Accompanied a family member to their post-surgery follow up appt at this office to see Dr Ciuffo. Arrived early as requested, in-person check in was efficient. There was a shorter wait at this location than the Tenaya office, but he was still called back ~15 mins after his scheduled appt time.
We advised the nurse that he did complete the chest xray he was ordered to get done ahead of time for the doctor's review but she did not tell the doctor; the doctor was professional and answered all of our questions and didn't comment on the chest xray until we brought it up. He walked us over to the nurse station and they weren't able to pull up the imaging on their system, cited a problem with the radiology facility, but assured us they would call by the next day with an update to let us know if everything was okay. It has now been about 1 mth since then and, despite numerous calls to follow up and request a result, we have been repeatedly told they don't have the results yet, there is a computer problem, etc; if my family member has not been readmitted to the hospital, clearly he must be okay so the results are not *that* bad, is what one representative implied. I have initiated almost all follow up because they generally do not call back even when they say they will.
TL;DR - the doctors are experienced, the admin and office system is chaotic. Seek regular care from a different provider and only receive care from this group if you have a special circumstance and no other choices.
