Dr. Nelish Gokal has been the Best of the Best!! I Actually switched to be my Doctor many years ago because he is always so attentive to my needs!! He has NEVER failed me and always support me and my needs instantly! I can always count on You Dr.Nelish Gokal❤️❤️❤️You will be in my heart and my love until I die Dr.Nelish Gokal🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 But I’m old and die any time. Dr.Nelish Gokal is the absoult best doctor ever!!! Hes got a personality plus!!! A humgungose heart!!! And the most beautiful smile!!! Hes very attentive to your needs, compassionate about your health, one on one and consistently is important to his patience, iv had to change my insurances, so its been sometime since iv last seen him, & i truley miss him, Dr.Gokal is one Doctor ill never forget!!! Not only as a doctor or his professionalism you'll fall in love with, but just him as a person is just AMAZING all the way around!!! I love you Dr.Gokal!!! I Miss You!!!
