This office destroyed my husband's teeth to the point where he is in constant pain. It's been 3 years! He went in for a routine filling and Dr. Vargas didn't listen to him when he said he was hurting him. In fact, he told him, "No, I'm not." His treatment was very racially charged, being that my husband is not Latino, as he was short, impatient, and arrogant. He totally disregarded my husband's cry of pain and dismissed him. Please understand, he went in with absolutely no pain and has been suffering severly for nearly 3 years after this dentist worked on him. This dentist AND his office treated him like he was just another medical claim and could not care less about the condition he's in. This practice ruined my husband's mouth, his ability to chew on the desecrated side, and has grossly, negatively impacted his quality of life forever. Be warned. They are totally negligent and do not take responsibility for their poor dental care. My husband REGRETS going to this dentist every day of his life.

Dr Maurice Vargas, a very disrespectful and aggressive person, be mindful when going to him. Very disrespectful manner towards my 83 yo grandma, who was only looking to get her dentures done correctly, not be disrespected and almost assaulted. Dr Vargas has no respect for elders.

Dr. Vargas, Debra, Suzette, and his other team member (I hate that I forgot her name! But she deserves all the credit too.) were phenomenal from the start.

I had to have multiple visits due to an old dentist I went to not properly placing my crown/it cracking and some cavities.

Dentists usually make me very anxious but they were very welcoming, helpful in answering any/all questions I had, and really made the experience such a breeze each time I went.

I really appreciate them and my husband really enjoyed working with them too. As long as we’re in Vegas we will absolutely be going to them for any/all dental needs.

Cannot say enough great things about North Vegas Dental. I stumbled upon them after a horrible experience at another local dental office that left me with severe pain. I called the office and they were incredibly accommodating and were able to get me in that same week, it only took Dr. Vargas a few minutes to realize that the other dentist had put my filling in my nerve causing my pain and that I needed an emergency root canal. The team got me scheduled only 2 days later, and were so thorough with their work and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for me and made me feel extremely comfortable.

Dr. Vargas and the entire staff is absolutely beyond and I only wish I had come from the very beginning. I couldn't recommend them more. I will only be coming here for as long as I am in Vegas and you should too.

I'm terrified of dentistry and refused to go for MANY years until 2015 when I had no choice due to a toothache. I expressed my fear and the many reasons and starting with Genny at the front desk it all seemed to go away.
They are caring, thorough, and gentle. They are family friendly too. My mother, husband, sister, father-in-law and my daughter (who started coming here at the age of 5yr old) all come to Dr. Vargas. My husband and I have been patients of North Vegas Dental for over 8 years. Dr. Vargas, Susie, Jenny and the rest of the staff are always in great spirits. WE love spending some time laughing and talking with them. Dr. Vargas helped me save my teeth, as I am a 45 year periodontal sufferer. With his help and my own we were able to reverse this disease. Doc Vargas is perhaps the best dentist in Las Vegas. He is a hidden gem. He is efficient and knowledgeable. He doesn’t do unnecessary work and has a fine hand which made my experience painless. I waited for 3 minuets before I went to the back. The office was clean and staff friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor. I would give 6 stars if I could!

I usually hate going to the dentist like the majority of people, but Dr. Vargas, his entire office staff and office manager were amazing. They got me in after work which was very much appreciated and I wasn't in pain at all like I thought I would be. He constantly asked how I was doing and could tell he genuinely cared. I refer everyone to his office now. Thank you Dr. Vargas and staff! You guys are amazing!

Everyone is amazing from the beginning to end. I’ve had a fear of the dentist forever but sense I started coming here they have been amazing at keeping me calm, talking me through things to make me feel comfortable now I can smile with confidence. Definitely recommended from kids to adults!

I have been on a mission to find a new dentist now that I have new insurance. I have tried so many places and I either get over charged or the kids didn't feel comfortable with the dr. I was told to try this place for a second opinion on work that my children needed and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE! The doctor is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and I wasn't over charged for work that needed to be performed on my family.

We live out in Henderson and we still come to this side of town to visit Dr. Vargas. It a bit of a triple but we make it count. Right after the appointments the kids get to visit their grand parents. He’s been great with our family. Keep up the great work.

They have the BEST service ever! Especially at the front desk. The wonderful lady at the front, Genny, she's amazing! ! She was such a sweet heart checking me in. She explains Everything and answered every question I had before and after my appointment. I've never felt soo comfortable with a dentist until I came here!! Times says 8-6 but I call at 12 and at 1 and the guy tells me they don't open until 3. Then I tell them im in agonizing pain in my gums and teeth, can I do a walk in. He was rude about it and tells me to call back at 3. Really rude and unprofessional. I would of went to my other dentist but they stop accept my insurance and not a lot accepts it
