPRC) because of the history I've had with him over the past 20 years. I knew that his experience and knowledge of ART, stretching, chiropractic, and exercise techniques would help me get back to my old self. Dr. Jon truly cares about his patients as if they were his own family. When I first showed up at his office, I went through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and from that screening, Dr. Jon was able to put together a plan that would reduce and finally erase my pain. I went twice a week for several weeks that consisted of stretching, ART, exercises, and adjustments, and I'm happy to say that I am pain-free. I can sleep through the night again. I am back at my pre-accident workout regime, and I'm more flexible than I was before. I wish I could express better in words how much I appreciate the technique and ability that Dr. Jon has to bring a person back to their whole self, and let them move freely again. As I said earlier, I've known him for 20 years, and I initially went to Dr. Jon for monthly maintenance because of the rigorous workout schedule that I put myself through. I would describe Dr. Jon's techniques at LVPRC as an aid to help you reach your optimum level of health depending on what your activity level is, and he & his staff will help you meet your needs to do this. I'm no spring chicken, but I know that if I continue to see Dr. Jon, he is going to help me continue to be active. His entire staff is top-notch from the front office to his assistants, Justin & Bruno, that would stretch me out and put me through some exercises before Dr. Jon did his magic. What an amazing experience I have every time I visit Dr Petrick! I’ve been receiving chiropractic services since 1988. Not until recent years have I actually felt I was getting proper treatment. So Dr Petrick is the absolute best doctor I’ve seen or have been treated by. His service is second to none. It’s all about muscle manipulation and he is the best. I was not going to leave a review either but looking at the last two reviews left by former patients, I have decided I should speak up as not only very long-time patient, but as a vendor to the clinic as well.

I have received care from Dr Petrick for a very long time and I’m so disappointed his practice has gone down to this point again. He has confided in me what has happened, and now he feels he has a good trustworthy staff, but from an outsider point of view, he is going back to the same position.

Some of the products that are being introduced into the clinic reek of desperation. I’m not sure who is the brains behind it, but it’s clear it’s not someone who has a background in the healthcare industry. There is no place in healthcare for a multi-level marketing product. Healthcare is about curing issues, but when healthcare products meant as a treatment is also a way to supplement my income, this just shows it’s a complete gimmick and has no health benefits whatsoever.

The last time I came in for a treatment was back in 2019, and it was nice to hear my billing issues were being audited and will be resolved in a fair manner. But I still received a final bill and I got a letter from a collection agency. At this point enough is enough, not only as a patient but as a vendor to the clinic as well.

As a vendor to the clinic I had to send an invoice that was due for products the previous management agreed to sell. But with the change in that management I decided it wasn’t even worth my time to figure out where the payment was sent as I was told the invoice was paid. I asked for proof of payment, but I never received a response to it. And now I’m being told the clinic never had any products, and I need to prove I supplied the clinic with my products.

I find it interesting when it comes to someone who supposedly had a balance, they will put all of their energy into collecting it, but when they are responsible to pay a balance, they will give excuses not to pay, or will put little to no energy into actually addressing the balance.

There is one particular staff member that I feel is the cause of this repeating pattern of the practice going downhill again. His attitude towards patients/guest follows a very stereotypical British attitude. He thinks his humor comes across to everyone, but all it does is come across very pretentious/pompous. As a vendor, it comes across as if he is the business owner, and it should be an honor to even do business with the clinic.

Its so unfortunate Dr Petrick has been dealt this card again when it comes to his practice. He had two locations in Las Vegas, and I had the impression the practice was successful at both locations.

Then they “consolidated” into one location, I started to question the business practice. As I saw new faces in the clinic and eventually seeing he was the only provider, I knew something was not adding up. So I asked and that’s when he confided in the issues he had, and I understood why things happened the way it did. But after this last billing issue and the letter from the collection agency and these MLM products he was pushing, all I see is a desperate way to keep the lights on.

I really wish something would change for the Doctor as he has talent for the people in Las Vegas. The entire healthcare industry needs more people like Dr Petrick as he is an example of someone who cares. It’s unfortunate I have to write this review, but the truth hurts. And it might be time the Doctor gets a second opinion and seek treatment from someone with real healthcare industry experience on how to run a medical practice. As I feel he is being lead down another path of failure and he will be left empty handed once he is bled dry.

Wow, ironic yet not surprising with the reply. Just re-enforces everything pointed that is wrong or has no place in a healthcare practice.

I would like to leave a ZERO STAR REVIEW AS WELL. I went twice to this place, and it did not help at all. I am a physician in town and paid in full, which is their policy. They do not let anyone leave without paying in full and now 1.5 years later, they are sending me to collections despite the fact that I did pay in full. This place is seriously going down hill.

If there were a 0 rating I would have chosen that. I was originally referred to Dr Petrick as a "gift" only to find out that the person who "gifted" me a visit was NOT a gift at all! I was asked to pay for this so-called gift to see Dr Petrick. I take great pleasure in writing this ... Dr. Petric has been working w me and putting me back together after my snap on tool box failed and collapsed on me. Thanks to him and his amazing staff I have regained so much of my life back. I'm still a work in progress but his skill and compassion to help has moved my recovery leaps and bounds. I travel from Colorado springs to Vegas to get his treatments, his C.F.R treatments are a life changer. I can not recommend the Las Vegas pain relief center Dr. Petric and his staff enough. Las Vegas Pain Relief Center is the best facility if you want pain relief. The admin staff are always kind and Dr. Jon Petrick is amazing. There are many people I know that go to him as we are all athletes and we have dubbed him, "Mr. Miyagi".

I have been an episodic sufferer of cluster headaches for over a decade. When I heard a new technique, Cranial Facial Release, I immediately decided to give it a try. For those that know about cluster headaches, it is the worst pain a human can experience. What Cranial Facial Release does (or known as ballooning), it opens the airway and improves the body’s ability to get oxygen to the brain. Dr Petrick carefully inserts small balloons into the nasal passages (NOT THE SINUSES). Once the balloon is positioned properly, the balloon is then quickly inflated which mobilizes the bones of the face and cranium. It is a very quick procedure and feels similar to the sensation of water shooting up your nose. It isn’t painful. The whole ballooning process takes about 2 to 3 seconds.

Common treatment for cluster headaches is oxygen, sumatriptan injections, corticosteroids, verapamil, lithium, to name a few. Trust me, every cluster patient has tried everything as there is currently no known cure, however, advancements are being made. After 4 ballooning treatments, my breathing improved immediately, I noticed improved sinus drainage and fewer headaches.

I suffered from tremendously debilitating headaches. A friend referred me a year ago because Dr Petrick cured his horrendous headaches. My neurologist scared me off. Instead I ended up taking 400 mg of Gabapentin 3 times daily and getting a set of 4 radio frequency ablations (nerve burns) to my neck. The pain was awful for several months. Well, they wore off after about 10 mos and I was beside myself with the pain again. So I tried Dr. Petrick instead of another round of ablations.

He indeed agreed that the source of the headaches was from my neck and he has been working diligently using ART (active release therapy) to finally loosen up my neck muscles. My headaches now are much more manageable and often are only a "1". I am also taking cbd oil which is an excellent adjunct for me. Every other reviewer has already spoken of his wonderful staff. I will add that I also love Dr Robey whose expertise is in training. In addition, I must say that in just 1 small session, AY worked on my shoulder like NO ONE has ever done. I am painfree for the first time in over a dozen years!

I started getting treatments for my chronic upper back pain about 2 months ago. My pain level was up to the point that it woke me up in the middle of the night, it was consistent and I was in pain for about 8 years! I was a patient at the Las Vegas Pain Relief Center since December 2017. I was involved in an Uber car accident as a passenger which caused injury to my neck including whiplash and in a lot of pain. Dr. Petrick was recommended to me as the best to help with my injury. Ever since meeting Dr. Petrick, I knew I was in good hands. His friendly approach and professionalism made my treatments very helpful and after each of them I definitely felt a bit of progress each time. Before coming to Las Vegas Pain Relief Center I was in massive and constant pain from severe degenerative/decompressed disc in my neck. Every specialist said surgery was my only option and should be done ASAP. I’m very active, still young and train Jiujitsu so cervical surgery was a scary option.
When I first started coming I was put on a decompression machine for around 30 minutes that constantly pulls on your head decompressing neck. I could feel the pain relieve during treatment felt like the disc were being sucked back into cervical just as they explained would happen. The first 2 visits 1 time a week relief lasted a few days. Now after coming for a couple months I go without pain all week and I have been able to strengthen neck enough to get back into Jiujitsu. I still come once a week for maintenance since I base on my head/neck a lot while training and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you have any cervical or spine decompression I highly suggest giving this machine a try specially if you are planning on having surgery that could totally be avoided!

Dr Petrick and his team have been the light to a very dark situation!! Dr Petrick was able to look at X-rays that another doctor took of my spine in 2015, which shows solioisis and severe forward slippage of my spine, and within 30 seconds spotted something called 'pars defect', which is a fracture in the lower lumbar part of my spine. Once seeing that in the photos of the X-ray, he immediately ordered an mri of my lumbar spine and my neck (since I also have neck and jaw pain), to get a more detailed look at everything that was going on. The MRI results showed exactly what he said he spotted in the X-ray! Bilateral (meaning both sides) pars defect (fracture), which was causing my anterolisthesis (forward slippage of my spine). It also revealed bulging discs in my neck and my back.... I was shocked and overwhelmed, I never imagined that my back problems were so severe. And to find out that I have had this fracture all these years, and that the last doctor either failed to catch it, or just neglected to tell me, was the toughest part to grasp. Now here I am 2-3 years later, finding out that my spine slipping forward is caused from the pars defect! Which I've had this whole time and which was present in the X-ray that the last doctor took of my spine! And now finding out that the treatments the last doctor had me doing (lumbar spinal decompression) is the EXACT treamtment is says NOT to do for the condition I have and was possibly and most likely making my condition worse is just crazy.
I have been living with chronic pain for the past few years, thinking that it was just something I had to live with and try to manage on my own. It has effected my whole quality of life, from having to miss work, to gaining weight that I have not been able to take off because I have not been able to workout without having pain or feeling like I "threw my back out". To missing out on certain activities with family and friends because my back just hurt too bad. I used to be very active, running 6 miles a day, hiking, tough mudder events, etc.
I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND DR PETRICK years ago when this first happened! He is super knowledgeable and experienced, and it shows through his work and his treatments. You can see and feel that he truly cares about his patients well being, and really wants to fix the root of your pain and problems, to help you feel the best you possibly can.
He is the reason why I finally have answers to why I am in so much pain and the reason why I am finally on the right path to recovery!!
I've done a month and a half of treatments so far of manual ART technique, Nitric oxcide release, which is a series of stretches and protocals, strenthing and conditioning to help stabilize my spine, and I'm already feeling virtually pain free and am making progress each week with the level of exercises I'm able to do!
Not only is Dr Petrick great and knowledgeable, and caring, but so is his entire staff. Dr Hines is another doctor in his office who I have seen for a lot of my treatments, he, just like Dr Petrick, takes his time with each treatment and always asks u to describe in detail and show where ur pain is so he can make sure he's giving u the most customized treatment each time. I never feel rushed in my treatments, and I always feel like every area of my pain is addressed and cared for with each visit.
Barbara, who works the front desk is very genuine and kind and caring, and knowledgable. She always makes me feel right at home. She, just like Dr Petrick & Dr Hines is here for the patients! They all do a great job of making you feel like number one priority no matter how many other patients they have!
I feel beyond greatful and beyond blessed to have finally found such great people to help me and take care of me through such a tough life altering situation. They are truly the best and I have already refereed one friend to them who is also having succes and feeling better after just one treatment!
If you are in pain, don't waste ur time with anybody else! I promise this is the best place I have yet to come across.

Dr. Petrick is thorough and precise. My pain was at level 8 for the past 3 months. After one visit, my pain level significantly decreased to level 4. I am a recreational runner and I suffer from plantar fasciitis for quite Some time now... also since I primarily sit at a desk I also experience carpal tunnel in my right hand. Both have improved immensely I no longer have to wear a brace on my hand!! And I no longer have to wear inserts in my shoes!! The stretches that Ay puts me through has improved my running and the workouts I do with Miles have provided me with a different type of cardio workout. And let me tell you!!! Over 7 years of confusion and frustration. I had a few small fractures of my Cervical spine playing sports, and have been receiving treatments focusing on the spine, and that alone. I've been absolutely miserable at times. No relief, no answers & no hope. By luck, I happened to hear about Dr. Petrick watching one of my fav shows on TV The Ultimate Fighter. I immediately hopped online to check the Las Vegas Doc out. Within only a couple mins, I noticed this practice was unlike any other pain relief/management center I've come across. I couldn't wait to call in the morning. I was in the clinic within a few days for an evaluation. Right away I was put at ease by the staff. Amber was very kind and pleasant up front. Dr. Petrick came out to introduce himself and offer a bottle of water. I was also greeted by Dr. Chris Robey. He brought me back to an examination room, and basically got to know me, and the issues I've been living with, what my goals were, and how I finally found the answers ive been searching for and assured me I was in the right place. And I absolutely felt trust and understanding, enough to commit 100%

That day I arrived I was living day in and day out at around 6/10 on the pain scale. I receive care at another pain management facility for chronic neck/shoulder/back pain. That care is comprised of heavy narcotic use, injections/procedures I don't want. No answers, and worst of all no hope! I was limited to between 4-6 hours of sleep a night, my chronic pain issues affect absolutely everyone and everything in my life. I was desperate for a change.

Back in the exam room, Dr. Robey promised I would be walking out of there in much less pain than when I arrived. He spent the next 30-45 mins evaluating my movement, and applying these specialized treatment methods. After the treatments, I hopped up off that table, snapped my head from side to side...looked up at the ceiling, down at the floor chin to chest. These are all things I was unable to do before I came in, with very limited Range of Motion, and without pain! Nobody in the world would've been able to wipe the smile from my face. Even the little things you don't really notice during the day showed much improvement. I was very grateful having the ability to turn my head with ease as I'm backing out of my driveway. Best sleep I have had in over 7 years!!! Both my wife and I are very grateful there is some hope out there. Excited for the next couple months of treatment from this AMAZING STAFF!

I love this place! Everyone is really nice, and you can tell everyone cares about you feeling better and getting out of pain. I've attended in various stages of pain (yes even crying once), and they have always treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have seen Dr. Petrick, Dr. Oku, and Dr. Roby for treatment. They are a fantastic cohesive team with their other staff. I highly recommend them. I’ve been suffering from shoulder and back pain for a long time, tried a lot of different treatments, but nothing worked. My husband brought me to see Dr Petrick and in the first session I was already moving a lot better, with less pain. It’s was like magic! The care facility is clean and the staff are polite and friendly. I received treatment from every docter and staff member and I was seeing great results. I read Dr Petrick's book and gleaned some new healthcare information. Unfortunately, I received a "free" workout and nutritional consultation last week from "Tony" who works next door. Apparently politely listening to his unscientific, misogynistic, vulgar, and offensive ramblings for 30 minutes and then playing peace keeper for another ten minutes while he attempts to insult me leads to my being denied medical care at Las Vegas Pain Relief Center. Dr. Petrick apologized and assured me that I would continue to be a patient there and then later went back on his word and had a staff member call me instead of explaining it himself.

amazing place. ART therapy worked for me, I could not move my arm or lift my shoulder and after one visit I had noticeable improvement. I used 10 sessions with all the doctors at the facility and could not believe the results, I am back in the gym again and pain free. These Doctors and the staff want to help you get better and live your life, not keep you on a life time of prescriptions and appointments. Absolutely the best thing for any injuries or pain, these guys are awesome.

After hearing about Dr. Petrick from a family friend, I was definitely interested in getting myself to full potential. I am college athlete at University of Nevada Las Vegas and been through a couple of knee surgeries and other major injuries throughout my years and was experiencing some minor injuries and pains after the end of our season. I felt really tight and some discomfort in certain areas and I felt that I needed someone to completely stretch my arm and body so it would be free. My family friend explained Dr. Petrick and his practice with active release and it seemed perfect for what I was imagining. After my first visit, I knew I was hooked because of the way I felt when I walked out the door. Instantly, I felt more in control of myself and my body. Every visit has been nothing short of amazing, Dr. Petrick and everyone in his office are extremely welcoming. I am beyond impressed with my whole experience dealing with Dr. Petrick and the rest of the staff at Las Vegas Pain Relief Center. I have struggled with bad shoulder and hip tendonitis for a little over 6 months. I did everything possible to bounce back from these nagging pains including: cryotherapy, daily stretching, only eating an anti inflammatory diet, to taking a couple weeks off of activity and I still couldn't shake the shoulder and hip pain.

Both my shoulder and hip tendonitis were affecting my ability to squat and overhead press properly. I saw a youtube video of some of the top athletes in the world getting treatment from Dr. Petrick and decided to give it a try.

I am generally a skeptic of chiropractic work and have had a few bad experiences in the past with fraudulent chiropractors. Let me tell you: I'm mind blown how much better my shoulder felt after just one ART session with him. I went into the office and the staff (also incredibly knowledgable) assessed my mobility and movement to find where I am imbalanced, taught me some work I can do on my own then went straight to the ART session.

I left the office and bench pressed much more comfortably than I did the week prior. I have slept the troubled shoulder without pain since my first appointment. After my second session, I already notice a HUGE difference in my mobility and can feel the pain diminishing.

I am definitely going to regularly come here for treatment to stay tuned up and keep my body healthy to prevent injuries as well as get any imbalances and muscular strains worked on.

Hello everyone,
I injured my back, hip and shoulder about five years ago and have been suffering from chronic pain ever since, up until I started seeing Dr. Petrick. At first, I was skeptical because everything I tried did not work and I honestly thought I would have to live with the the pain and discomfort for the rest of my life. Dr. Petrick and his team were amazing. They were so supportive and understanding and assured me that I would see improvement. I never thought I would experience such a drastic change in my quality of life after seeing him. I can do my household chores without discomfort. After seeking relief for reoccurring chronic pain I was referred to Dr. Petrick. With 30 yrs of MRIs and XRays in hand I walked into the Las Vegas pain relief center. Though I was Skeptical, I was hopeful after my first visit. The dr and his staff are professional, proficient and personable. It is a busy practice and though I am one of many, I am greeted warmly and feel unique and the focus when it's my turn. The atmosphere at the office is strangely comfortable and familial. I can't speak to the muscle relief technology they use to counteract the pain, other than to say for me it is working. After 5.visits and exercising at home,I am enjoying yoga again, my range of motion is improved and I don't wake up in pain. The in house personal trainer, Miles, is helping me strengthen lazy muscles so I can maintain the relief the treatments give me. I can't explain why the welcoming smiles and hugs the staff supply on every visit adds to my optimistic perspective of eventual freedom from pain. The staff have true respect and appreciation of each other and it overflows to their patients.

I love Dr. Jon and his staff! Always friendly, caring, personable, helpful and knowledgable. I was introduced by an athlete in 2000 to Dr. Jon who specializes in chiropractic active release therapy. I Love the fact that his staff treats the issues I have physically by healing the root of the issue.... Not just cracking my back and sending me on my way. I own a ranch and am physically active, Anytime I have an injury, I get an appointment quickly. 5 Stars! I'm a performer in my 40's who travels quite a bit. I also workout very intensely. I push myself hard. And maybe a few times I've pushed myself a little too hard. To the point where I could't walk without excruciating pain. The long flights don't help. I wondered for a while if I might need surgery.

Dr. Petrick has fixed me up every time. He's worked on my shoulder, wrist, back and legs. If you're even thinking about surgery, please go see Dr. Petrick first! You may not need the surgery after all.

If you're feeling just a little pain or stiffness, go see him before it turns into something worse.

And he's not the kind of doc who says you have to keep coming back over and over for the rest of your life. The treatments are intense but amazingly effective. A+

From the first appointment with Dr. Petrick, I immediately found relief. I could barely walk into his office and when I left I was walking normal. I have also been bringing my family with me as well and they have also found relief from long standing back pain. I'm so excited to be feeling good again. I suffered from neck pain for years. My son who was a professional fighter referred me to the Las Vegas Pain Relief Center because he said Dr. Petrick did an amazing job helping him with his injuries and made it possible for him to keep competing.
