Upon arrival, the front desk requested identification, and the verification process extended beyond the anticipated timeframe. Despite some minor discrepancies in my documentation, the processing time remained prolonged. Subsequently, I received a call following my visit, informing me of an outstanding balance that was not communicated during my departure. Concurrently, the physician's consultation was brief, lasting only a few minutes. The doctor suggested an injection to alleviate inflammation and itching, noting that its efficacy is not guaranteed and would necessitate recurring visits on a monthly or semi-annual basis.

Dr. Holmes, Lorraine, and the ‘entire’ staff at Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinic in Skye Canyon - Las Vegas, Nevada are absolutely amazing. They’re attentive to one’s needs, professional, polite, and above all else, take customer service and satisfaction seriously. They’re attentive absolutely put my mind at ease. Thank you!

I almost missed an appointment because I didn’t get a text reminder. When I went in, they reminded me about their aggressive text messing, which I told to stop. So no proper way to actually get reminded about appointments without getting an excessive number of text messages, if you want to check in, at the office. Check in process was rushed and could be streamlined. Asked to have something removed and identified it as reason for visit, was told I’d need to schedule a follow up, which earliest best option was 2 months away. Overall experience was a waste of time and copay money.

Dr. Holmes and his team did a wonderful job with my husband’s MOHS procedures. Got his three appointments scheduled quickly. They were very patient, caring and informative. Also Dr. Parson and his staff have been great!

It’s a busy medical office, so the appointment time may be delayed a little. That being said, all the staff are extremely friendly, respectful and efficient. Everyone from the admin staff, medical assistants and physicians. I’ve seen Dr Parsons (Dermatologist) and Dr Holmes (Mohs Surgeon). They both had a great approach, answered all my questions and were proactive and preventative in their treatment plans. I would not hesitate to refer anyone there.

Dr. Parsons is so calm so patient so thorough and very gentle
The office staff is so efficient and friendly… I am so happy I found my way to Dr. Parsons because I did see a female doctor there prior to Dr. Parsons and she was absolutely horrific… It was the worst experience of my life… She said I could only have four spots and that’s all I get so choose what I want!! Terrible terrible Experience

Olivia the actual doctor is absolutely amazing. However the receptionist as well as whoever answers the phone are always extremely rude and unwilling to help AT ALL. I called to try to get help getting my daughter’s prescription approved through insurance as the pharmacy told me to contact the doctors. Just because Olivia was not in today they were totally unwilling to help me. Even after I informed them my daughter’s rash is continuing to get worse and is almost an open wound. She still told if have to wait till Monday to try and get in contact with Olivia. Then told me she would be calling the office manager on me because I was “irritate”. Well I’m sorry wouldn’t you be if your daughters doctors office was totally unwilling to help her leading to her suffering for at least another 4-5 days. Now they won’t answer any phones. It’s really sad that people can’t even care about a child now a days. A FOUR YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL IN PAIN.
