The owner Karen, and her assistant Rebecca are outstanding. The owner is so unique, creative, and down to earth. Truly a diamond in the ruff these days and because of this, when you go here you’re not only getting P/T, but after you leave you’ll realize it was also much needed “unintentional” emotional therapy too. I could never recommend especially my own family to go anywhere else. EVER! The staff here are pure GOOD!!!

This is my Story. I had really bad pains in my lower back where I could not walk or stand. I actually staid on the floor sleeping for two months. While I was there I studied Faith and alot of knowledge in reading of how the body heals if you Believe. I ended up in MML one day not knowing if they would be able to help me. I showed someone there my photo of MRI and she said " Worst People Had Came and Healed" Ill never forget those words. The Power of Words. Immediately I felt relief to know that I had hope and others had Healed. One Day I askew the Owner. This place Healed me why don't more people don't do this? She says because they don't do the exercises or continue to go. It is true because as soon as I stopped doing exercises my pain would come back. Im 52 yrs old and im now going to the Gym. My body is stronger.
I first Thank God, MML Physical Therapy, the staff and the owner for the Love and Care. Keep doing what your doing.

Nonthreatening very involved in your caretaking and projected results. Condusive to healing by touch, and various equipment that stimulate the healing process. Professional staff, professional service, from the greeting to the goodbyes, atmosphere is unique very artistic with a vibe of the 50s to current time. Music, for me is very healing, and the sounds here has my little soul dancing while I'm being attended to. Yes yes yes. MML is like no other. A very intuitive ,sensitive educated owner who knows exactly what is needed, which member or members of her staff can fulfill the healing and end requirements in healing. A good sense of humor without the sterile cold " let's get this done, your just another appt in my book, next😬!!"

God must have spent a little more time on the ladies of MML therapy. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with joy and light. From the charismatically decorated walls to the smiles and greetos; there is nothing they can’t handle.

Sometimes on the path of recovery towards healing while you are making an exit out of grief you are gifted with earth angels who help you along the way. This team is certifiably from heaven helping those who are blessed enough to find them.

I'm a self pay patient my therapy was wonderful but as time went on my hour became shorter and shorter my last appt on 3/25/2025: was at 8:30am I had tens unit therpy and massage I was done and out to my car by 9am my husband waiting in the car said the was short I paid $35 dollars a visit my visits started out at an hour but as time went on my hour got shorter you get what you pay for when only pay 35.00 dollars a visit which was twice a week but the staff was nice and caring

An awesome atmosphere and welcoming from check in to check out. I went in for an FCE a couple weeks ago and I was expecting to be tortured and destroyed but it was the total opposite the team at MML were on point. Very kind, understanding and caring. While still being very professional and thorough. It was no walk in the park, oh by no means. It was a straining test to see ones limitations, but they did not over do it. There are real people here, a rarity nowadays. And Karen Crawford is one of the best. She's doing a great job cuz not only is she amazing but so is her staff. Ash was an awesome test administrator, professional but still had a personality and a smile. Thanks MML for the great experience. I was the guy who made baby sounds when doing the crawling test🤣.

I was here on 11/29 for a FCE. The staff and owner were extremely professional and were very helpful. Very easy going. Very nice people. I did like the way they had the place decorated. It wasn't some bland medical office setting. It felt more homely. I do wish I had my PT sessions done here instead of elsewhere.
The owner and staff will take care of you. Highly recommend.

When I got diagnosed with lymphedema I knew what it was and my circumstances for getting it. What I didn’t know, was how to take care of my affected limbs. That’s where MML comes in. From the minute you walk in, it’s not the typical health facility. It’s bright, cheery, and colorful. Karen and her staff are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain things. When I went to them the 1st time, I was taught very valuable things in order to help control my limbs from swelling. They want to make sure you, that you are not just getting PT, but you’re set up with knowledge. I can’t forget to mention the kindness that comes out of that office, from the 1st call you get, to being walked out like you really matter to them, they really go above and beyond.

If you have a choice in your PT provider you MUST come here. They are highly trained but most importantly they are sincerely invested/interested in your betterment. I have been working in the healthcare field for 8 years. It is my field of expertise and only job since 18 years old and have had the opportunity to work with many different forms of healthcare. It has given my a broader view of the nature and functions of healthcare, also I have had Physical Therapy at two other facilities in Las Vegas. Taking this information into consideration;

I would like to give recognition to the two amazing MML associates who helped me today, Karen and Grace. The compassion and patients displayed by Karen and Grace was unlike anything I have experienced with Physical Therapy in the past. They where genuine and attentive. Everything they did today felt tailored to me. They supported my physical and emotional difficulties throuout the visit. They are exceptional examples of the true spirit of healthcare. Working with them was comfortable. Many obstacles burden our healthcare due to Covid-19. Even through this challenging time for the world and I, their kindness shines. Professional and caring staff, very attentive, and more techs and assistants than patients. The whole place looks more like a carefully curated art exhibit than a sterile physical therapy torture chamber. It feels a little strange at first, but it genuinely helps when dealing with the physical pain of therapy and the emotional baggage that goes along with it. The only problem was that the TV in the lobby was stuck on one channel.

I have suffered from 2 car accidents and a stroke and along with that came lots of health issues and my body not wanting to recover, a friend told me about this place. Here at MML physical Therapy the staff made me feel confident in my recovery process and even go as far to say “we” will get through this, it’s hard to find someone that makes other feel like we’re not alone, I look forward to a road where pain and movement doesn’t handicap me and in the short time I have been here I have seen improvements as little as they maybe now I can tell the finish line will be even better. WOW and this is why...Before I even got there, I was already impressed by how polite and cheerful the front desk handled my calls.

When I walked in the office today for my first visit, my jaw dropped open at the FABULOUS, fun and playful decor!!! Then, there's this amazing staff (ALL of them, it seems!) are joyful and their camaraderie is plain to see/hear, as well as their interactions with patients. I LUV THAT!

Karen (Owner) really listened to what I needed to express about my pain. Austin has excellent bedside manner and gives a very therapeutic massage (thanks Austin).

I am VERY impressed with this facility in every way. WELL DONE, MML Physical Therapy!

I've been to MML Physical Therapy many times after 4 back surgeries,
2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 !!! Not only do the know you by name, the treat you very well for your injuries and make sure you follow through at home on days that you don't have an appointment with them. To my surprise, when I first went there, I met the owner, of whom I already knew because we were from the same hometown that of course being Houston, Texas !!! Keep up the good work Karen !!!
