Dr. Lee provided excellent service. He was very busy the day of the accident and fit us right in to take a look at our 7 year old daughter’s hand from a biking accident. I made an appointment to see Dr. Michael Lee to get an assessment of the arthritis in my hand and wrist … I had never met him before. I was delighted with my visit. He is a very pleasant man with a good sense of humor. But he also provided me with confidence during our exam time. We reviewed my options and he clearly explained each one. We decided on a plan and I am on my way with treatment. I really enjoyed his expertise, and his personality and will return to him whenever warranted. I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Lee.

I recently went to this clinic because I was sent by the ER department to see Dr Michael Lee since he was on call for that day. I called his office within 24 hours but initially rejected since they said my insurance was out of network. I went back to the ER and asked them to send me to another Orthopedic doctor ASAP since I was hurting. I was told that since he was the surgeon on call he is obliged to see me at least once regardless of my insurance. I called his office again, and explained to the scheduler the situation. She called me back this time but scheduled me 2 days after. I took the appointment since I need help badly, and my PCP had to schedule me to another Orthopedic doctor who accepts my insurance. The front desk now is charging me full amount of $500 plus for the visit. I argued that since he was on call for the hospital that he needs to waive the fee since the hospital is paying him as on call regardless of what insurance any patient have. The doctor was nice and I’m sure he is not fully aware of the situation. The front desk staff would not listen to my explanation, and condescendingly told me that she will send me a bill anyway. Just a thought, that as on call doctor he would see me in the ER.

This particular visit was an initial visit to Dr. Michael Lee. As with my other doctor at Desert Orthopedic, I found Dr. Lee and his assistant very thorough in explanations as well as possible outcomes. They and the office staff were very congenial and pleasant. I broke my hand and had it casted when out of state. I had no idea what I’d do for follow up but a friend recommended DOC. I had heard horror stories about NV health care ! It was NOT the truth

It’s the most pleasant medical office I have ever been to. Also, Dr. Lee (Michael) is fabulous! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he’s down to earth, friendly, respectful and LISTENS!! The staff is amazing as well! They go out of their way to be helpful. Too bad they can’t clone themselves, or at least hold classes for other medical offices as to how to treat patients. One of the most amazing things is that they arranged for my MRI the DAY AFTER I was in their office.

My husband had to find a new Doctor, was told by Dr Lees staff it would take two months for approval though my insurance two months two weeks, I tried calling Dr Lees office to find out when can u do the procedure four times would not return my calls. Went back to primary Dr they told him still waiting on approval witch they never requested according to my insurance, Three and a half months later I still have no answers I have requested my primary Dr for a new Doctor, sense my hand is a non surgical procedure I’m not a priority?

I had knee surgery for meniscus repair. My doctor was Dr. Kang. The whole team that works with him are awsome. I was able to walk that same day right after surgery. Im going back to work after 6 weeks off and my job is 12 hour shifts on my feet. I cannot recommend this doctor enough. He also did my husband's Knee. Hes was a little more serious and took 3 months to get back to work. On both occasions the first time Dr. Kang saw us, he told us exactly what he was going to do and how long we would be off work. And he was true to his word. Thank You.
