I had a great experience. Was quoted $2,700 for a crown from another dentist on Saturday. I called and left a message on Saturday, received a call back Sunday and had an appointment for Monday at 10am. The customer services from reception, to dental assistant and Dr Barruga were all excellent. They made me feel comfortable, the process was quick, easy and painless. I have never had such an easy and calm experience at a dentist knowing I was getting a crown put on a tooth that barely had any structure left on it, I also have invisiline. I called on Monday after loosing my crown and Amy set me up with an appointment for 10:30. No more that 30 minutes later Amy calls me up and their internet is down. She moved my appointment to 1:30. About 11:30 Amy called me up and she let me know that the internal internet will not be back and running and asked if I would be willing to Uber to the Henderson office. I was okay with that. The whole staff locked up the Vegas office and headed to Henderson. I may have waited 3 minutes out side. The team got me in and found my other tooth had decay under the crown so they removed that crown, removed the decay and fabricated and installed two crowns in 90 minutes. Very professional, and I am very appreciative and pleased with work. The whole team greeted me and maybe feel like they had been my dentist forever. Great work, great price and very quick!

This office/location is highly recommended. Same day crowns!! From the time I called to book my appointment with Amy, until I left the dental chair with Ashley and Dr. Barruga. Such a positive experience and outcome. The office was very clean and welcoming. The staff worked so well together to get my crown just right. I have been going to dentist for 70+ years and it’s always been a challenge and disturbing as I never looked forward to it. I have recently moved to Summerlin Nevada unfortunately, I had a crown fall off a couple weeks ago. Lucky for me that my daughter Jennifer has been helping me grow older. She found a dentist that specializes in crowns. It’s called Only Crowns the experience was extremely positive. I got all my dental work completed and walked out of the office a week later spending less than three or four hours in the chair ,Doctor BARRUGA and his two Assistance were the most professional and informed and made my visit very very easy and almost painless. If you’re going to need dental work, where a crown is part of it this is the only place to go. I have been doing this as I said for 70 years and this was completely easy to accomplish. I had three crowns done by Only Crowns (two yesterday and one a few days ago). Dr. Barugga and his assistant Ashley did a great job! My crowns look like natural teeth—you can’t tell the difference! Dr. Barugga told me I might need a Root Canal because on x-Ray one had quite a bit of decay. When he prepped the tooth, he discovered that unfortunately it had gotten down into the nerve of the tooth. The front desk gal, Amy, was super helpful! She referred four endodontists to me and even called a couple to see if they could get me in right away! Dr. Kim at Red Rock Endodontist, was the least expensive at $1,540 (paid $945 ‘cause they give an on the spot discount when you have AVS Dental Plan—which Denise at Red Rock recommend). Dr Kim did a great job on my Root Canal as well. So I got the root canal and crown all done in the same afternoon! I couldn’t be happier and I’ve already recommended Dr Barugga and Dr Kim to a few of my family members! Another thing to keep in mind is if you pay Only Crowns cash it’s $799, but if you use a credit card it’s $827 (3.5% transaction fee ) you’ll save $27 by paying cash. So I learned a couple of lessons the hard way, wait 30” after you eat to brush your teeth for two minutes with a soft toothbrush and have an annual x-ray and inspection to catch cavities in the beginning. Because if you wait too long, you’ll end up with an expensive root canal like I had to save a tooth.

I am so grateful to the doctor and staff at Only Crowns. They are all so warm and kind. I had a crown done by another dentist about six weeks ago. As I explained to the team here, I just cannot go back to that office. I have a couple of crowns and this is the first time it ever hurt And after it was put in, it was pretty uncomfortable. Needless to say, I didn’t want to go back to that particular dentist and I found this team of people Dr Barruga did not try to get me to buy a whole new crown and he did my bite adjustment and saving me like $750 by not getting a whole new crown. My Name is Henry, I recently went to
Crowns Las Vegas. To have a crown put on my broken tooth. Before I went there I looked online for a qualified Dentist. I was shocked when I found out how much other Dentists charged for a crown or Implant. I wasn’t sure which one I needed. These were some of the price's, $1200, $1500, and Over $5000 for an Implant. I had such a good experience at Only Crowns. It’s been a week since my visit and I normally don’t leave reviews, but the service was beyond, so I have to give credit where it’s due.

Dr. Barruga was AMAZING. Hands down the best numbing injection I’ve ever had, and I’ve seen a dozen or so dentists at this point. I had some sensitivity during the procedure, not pain, and I wasn’t sure if asking for more numbing would help. He noticed immediately and was like, “yeah, let’s fix that,” and gave me more with zero hesitation. No issues after that.

His assistant (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) was also super nice and gentle. She even invited me to watch my crowns being made in the machine (which was pretty cool).

I had two crowns done. No issues. In and out in about two hours.

Now I have to talk about Amy, who helped me schedule everything over the phone. She was incredibly helpful.

To whoever pays her, you’re not paying her enough.

My dental insurance reimburses part of out-of-network costs, all I have to do is file a claim. I’m showing my lack of adult skills here, but I haven’t had to fill out too many insurance forms in my 28 years, so I was a bit overwhelmed by all the information it was asking for.

I didn’t mention this, just that I would be filing a claim. I also had a preauthorization from a different dentist that I shared in case anything on there might be helpful. I expected her to just give me the information I needed to file the claim.

BUT HOMEGIRL DOWNLOADED MY INSURANCE CLAIM FORM AND FILLED IT OUT FOR ME. Like, all I have to do is mail it in?!

I didn’t give her the insurance claim, which means she went looking for it herself. I don’t know if that’s standard for offices to fill out claims for you, but I was surprised and grateful.

If I had to complain about something, it would be how much they checked on me afterward. Both Amy and the doctor followed up multiple times to make sure I was okay (which feels illegal to complain about) but technically that’s all I’ve got.

10/10 experience. Everyone was kind, attentive, and went beyond what I’ve experienced with dental care in Las Vegas. I would absolutely recommend them.

I went to the dentist and was informed I needed two crowns. I do not have dental insurance, so they offered me a "no-insurance" deal of $1,545 per crown plus a one time $169 membership fee. I declined the service.
I came across Only Crowns on IG and could not really believe what their price was, so I called them. Sure enough the price was $799 per crown and no other fees period.

I recently was told two of my teeth needed crowns due to being cracked from grinding while asleep. This was devastating news to hear because I did not have any insurance and crowns are a bit pricey.

Luckily I was able to locate a place called Only Crowns in Summerlin, Las Vegas 9. Little did I know this was to be my shining light, the proverbial Holy Grail. I think I may have heard angels singing as I was guided to the Only Crowns site.

Truly, my experience was fantastic. First off, they have fixed pricing for those of us in the insurancely challenged group. Secondly, Dr. Vernon Barruga was top notch. He looked at my teeth and offered an opinion contrary to what I was told. He told me the cracks were superficial only and if they were his teeth he wouldn't get them crowned. This is from a doctor who makes his living from crowns! I was honestly shocked with his truthfulness in the age of making a buck no matter what. He then, out of the graciousness of his heart, filed down the rough edges of my teeth at no charge!

I was recently in Vegas and while I was there I heard an ad on utube for Only Crowns and was intrigued by getting a permanent crown in less than 90 minutes for $799. It also came with a lifetime guarantee. I recently had my teeth cleaned in NH and my primary dentist told me I would need a crown and the cost would be a little more than $1600. I then went to Aspen dental and they said the same thing and the cost was even more.

I have beautiful teeth but had two prior crowns and both caused me pain for over a year before it finally went away and it took weeks to get my permanent crown installed.
