The place is super nice and the doctor who attends you is loving, but the girl at the reception has zero customer service experience, she is rude, disrespectful and treats you badly. They should evaluate the staff who work there, really the very good doctor! But the receptionist is very rude, she has a bad face, you feel that you are bothering when one is paying to be attended to.

My experience was subpar. The optometrist was less than welcoming. She had no regard for my comfort . The worse part was when I saw her roll her eyes at one point during the exam when I said, hold on I need to blink. Awful customer service and a lack of professionalism.

It’s a scam. You walk into one business that your medical insurance told you to go, but apparently it’s 2 different businesses, the dr that does the test accepts your medical insurance, but the people that has to supply the lenses and frame does not accept the insurance. I would rather want to warn people against Lens Crafters in Fashion Mall in Las Vegas.

I’ve been coming to this LensCrafters for years for my eye exam and frames. Their staff are always beyond helpful and knowledgeable about what different kind of glasses will work best for you. I always put these optical appointments off until the last moment before my insurance rolls over. As a result of my procrastination, I reached out a day prior and was given an appointment next day.

Provider was efficient and knowledgeable. Explained everything succinctly and confirmed understanding. Support staff was cordial and efficient. Retail side post visit was non-pushy and valued my time.

All in all a great experience. Maybe I will visit in May next t as opposed to December. 🤣

The customer service at this office is truly horrible. They give misinformation in the sense that I was told on the phone I could come pick up trial lenses without an appointment. I squeezed time in between work to come to the office to get them, just to then be told I need an appointment. I do NOT have all of this time to waste and the attendee at the front was not helpful and somewhat smirking about it as if it’s a joke that I’m wasting my time coming back and forth. I finally had to make an appointment and make time to come back AGAIN because apparently I couldn’t just be given my trials when I wasted time coming the first time. The immaturity and attitude of the front desk is the main issue - not to mention again providing incorrect information. If you can avoid this office, I would.

The Optometrist was outstanding. However. I came simply for refraction in order to replace my glasses which has a $10 copay under my insurance. I was given a non payable service without my consent or authorization a $39 eye photograph which is a repeat of a test I have completed annually by my ophthalmologist. The issue isn’t the $39 it’s that they weren’t transparent and a national chain shouldn’t have to be hiding additional charges like that.

Total Vuity scam!!!
I went there 30 days ago to inquire about the Vuity product. I was told that I had to get an eye exam before they can prescribe the product and that the cost would be $100. I agreed to the exam and paid $100. I was thinking that if everything checked out I would get the prescription...little did I know. The eye doctor gave me a SAMPLE of the product use but no prescription. I was told to put one drop in each eye daily and that I had to come back in 30 days for a follow up to make sure everything was okay after using the product and if everything checked out he would give me a prescription. Fair enough. I showed up for the follow up and told the receptionist that I didn't think the product was working for me and that I wanted to ask the doctor a few questions. She went to the back and came back and said I was supposed to use it twice per day (not what I was initially told) and that if I wanted the see the doctor and get the prescription I had to pay another $100. I honestly could not believe what I was hearing. Never did they tell me that I would have to pay for the follow up visit to get the prescription. There was no way I was going to let them scam me again by paying another $100 for something I should've had after the first visit. Needless to say I walked out without the prescription. I've also reached out the makers of Vuity and explained my experience with the scammers at Vegas Valley Eye and Vision and asked if they could refer me to a legitimate eye doctor that can prescribe the product. Stay away from this place!
