Overpriced terrible customer service when they sent me an email to give a review. I was going to fill it out later with a one star review but now after what they did, I will give a zero star review as I opened up my email again they filled out my customer survey for me and filled out a five star review on my behalf. I would never give them a five star review and definitely never now beware these people are a joke. Every part of my experience was incredibly professional, courteous and each member of the staff was willing to go the extra 10 miles. I was well overdue for a checkup and some frames. The frames that I was using were literally taped together and although I did not buy them there they insisted they could make them better. I was reluctant because they are the only frames I have until the new ones come in. I was shocked that not only did they make it better it was if they made them born again LOL. Service is clearly something these folks take seriously and I'm glad that I just happened in. Also they allowed me to take my time choosing my new frames and covered all of the options I had with my insurance

I have been to a lot of pearle vision’s throughout Vegas, and I have to say this was the best one I’ve been too. The customer service was amazing, and everyone was so nice to me throughout my whole experience, they also had next day appointments ready and available, i’m not sure if they always have that, but it was perfect for me. Even when i was checking out they applied so many discounts that I was eligible for and helped me lower my costs so much! Huge shoutout to everyone there, you guys made my day better!

I found this eyeglass repair shop on Google Maps on the spur of the moment today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist; although my English isn't very good, they listened patiently to what I needed. A staff member quickly came over and resolved the issue for us. The shop was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly—I will definitely visit again.

The service at this optical store was really disappointing. After my eye exam, they told me my lenses would be ready in about two weeks and that they would call me when my lenses were ready. However, after three weeks, I still hadn’t heard anything. I finally called to check, only to find out that they had simply forgotten about my order and hadn’t even made the lenses.

The lenses finally arrived a week later. The manager helped me choose a pair of Gucci frames, but when I put on the new glasses, I found that the temples were too long. Whenever I looked down, the glasses would slide down my face.

I asked the manager to help adjust the glasses. She said that the store couldn’t adjust the temples and that I would just have to live with it.

After some back and forth, she finally found a technician who was able to adjust the glasses.

Overall, the technician was good, but the manager’s attitude and the store’s handling of my order were very disappointing.

Went to pick up my prescription glasses, advised my RayBans I ordered the day after I received my prescription have been used for nearly 2 weeks and informed the clerk who then informed the manager I am having an issue seeing at night with the glasses on. The manager advised me the doctor recommends me using the glasses 24/7 despite me being unable to see as clear during night driving with the glasses on then I do with them off. She sent me on my way and advised me to report back if it doesn’t get better in a period of time. This does make me feel like I am being brushed off and my concern for seeing while I’m driving at night is not being taken seriously when I could simply have a different prescription for night time use than I do during the day, they suggested continued use instead even if it’s unsafe for myself and others on the roadway. Would likely not return to this location due to the lack of care of the customer.

The lady that took care of me at Pearle vision in the shopping center at Tropicana and Jones was wonderful. She was very patient. She took her time to help me find the perfect frame for me. She explained to me what frames look best on what face and I never knew that your eyebrows were supposed to show above the top of the glasses so that they would sit properly. We have two insurances and we came here for the eye exam every two years. They do a lot of sales talk so we paid out of pocket $389.09 because they said the very simple black ray-ban frame ($305.95!for the frame only no lenses. The frame actually retails only for $95 in amazon) and transitional lens are not covered by insurance. And then we receive a bill that we still owe them $28.50 after sending a first-time demand letter and already charged as with a finance charge. THIS PLACE IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. AVOID PEARLE VISION AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING THE FRAMES THEY SHOW YOU IN THEIR STORE. THAT’S WHERE THEY OVERCHARGE LIKE TRIPLE THE PRICE.

Loved the service when I went to get my glasses the staff is caring and amazing.
A week later went back in to get the arm fixed on my glasses (my granddaughter made a mistake and snapped one side) they told me they had to replace the whole glasses.. I was like huh🤔🤔 the one arm just broke the lenses are only a week old why would I have to pay to get the whole thing replaced why can't I pay for a replacement of the frame there's nothing wrong with the lenses.. they said no.. if that's the policy that's not cool..

All I can say is I thought I booked an appointment for an optometrist not a doctors appointment, staff had condescending tones acting like they didn't want to be there, they make you pay $60+ for a useless scan of the back of your eye to tell you that everything's fine and try to get you to buy "specialty" lenses for an insane markup but don't worry you get 40% off, what a deal! Staff was really uncoordinated running around like chickens with no head on making errors in the process. They also try to get one over on you so always check the paperwork before signing anything, they act like they'll do the right thing and ask first but no they automatically sign you up for expensive useless stuff and I'm sure they get commission for that.

I moved out of state, and tried other places, but the glasses that were crafted for me at this location are incomparable. I still actually use it to this day! The prescription may change due to my age, but the frames still are brand new looking and the quality and craftsmanship of the lens is excellent. I have been going to pearl vision for 2 years and during the 2nd visit my suspicion raised. This year i am happy to say I have left this company that SCAMS their consumer for every penny. First, when you do their questionnaire prior to your visit, it will give you NO OPTION to opt out of their extra services like optomap and quantify for an extra $44+. Second I found EXTEA FEES on my receipts. Lastly after going to a new optometrist on spring mountain, i have found i have been overpaying pearl vision for contacts. After 200$ allowance from insurance for contacts I STILL PAID 200$ out of pocket because their own brand was $400+. When I took my business to spring mountain their contacts were under 200$, after insurance I paid 40$ out of pocket. Also when suspicion arised, i was met with a sense of annoyance and frustration from their staff when im simply trying to understand WHY IM PAYING SO MUCH. Doctors are wonderful but nearly every doctor is wherever you go but doesnt justify getting SCAMMED...

AMAZING experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The entire exam was incredibly thorough. Dr. Lucido was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and felt truly cared for the whole time. Hands down one of the best optometry visits I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend! A 20/20 visit for sure!!! 👓⭐️

They took me as a walk in to fill my prescription for glasses and contacts and everything was very easy! The front desk girl was very nice and Liz (I think that's her name) was wonderful and she ensured I could get both my glasses and my contacts for the best price possible! A very pleasant experience for sure :)
