I haven’t a clue where the previous negative reviews came from. This place is superb.
I was treated courteously and professionally by every single staff person during my visit. And Dr.Pirani was the personification of competence and friendliness.

Run!! Run away as fast as you can and find a new Dr ASAP!!.
This is the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. Which is very sad for the surgeons. They are extremely negligent in doing any of the referral paperwork the surgeon requested. I’ve been waiting over 2 months and they still haven’t gotten things started. They never answer their phone and when you show up in person to find out what’s going on, every Vegas Vascular staff member is extremely rude and very difficult to work with at BOTH locations I went to. It must be a terrible place to work if all of the employees are so disgruntled and disrespectful to everyone. I would give them ZERO stars if possible

If I could give 0 stars I would. This organization has been completely unprofessional, and I’m a nurse so I let a lot slide because I get it. But I’ve been waiting for insurance to authorize my vein ablation for over 2 months. Every time I call for an update no one answers the phone and I leave a message asking for a call back. It’s been over a week since I was told the doctor was calling insurance themselves and I would get an update. I’ve left 4 messages and even though it says a call will be returned within 24-48 hours I’ve heard nothing in over a week.

This is all after I waited 4 weeks to get the results of my ultrasound, and when I showed up to the appointment the doctor was on vacation.

I would not recommend this place.

Sara Blood N.P and her assistant veronia were absolutely amazing. I went in terified to get my veins ablazed. The first time was tough but the second time when they did my left leg was a lot tougher due to me having my ankle fusion done. They walked me through it and when I was about to scream she stopped to make sure I had time to breathe. I highly recommend going to this place if you have to get a vein ablasion. I highly recommend you put the lidocaine on your legs an hr prior helps a lot until everything wears off.

I have never experienced such professionalism the whole entire staff is nothing but awesome I have been going there for the past close to 2 years and have Nothing but great things to say about this place place the entire staff are all professional and above at what they do special shout goes out to Maria Arlene And Linda for taking care of me as they always do in the past and for future highly highly recommend Las Vegas vascular individual
