Came in today for my post surgery visit. I had two Jason’s helping me with stitches removal and medical care information. Both of them were extremely helpful, careful, professional and gave me extreme peace of mind. It’s been a nightmare of a process with what happened to me and they’re the first medical professionals that made me feel at ease. They provided me resources and tools that’ll help with my recovery as well as answered every question I had. The front desk worker was extremely friendly as well as the xray technician. Would definitely recommend this company to ANYONE. Thank you guys so much and for all the useful information you provided for me.

I had been waiting for the doctor for about twenty minutes—with no one else around—when I received a phone call. Just as the doctor walked in and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I hung up the phone. I had waited a full month to get this appointment, yet he asked if I wanted to cancel it right then and there, simply because he saw me on the phone.

Afterward, I double-checked with my family doctor regarding the pain in my right arm...

But the doctor [at the clinic] said: "I’m only examining your left arm, because the records state that you have pain in your left arm..."

After leaving, I called my family doctor back and found that the records clearly stated the pain was in my right arm, not the left.

Right now, I can no longer work, even though I have three young children to care for... My arm is in severe pain, and I am completely unable to work...
That very day, the doctor refused to examine me and told me I had to leave.
I believe I am being discriminated against because I am Vietnamese.
Doctors are supposed to save lives and help patients... so where is this doctor's conscience?

While Dr. Kevin Shariff provides high-quality care, the administrative side of this practice is a massive failure. Every appointment comes with a standard 45-minute to 1-hour wait time. If a clinic is running that far behind, the front desk should be sending courtesy texts or calls so patients can adjust their arrival. Failing to do so shows a complete lack of respect for patients' schedules. Great doctor, but the front desk and scheduling process desperately need an overhaul.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nevada Orthopedic & Spine.

I was referred there by my urgent care clinic, which verified that the practice was in-network with my insurance before my appointment was scheduled. I have no deductible, no copay, and no out-of-pocket responsibility for this type of visit.

Despite that, I was asked to pay $250 upfront before I could even see the doctor. When I called my insurance company while I was in the office, they confirmed that I did not owe any payment and advised me not to pay. They also told me there was no record that Nevada Orthopedic & Spine had verified my benefits, despite the office claiming otherwise. My referring urgent care clinic confirmed the same information.

The front desk staff was unfriendly, unwilling to explain the charge, and showed no interest in resolving the issue.

I canceled my appointment and left. I felt that Nevada Orthopedic & Spine was attempting to collect money that I did not owe. It also made me wonder how many other patients have paid these upfront charges without first checking with their insurance company.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nevada Orthopedic & Spine.

In 2024 I worked with doctors K.Golshani, P.Morgan, and H.Chan. But mostly with dr Chan. And I was very pleased with the results of the treatment. This review is for my most recent experience with the front office of this organization. Since 2024 my insurance has changed but remembering positive previous experience I still wanted to schedule an appointment with them for a different medical issue. So, I called and was told that since they don't accept Aetna insurance, I will have to pay $560 for an office visit. It's twice as much as for patients with insurance they accept. It's very unfair. So, I was hesitant to accept such a price. I said I'll think about it. But my condition hasn't improved, so, I decided to accept their terms and today I called again. This time I was denied the appointment. Although, I believe, doctors in Nevada are not required to accept out-of-network patients or operate as "cash-only" providers, I still think the front office treated me unfairly.

I have mixed feelings about Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center.

About a year ago, I saw Dr. Michael Rossidis for significant foot pain. He correctly diagnosed it as gout, prescribed medication, and the pain went away. The medical care I received from Dr. Rossidis was excellent, and I was very happy with the outcome.

Unfortunately, the scheduling and communication process has been frustrating both then and now. Last year, it took about a week just to get an appointment scheduled. Now that my gout has flared up again, I’ve spent the last two days trying to get in touch with the office. I’ve called, texted, and even tried using the online appointment request form.

The online form appears to be broken. It requires you to select a reason for the appointment from a drop-down menu, but no options appear and it won’t allow you to type anything in. As a result, the form can’t be submitted properly.

I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—I simply want to schedule an appointment or find out what is required to receive treatment again. Dr. Rossidis provided great care, but the difficulty of reaching the office and scheduling an appointment has been disappointing.

I hope the office can improve its scheduling and communication systems because the medical care itself was very good.

X rays done in office; visit directly after ward this retired medical clerk was outta there in 50 minutes with ok to go home from the rehab facuility. This is an excellent orthopedic office.

I met with Dr. Michael Bradford for the first time this morning and I was totally impressed. He discussed everything about my issue in detail, offered several options to help alleviate the pain, and explained the surgical procedure (which I chose). I was very happy that he took the time to answer all of my questions . I highly recommend Dr. Bradford and the facility, where all of the staff were friendly, polite and very professional.

Provider Jason was AMAZING, but PLEASE GET NEW MEDICAL ASSISTANTS PLEASE!

Recently saw Jason, the APP on Dr. Chan’s team, and he was excellent — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions.

Every provider I’ve seen at NV Ortho & Spine has been consistently top‑notch (Dr. Baker, Chan, etc.).

Unfortunately, the Medical Assistant experience was unacceptable and significantly detracted from the visit. I was left waiting in the exam room for an extended period for help scheduling a simple outpatient procedure, with no communication.

When I stepped out, the MA was on her phone and not assisting other patients. Rather than handling the scheduling efficiently at that time, I was told I would need to return another day for something that could have been done immediately.

The contrast between the providers and the medical assistant support is stark. The providers set a high standard; the MA experience does not meet it. This needs to be addressed urgently, as patient experience is being negatively impacted.

They are all about covering their behind and not providing the best care. Run by lawyers, not doctors. Tone deaf about their policies. Horrible cumbersome technology as well.
1) After reading about possible solutions to physical problems with your joints, it is apparent they are going to do the bare minimum in order to keep a low risk management profile. The lawyers run this place, not the doctors.
2) They want you to check in ahead of time via internet. Ok fine. But instead of a questionnaire where you check a box about cancer, diabetes, etc and hit submit at the end (like MOST doctors), you have to answer each question individually with a slow tedious dropdown with lots of clicks and processing time in between. Prepare to spend 45 mins. Again, its all about legal risk management for them.
3) They have more questions than the average doctor and frankly most of them are not relevant to your condition. Risk management.
4) They require you fill out the same tedious questionnaire and upload your insurance and driver’s license EACH VISIT. I repeat EACH VISIT, even it if was just a week ago. Most doctors just want you to verify your contact information and emergency contact. Not them.
5) Additionally, they want you to show up 30 MINS BEFORE the appointment to "CHECK IN", even if you have already done with their tedious website and were there a week earlier. >>>>>THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU OTHERWISE<<<<<<.
6) So you get there and check in 30 mins early, but they make YOU wait at least 30 mins past the appointment before they call you back. So a full hour of doing nothing. And then you will wait another 15 mins before the doctor finally shows up.
7) They will NOT see you for more than one condition per visit. If you have a problem with your knee and your shoulder, they require you make separate visits with the long check in process despite the burden on the patient. TONEDEAF.

I am truly grateful to have Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center as my medical provider. Dr. Chan, Jason, Kimberly, the X-ray department, the front desk staff, and others have treated me with respect and care. Every question has been answered, my unexpected surgery at St. Rose was superb, and I am making a full recovery. Thanks to all who participated in my healing process. Kudos to all of you.

Useless. I went in with a concern about pain in my leg. First thing the staff wants is a nearly $300 co-pay (and this is WITH good insurance.

I agreed to pay what I could and pay the rest later as I needed my leg checked. I got an X-ray and the NP said I had scar tissue from previous injuries. He treated me like a drug seeker when what I was truly seeking was treatment and relief.

He gave me a nerve block that didn’t do much of anything. Rude staff, overpriced, and useless.

Ridiculous. Poor and disorganized team. The Phone is never answered at this office. I booked an appointment for a consultation online and it was cancelled without notice. I called and was on hold for almost an hour and was told that it was cancelled due to not having done an xray prior. Why was that non communicated before my appointment was cancelled? I had to call and get that information? How about you answer your phones in the first place. Or email me or state that in the online booking form??!

This is an efficient place but at the expense of a personal experience. I did not feel listened to and I was peeved that they took X-rays. They knew that I had them a few days before. I brought them the report but they insisted I get more and then told me they didn’t show anything and I needed an MRI. That was such a blatant padding of my bill. It really made me mad. Now, I have to wait a week to get an MRI and yet, I’m still in pain. Waste of co-pay.

In my initial first visit for hip pain, x-ray revealed a substantial loss of cartilage in my left hip causing constant pain. Dr. Bradford prescribed a cortisone injection into the hip joint. During my visit with Jessica Russian for the injection, Ms.Russian asked about the location of the pain and strongly believed the hip pain was caused by Bursitis and provided an injection to remedy the issue. I was very impressed that Ms.Russian inquired and probed further into the injury before proceeding with the original diagnosis and prescribed treatment.

Stopped taking my insurance at the start of the new year, told me if I want to keep my post surgery followup appointment, it would cost me $500 up front, then they would reimburse me the difference.

What a way to treat a patient that has been going to them for years and had 6 surgeries with them. I understand that insurance changes happen, but a $500 "deposit" for a post surgery followup is ridiculous.

If you're thinking of having surgery with them, reconsider considering how they treat you without insurance.

The office was extremely busy so it would be great if they could have more help at the front desk so that one person can answer phones while the other person does patient intake. Location is a nice spot but signage could be better. The actual provider was quick (not sure if that is good or bad) noting that more images are needed before doing assessment. It would be helpful if they would clarify any additional charges that may happen due to needing in office images. Other than that getting an appointment was easier to do over the phone.

Was referred to this place by my primary care doctors for lower back problems. Unfortunately, the only way I can recommend this place is if you are able to get a referral as that is the only way anybody will reach out to you. Attempting to make any appointment, whether follow-up or as a new patient needing to see a specialist, is quite literally impossible due to the rude staff at the front desk.

Dr. Zarn and Dr. Sharif are wonderful and do care for you, but again, this is only if you can actually be seen by them. They had me reach out to pain management with another referral for an injection to help with the pain. Pain has been gone for months afterwards. I attempted a follow-up but had been trying for months for someone to pick up the phone and set up an appointment.

Whoever Cynthia is, does not answer the phone. They ask to leave a message so they can call back. Trouble is I have limited availability to be on the phone while at work and left very explicit instructions to only call certain days. They did call back but not within the instructions left on the phone. Even more perplexing is the fact that despite the call, no message is left behind. Wait, so that means I have to leave a message if it's important, but you don't?

The issue got so bad that I couldn't reach anyone, so I decided I would drive the 8 miles out from my home to the office to talk to someone in person. This is where things got rude. Instead of immediately agreeing to set something up for the future, they once again referred me to call the number on the business card. When I explained to them that I have tried doing that for the past three months, that's when they finally buckled down and gave me an appointment for the 15th of October. (The date of this review.)

Between that time and the appointment, there was absolutely zero communication. No courtesy call to remind me of the appointment, no text messages confirming said appointment. Other doctors' offices do all of this, why is this such an issue?

Arrived for the appointment on the 15th. Spoke to a singular woman at the front desk who looked me up and said the appointment was for the 13th instead of the 15th, which was not at all true since I took everything down in notes and Google Calendar right there in front of them when the appointment was made. Despite all this proof, they charged me a no show fee of $25 and then had the gall to ask me if I wanted to schedule another.

I think it goes without saying I will NOT be scheduling another, nor will I ever return to them for care. I can only feel fortunate that other medical groups have agreed to take on my needs and I currently have well documented appointments with them so there is no misunderstandings or miscommunication. +2 stars for the doctors, but -3 for the abhorrently terrible staff who treat you as if you are a nuisance. Would not recommend.

Unethical billing practices! After seeing a PA for a joint issue, showed up for a follow up exam to be told my insurance was no longer accepted and they could do nothing else for me. To add insult to literal and figurative injury, they refused to refund my co pay. After speaking with two people on the phone, they still refused. Was Seen By Jason Zarn P.A. I had a Great Experience, First the Office made me feel welcome and safe. I did my paper work online before I arrived so the wait was short. The Staff was Amazing and kind, they shared patience and were very respectful. The young Man with the long hair walked me to my room. He was well mannered and can see him moving up well in this line of work. His Great Attitude was noted immediately. The Young lady that took my x-ray was a beautiful and funny person in and out. She was very serious at first and gentle not to hurt me while moving my leg around on the table and I appreciated that very much. As we spoke I could tell she was a happy person and funny which made me feel very comfortable. Jason came in and immediately lit up the room Great Guy down to earth and very detailed. He made sure I understood what was wrong and how he was going to help. Overall Love this place, I hope to never get hurt again to have to come back but this is definitely the place if I do. Horrible experience with the Orthopedic & Spine center. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told I needed to arrive 30 minutes early! I showed the office manager my confirmation which did NOT say to arrive a half hour early.
I have been to that office to see another doctor, my paperwork was completed before hand online, but apparently I needed to show up 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Needless to say, I was upset, but I was told that the doctor would not see me and I needed to reschedule for another day. I work in healthcare and have for 37 years. This staff is rude, unaccommodating and lacks communication skills. If there was zero stars that’s what I’d give them. Definitely would not recommend this staff or Dr Golshani.

Did not like the dr. Was in a hurry the door was left open no privacy felt like he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Will not be going back at all they tell you to go downstairs to get a brace. Went down there they look at you like you did something wrong they won’t run you insurance they said it will take 2 weeks to see if it gets approved I asked can I see what it looked like she showed me but told me I can’t touch it I asked how much out of pocket it was 79.00 hell no. I’ve made five trips to this office for three appointments. Today I was turned away at check-in because there “wasn’t enough time for paperwork,” despite completing their forms at my prior visit and arriving prepared for imaging. No one called ahead to flag any issue, and I wasn’t late.
Across these visits I’ve encountered shifting requirements and preventable delays that cost time and money. Processes feel disorganized and not patient-centered. The one consistent bright spot has been the X‑ray technologist, who was professional and kind.
I’m also concerned that spine care is scheduled in fragmented segments instead of a comprehensive visit, which increases visits and expenses without a clear clinical benefit. I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere and wanted to share this so other patients can plan accordingly.

This was my 1st visit to the Center as well as my 1st time meeting with Dr. Kevin Golshani. I was impressed with both! Dr. Golshani is a warm kind doctor, who took the time & listened to my issues. He explained everything to me & what to expect. As did the gentleman who gave me the shot & the gentleman downstairs who measured my wrist for a splinter that I need to wear. Although the location was quite far for me, seeing Dr. Holman Chan was absolutely worth it. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Waited over three months to get in. Had submitted everything they asked weeks ahead of time. Arrive for my appointment and because I added a new second insurance they would not take they would not see me, even though my other insurance is valid with them. They could have told me this months ago when I initially scheduled the appointment or 4 weeks ago when I filled out all their paperwork. My wife had a horrible experience here months ago that we just figured out was the same place. She saw a doctor and he never forwarded her info on to insurance and pharmacy them dodged our calls and did not return emails. You can find a more professional place elsewhere

Dr. Rossidis is great at his care and explanation. Was able to get my daughter in quick and able to schedule her surgery within days. The staff leaves something to be desired. They are very impolite and rude. My daughter was not treated very respectfully by staff . Even back staff was a little on the rude side. Dr. Limtong is a trustworthy doctor. He did the surgery on my right knee replacement on 26th of June. The surgery went well. I went to see Dr. Limtong on the 11th of July for follow up to removed the Dermabond Prineo on my right knee also to make sure that I'm able to walk and bend my knee. He is very very caring Doctor. I'm going to see him in two weeks again for another follow up. I'm doing good I'm walking with the cane now instead of the walker. I recommend Dr Justin Limtong to everyone. Dr. Bradford and his team are fantastic! I had a right knee replacement a few years ago and ended up with a surgical site infection. I was given Vancomycin and went into kidney failure. It’s a known side effect of that drug. Spent 6 months on dialysis and fortunately my kidneys kicked back in. I vowed to never get the left knee done; however, the pain got the best of me and decided upon Dr. Bradford to perform my left knee replacement. Before the surgery I was given two doses of antibiotics to prevent infection and one dose in hospital. Dr. Bradford said my recovery would be approximately six weeks. I was off the walker and cane after 2 1/2 weeks and back to bowling 3 days prior to my 6 week recovery period. Everything went perfectly. There was a lot of pain the first two weeks, but after that everything went well. I would highly recommend Dr. Bradford if you’re in need of a knee replacement.

While it is difficult to reach a live office staff member and to receive a call from the same, my care at the Wigwam facility has been very satisfactory as far as my provider in-office visit goes. My provider, Jason Zarn, takes the time to answer any questions I have, but make sure to create a list before your appointment. If you forget an important question for your provider and need to make a call, you likely will have to wait quite a while for the response.

Very professional front office staff from Lorena, who was in scheduling and she called me back when she said she would and Carla, who helped me fill out my paperwork because I'm right-handed, and there was a lot. The Shain Howard team is the most heart-wrenchingly inhumane and non-compassionate group I have ever experienced. Despite scheduling my appointment months in advance, I was turned away upon arrival because they claimed I needed to come in 45 minutes early due to paperwork I had already completed online, which took me only 15 minutes. My appointment was at 7:50 AM, and I arrived at 7:37 AM, but they insisted I could not be seen because I hadn't arrived 45 minutes early. When I asked why, the front desk staff mentioned paperwork. I reiterated that I had completed it online, but they said there was one additional piece to fill out. This additional paperwork consisted of only four lines, yet they still turned me away.

I'm going to take this to all social media channels to survey people's opinions on this matter. I have been in pain for months and finally managed to schedule this appointment, only to be turned away over one piece of paperwork. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered. It is vindictive, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of compassion for patients, their feelings, and their pain. This practice cares only about paperwork. I then spoke to the manager who completely didn’t have any compassion either

Everything has been great here! I’ve only been in for my initial referrals and still have to get MRI’s, but everyone in the office has been extremely nice and efficient! We made an appointment with Rachel who assured us she could get us in at 2pm, We were told this at 12pm. We live 50minutes away and once we arrived at 1:45 she called us at 1:47 to say they’re going to lunch. I slipped and fell down stairs and suffered a trimalleolar ankle fracture. Within two days of being in the ER, I got a call from Dr. Howard’s office and it’s been swift and smooth every bit of the journey from there.

Dr. Howard put my ankle back super strong and has been such a joy to connect with. Wish every doctor I’ve known had such a great bedside manner. His team from the admin side to scheduling to in office has been amazing too.

Dr Kastrup is great. His office staff is rude. A few months ago, I came in for a follow up appointment after my total hip replacement surgery, and and was greeted by woman at the reception desk, who kept trying to insist that I needed to pay for the visit and was very rude about it until one of her colleagues corrected her and let her know that it was a follow up visit and that I shouldn’t be paying for it Instead of apologizing, she continued to act aloof and rude To me.

I chocked this up to her perhaps having a bad day, but with a future visit, I was late for an appointment. I explained that I told the scheduler that I was going to be late because I am a teacher and I have carpool duties and she said that that was OK As long as I arrived by four, there was an accident on the freeway. I didn’t get there till 4:20. They refused to squeeze me in and instead of being apologetic and customer service oriented, they remained quite rude and even told me that had I called while on my way to tell them that I was running late they would’ve squeezed me in. I then replied that I was driving on the freeway and I probably should not be in my phone. She told me there’s "such a thing called Bluetooth." Unbelievable! If I was the owner of a business and witnessed my employees treating someone in such a manner I would be very upset. Let’s remember that I made a follow up appointment because I’m in pain. I am completely shocked with how rude people are getting wherever they work.

I arrived at my new appointment time a week after my first waiting session. The board(I believe is new as I didn't see this the first time) said Dr. Baker is on time. I had already completed all the paperwork the week before when I rescheduled but after reading the other bad reviews, I doubled up and did it on line too. The front desk person advised me they had already no showed me as I did not arrive 40 mins before the appointment. She made a call to the docs team and then it was finally decided I would be "fitted in" even though I was there at the appointment time. She explained they were trying to figure out my insurance...really? I was referred by Southwest Medical and there was no problem last week. I asked how long my wait would be and her response was, "15 to 20 mins" then added "or up to an hour". If he's on schedule this time, and I'm there on time, how do you no-show a patient that is fully checked in on line, you already took my id and insurance last week. I've had it with this place and businesses like this that think they are going to punish me by having me wait because i refuse to arrive 40 minutes early when the wait is going to be 2 hours for a scheduled appointment anyway!! I'm not going here again. The insurance will have to refer me somewhere else or I'll go through VA who provide way better service, and there's no co payment or over billing of the insurance. This kind of lackadaisical customer service is really starting to become a problem. More people should complain as it's simply unacceptable!!

My first appointment:
Arrived 40 minutes early as requested. Checked in and paid copay. Over an hour past my actual appointment time, checked at the front to see what the status was, only to be told the doctor is running an hour behind and there is another patient ahead of me. THEN, they made the announcement to the lobby. I had to reschedule. I refuse to waste 3 or 4 hours of my time and energy for a 10 minute (if that) appointment just to refer me to get an MRI. If you are running that far behind, you should be letting people know when they check in. I verified with an employee that my particular doctor is often running at least an hour behind. A person in the elevator told me she has never waited less than 3 hours. When I checked in, my daughter and I noticed there were signs plastered all over the place telling the patients not to be rude as it would not be tolerated, and at that time we both agreed that if you need that many signs in a doctor's office, you are probably doing something wrong!!! I am getting sick of these businesses thinking that my time is not worth anything while they bill my insurance these ludicrous amounts of money for nothing most of the time! I'm with Southwest Medical who referred me here but I am seriously considering dropping my insurance on account of the sloppy work ethic and service of these companies.

Do not go here if you want to be taken care of. DR. Chan Holman told me I needed surgery to unlock my leg. He said he was going to straighten out my leg and remove the scar tissue behind my knee. He said it was a very complicated surgery and he was the only doctor that would be able to do the surgery. I will be walking day of surgery. He said he had performed 3 of these complicated surgeries. He never straightened out my leg, he never removed the scar tissue ball from my leg. He said he felt it dislove. He instructed me to walk after the nerve blocker wore off. I called him and his office multiple times after the surgery and told them my leg was still locked and in extreme pain. They staff and him just told me it was normal to keep trying to walk. I had giant bruise on my upper thigh looked like I was kicked by a ufc fighter. I have severe osteoporosis which doctor Holman was aware of. 5 days after surgery the pain was not going down. It was just getting worse. I went to the er hospital where he performed the surgery. I was told I have fractured femur. They contacted doctor Holman he said it was from the impact of me trying to walk. Which where HIS INSTRUCTIONS. He never reached out to me the day of the first hospital stay or the second. He sent his assistant go see me all he said was Dr. Holman said be in a knee brace. Which was impossible to get back in due to how deep he made the stiches and my leg still being locked. He finally came on the 3rd day. He never examined my leg all he said is how he wanted to keep me as a patient because I told his assistant I no longer wanted him as my doctor. Needless to say he never checked back in. I called him on the 5th day of the hospital to let him know that I was upset that he had not checked in and had not informed me of why I wasn't having surgery the hospital said I would be having. When I asked him for a mri after my stitches were removed he refused to and started raising his voice at me. I started yelling back at him. Told him as a doctor you should take care of your patients. You never called me the first or second day of the hospital. You came and never examined my leg. You just wanted to convince me to keep you as my doctor. You haven't called me after your visit. Im calling you to find out why I'm still in the hospital with no answers. He refused to give me an mri. He didn't want to because I would find out the scar tissue ball was never removed or dissolved in his words. When I went to his office to get my stiches remover from another doctor in office. I was told they were very deep. Ive seen two orthopedic doctors since him. One orthopedic said the case was to complicated for him. The last orthopedic said the surgery should have never been done in the first place. He believes my femur was fractured during surgery. This doctor informed me Dr. Holman was his friend and he didn't know what he meant by the scar tissue ball disloved. So in other words Dr. Holman lied. They asked if I received a picture of my leg being straight? Which of course I never did. He's suggesting AMPUTATION due to the damage Dr. Holman did or a taylor frame which can cause more fractures. Im still looking for an orthopedic that will take my case with out suggesting amputation or a taylor frame. Since most doctors won't touch another doctors messes up especially in the first 90 days of surgey. My leg is still locked and the scar tissue ball is still there. My surgery was Feb 6th 2025. Ive been told it could take up to two years to get my leg better if it ever does get better. My femur is only partially healed. If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Dr. Holman has two prior complaints with the nevada state medical board for performing surgery and damaging patients. On one patient he performed surgery on the wrong side.Clearly his not qualified. The fact that this practice still allows him to perform surgey knowing he hurts patients is unreal. Please save yourself and do not go here. Enter his name in Google along with complaints and his state board complaints will show up.

Even though I had to wait long for my appointment, my visit with Dr. Chan made up for it. He’s very pleasant, knowledgeable, confident and humble. His bedside manner is definitely a 5-star rating. Worth the drive to Henderson even though I live in the opposite side of Vegas.

Dr. Chan ruined my knee.
I went in for leg pain. I was desperate for help. When he claimed he found the cause I was ecstatic. But then after the surgery, not only did the pain get worse, but the area where he operated became unbearable. When I tried to tell him, he recommended pain management and refused to investigate the cause further. Before him, I at least had my mobility. Ever since he did surgery, I can't put full weight on that knee and now I have to use a cane. I'm in so much pain and all I wanted was help, but he did nothing but make it worse.

I have to use a cane. I can't take stairs anymore since the surgery. I can't play with my kids or walk my dog anymore. I don't know what he did to me, but he's made my life so much worse, and the original pain I went for wasn't helped at all.

Now I found out that they messed up when billing my insurance, and they're coming after me to pay. I have to PAY THEM for the benefit of my permanent disability.

And the office staff has done nothing but make me more humiliated for relying on them.

This place is a nightmare. Don't go here if you want help. You'll get nothing but costly bills and a permanent disability.

Front desk people are some of the nastiest, non helping people I’ve came across and their phone line is a joke to change appointments and confirm thru. But they don’t see an issue with them selfs. So If your time is valuable take your health issues somewhere else cause they just time wasting and milking peoples valued time.

Very nice office with a great view of the mountains, was there a bit early but the took me back and I never waited for more then 5 minutes at a time for someone to come into the exam room to check with how I was doing then for them to come and get me to get X-rays done. I was then taken back to the room and told Dr would be in shortly and he was. Dr. Howard is very nice and explains things to me in an easy manner, listens and answers my questions and really cares about how I am doing.

I've been going to see Dr. Golshani for 8 yrs. He is thorough with all the conditions that I have in my hands and wrist. He did a surgery and it actually relieved pain in my thumb. I also get regular injections in my hands and wrist receiving relief every time. I've never had a bad service from him. It has always been very pleasant experience. The staff and nurses are great. Unlike most Dr offices the wait there is very short 5 or 10 minutes at most visits.

Saw Dr Shariff for severe back pain. Problem diagnosed and surgery was scheduled. Even though this was a major surgery, the care and time given by Dr Shariff put me very much at ease. Happy to report surgery was a success and thanks to his abilities as a surgeon my life has improved 300%!

Called to reschedule an appointment and was told that the doctors are only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays wow must be nice to work at this place only on Wednesdays and Thursdays and get paid!!!! Bad experience. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Checking in and registration was disorganized. Waited 2 hours past our scheduled appointment time to see doctor. As much as we love Dr. Baker, his scheduling team is ridiculous. Of course, its always "Call anytime", however, you leave a message and they say it will take 48 hours to return the phone call. NOT SO MUCH. It has been 6 full business days and still not one phone call. This place is so difficult to deal with.

Post surgery: referral for PT was supposed to be uploaded. Never done. SHAWNA is a joke on his team.

Horrible experience at Fast Track. Waited 3 hours for the PA to see my husband for 5 minutes. He left claiming he would return but never did. Never sent prescriptions in. No instructions given for care. My husband was DENIED a work excuse even though he cannot walk!! This clinic made him feel absolutely dejected and like he wasted time and money for the worst patient care experience. We both work in healthcare. This is not how you treat patients. Will never return to this business.

I had initially been seeing Paul Morgan downstairs at the fast track clinic for a few months until he referred me upstairs to Jason Zarn THE VERY NEXT DAY after MRI results came in. As a larger woman, I am used to weight discrimination being the first thing that comes up during an appointment with a new doctor. For my entire life, that has been the norm and has been a huge source of anxiety in medical settings. Not only did that never come up with Paul Morgan, it never came up with Jason Zarn either.

Degenerative disc disease runs in my family, big or small, and Jason Zarn validated that during my appointment and did not bring up my weight for one single second. His focus was on my treatment and how to help me get better. He was kind, answered all of the questions I had, and made me feel much better about my prognosis than I did when I arrived. He also set up a plan for treatment and authorized some shots that same day that helped me leave feeling much less pain than I have been experiencing for months. Everyone I've seen at this practice, either at the Fast Track Clinic downstairs or the full clinic on the third floor, has been wonderful. Thank you Paul Morgan and Jason Zarn! I so appreciate how much you care about your patients and how much you have helped me through this. I could not recommend this practice enough.

My wife has been a patient at this clinic since 2019, and while we were initially impressed with the care from Dr. Allen during her successful left knee replacement, our recent experience has raised significant concerns.
In August 2023, my wife injured her right knee and promptly scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving at the fast-track clinic, everything seemed to be in order. However, weeks later, she was still experiencing discomfort and found it nearly impossible to get a return call despite leaving numerous messages. Each time she followed up in person, she was required to pay a co-pay, which felt unreasonable given the situation.
Eventually, it was determined that she would need a knee replacement. On November 8th, she met with Dr. Limtong, who confirmed the need for surgery and instructed her to obtain clearance from her primary doctor. Francine, Dr. Limtong's scheduler, assured my wife that scheduling surgery for the second week of December would not be a problem.
My wife obtained the necessary clearance on November 15th and ensured it was sent to Francine. However, when she followed up on November 18th, she was told not to call and that she would be contacted once the paperwork was received. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, my wife received no response.
On December 10th, Francine informed my wife that the paperwork had not been received. After confirming with her primary doctor that it had indeed been sent, we visited the clinic to hand-deliver the paperwork. During this visit, my wife expressed her concerns to Francine about the lack of communication. Francine's response—that she was unable to manage tracking all patients, she is only one person—was not acceptable. (Only if there was a program you could use to schedule follow-ups with patients.)
Furthermore, after returning to deliver my wife's lab work results to the receptionist, we found that Francine claimed we were "harassing" her for simply trying to ensure she received the necessary documents. If advocating for my wife's care is considered harassment, then I suppose we are guilty as charged.
Overall, the lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff has been disappointing. I hope this review helps highlight the need for improvement in patient communication and care at this facility.

I had a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement and this was a follow up visit. First I was taken for X-rays of my shoulder. Then I saw Jason who reviewed the X-rays with me. He asked for my progress with physical therapy and then reviewed the physical therapy for another four weeks. He was pleasant and professional as was the staff.
