I am more than happy with my visit with Dr Wang! She is very personable and takes time to listen. Approached my hand problems with care and explained everything with options and recommendations. The staff is just as awesome! Ashley takes extra time to listen and help me with insurance and got what I needed for the appointment. Liz is very nice and takes time with patients. Thank you Dr Wang,I was on so much pain from the stage 4 arthritis in my thumb I was ready to just cut it off.but you took all of my pain away there was absolutely NO PAIN after surgery my only discomfort was from its not being enough padding in the cast which was rubbing the pin,other than that the pain pump that you inserted in my hand helped tremendously. I didn't even need the pain meds that were prescribed I took 1500 MG of acetaminophen twice during this whole process. There was very minimal scaring as well I am very happy with the results, now on to physical therapy. I even recommended you to a dear friend of mine who has carpal tunnel badly, I hope he calls for an appointment. Thank you so much you saved my hand

Dr wang, O, is very sharp good looking patiently clearly explain to to patient about things you need to know before surgeries, and very A decisive doctor!

During the procedures, I was awake, never mi d , a bit much noise talking behind curtain of me, but I recovered are well! He says the 3 to next six months is recovery time

I was truly disappointed with my experience both times I went to this office. I also felt forced to accept a surgery I made clear I was at no capacity to do. Dr. Wang was so pushy to take the surgery. I asked if there was anything else that could be done and she said I could either take over the counter medication or get the surgery, those were my only options. I felt forced to accept the surgery date and she was pushing me to get it the next day because she had an opening, knowing I had no one to take care of me for the recovery. She didn't explain the procedure I was going to get, the recovery time, NOTHING! They gave me a piece of paper to read and that was it. Luckily I was smart and got a second opinion. That doctor and advised that there is treatment for me, that surgery was not necessary like Dr. Wang kept insisting on. I felt like I was just a number towards her goal of surgery.

Steer clear of Dr. Olivia Wang at the Bronstein Hand Center if you prioritize your health. My experience with this medical center was deeply disappointing. A few months ago, I suffered a hand fracture and was referred to Dr. Wang for treatment after visiting the Summerlin Hospital emergency room.

On my first visit, Dr. Wang placed a removable cast on my arm due to open wounds. I expressed concern about the cast potentially affecting my fracture, to which she assured me it wouldn’t. Unfortunately, the fracture shifted just one week later. To my surprise, Dr. Wang accused me of reckless behavior, which was an entirely unfounded assumption.

She then handed my care over to her physical therapist, Antonio, who proved to be highly distracted and often inattentive. Antonio removed my removable cast without explanation and proceeded with physical therapy sessions, despite my fracture being non-surgical. It became evident that something was amiss.

Upon consulting other medical professionals, it became clear that my hand should have been immobilized throughout the healing process. When I reached out to Dr. Wang’s office for clarification, I was met with resistance from the staff. It took a demand for a second x-ray to reveal the truth: my fracture had moved 2 MM, warranting surgery, according to Dr. Wang.

I sought additional opinions from other doctors, all of whom confirmed the need for surgery based on my x-rays. Attempting to schedule the surgery with Dr. Wang’s office was another ordeal, thanks to an incompetent scheduler named Ashley.

Just a day before the scheduled surgery, I was informed that the surgical center was not covered by my insurance network. This was the final straw, and I decided to seek treatment elsewhere. Before leaving, I requested my medical records, only to find discrepancies.

My medical records indicated that my fracture had actually moved 3 MM, not the 2 MM Dr. Wang initially claimed. Furthermore, they had omitted crucial details of the physical therapy I received, Ashley withheld this information until I noticed the page numbers missing. It was a frustrating experience. To make matters worse, they shamelessly billed me for therapy work I shouldn’t have received in the first place, which made my fracture worse.

I came to this center with a simple fracture, and now, four weeks later, I’m facing surgery due to the incompetence of Dr. Wang and her team. Numerous reviews echo similar concerns about deteriorating conditions after treatment here.

For the sake of your health, I strongly recommend seeking medical care elsewhere. Dr. Wang showed no accountability for her actions and prioritized profit over patient well-being. It’s disheartening to say, but she tarnishes the reputation of the medical profession.

I recently had my 2nd hand surgery by Dr. Wang. She is top notch in service and expertise. I am so impressed by her skills I recommended her to both my children who have likewise become patients. I am very thankful to Dr. Wang.
