The employee Angela was checking us out after our eye exam and let us know that the contact portion would be paid out of pocket. We said we weren’t aware and would have really liked it to be explained to us prior. She smirked and said “well you signed the forms and it said it right on there” we said we missed that and just would have appreciated if it was explained to us. She continued smiling and laughing and I asked her what was so funny? She said it was funny that we signed something we didn’t understand. She was so demeaning and condescending. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a medical employee. Angela made our experience so upsetting. She could have been empathetic and apologized for the misunderstanding but she continued to giggle and smirk at us instead. I never want to return to this location and the kindness of all the other staff was completely overshadowed by the disrespect of Angela.

My experience at Pearle Vision was amazing. I hadn’t had an eye exam for many years so I was a little nervous. Every staff member from scheduling my appointment to my actual appointment date was very friendly. "Both my 5-year-old son and I had an eye exam here, and I couldn't be happier with how the technicians treated him—they were exceptionally compassionate, kind, and great at keeping him at ease. To top it off, the lab technician was amazing and managed to get his prescription glasses ready on the very same day!

My only minor hiccup was the communication regarding pickup. We were told they would call when the glasses were ready, but after waiting a couple of hours and hanging out at the mall, we hadn't received a call yet. We decided to walk back just to check, and thankfully they were ready. While I completely understand that they might have been busy, a quick follow-up call as promised would have been appreciated. Overall, wonderful staff and fast service—just hope the communication improves next time!"

The wait time was long. My appointment was at 9:50 I didn't get in a room till 11 and still had to wait on the doctor. I left the off at 11:40. They had booked so, many appointments on to of each other there was no where' to sit. They also only had one room to do all the test that were done by the machines. I was at one machine and they had a little boy on another machine in the same room🤦🤦🤦.

The representatives were not very helpful. Had been in there twice before, and there was no record of it. My frame had broken for the second time and I paid a protection plan. The first time my glasses were or frames were replaced and the second time the frame broke the same way I had to pay for the frames or a co-pay. The lens keep popping out of my frames and every time I take it back, it did not get fixed as it should have been I will never go back to Pearlovision again for any kind of assistance.

When I came to my scheduled appointment had to wait thirty five minutes to even see the doctor or technician, then, once they got started with my eye exam, things did go much better after that. I exam, I had to wait to then see a customer service rep in reference to closing everything out and paying the final bill. All in all I was there at 9 and didn't leave till after 11.

I referred 2 patients. My spouse and mother-in-law. We all have the same benefits. They both got new eye glasses w/o going beyond their benefits. Me, they said I would have to go outside my benefits even though my benefits would pay $250, 30% off. So no prescription glasses for me. My referrals said they wanted to go beyond benefits to get their glasses, but Pearle Vision took the time to find a pair that matched their benefits. They wouldn't find a frame RX to remain w/in my benefits. I guess the patient that's not new 😕 doesn't get the professional treatment the new ones get that refer them two new patients.

They were incredibly busy when I went in with my 90-year-old client needing to change out her lenses that she'd gotten years ago at a different store. Although they were very busy, the check-in process was quick and smooth and I didn't feel we had to wait very long. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, very professional and accommodating. She uses a walker and they actually got to the door before me and held the door open for her. I would say was a very well-run office from our experience. Including, as busy as it was, the person in charge making sure everyone was able to take their breaks. I have Mom hearing so it wasn't as though she was talking about it loudly. It's just that I actually overheard her making sure everyone is getting their break. I thought they did a great job.

The staff is soulless. No one seems happy to be there or involved in their job. The gal who did the majority of the exam (unlicensed tech I presume) asked the same questions multiple times, like she was so disconnected she forgot I answered her already. "Dr. B" gave a full introduction of herself twice in 90 seconds, my wife and I looked at each other confused... The optician who processed my lens order did not explain or display the transition darkness I would experience on my new lenses. After 2 weeks of them processing my lenses, I picked them up only to find that the transitions were garbage. They did basically nothing. I went back, they said they have a darker "athletic" type transition lens. So I had to pay extra for that, then they kept the glasses another 2 weeks. I got the replacements and the transitions on these newest lenses are also complete garbage. A total waste of time and money, they couldn't provide the product they advertise and they couldn't provide the quality care they laud themselves about. Luxottica strikes again. Target Optical was a million times better in every way. Pearle Vision holds a lot of contracts with insurance carriers so they feel their quality doesn't actually matter, they will have plenty of sheep coming through their pastures. They treat you like a number, no one cares about you. Pearle Vision is awful. They're not interested in actually solving problems, they're merely drones.

Me hice examen de la vista para unos lentes de contacto. pague por el par por 6 meses. y cuando ya tenían la prescripción de los lentes fui a probarmelos y porque en uno de los ojos sentía yo que no veía bien que me estorbaba el Doctor tomo la decisión de nada más mandarme hacer la prescripción de un lente de contacto y q el otro lente de contacto no lo iba a mandar hacer la prescripción, que solo me anduviera con un lente y no me dieron siquiera un descuento me cobraron por dos lentes de contacto por 6 meses y solo me dieron uno y así ando con un lente solamente que clase de doctor y de receta es. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR....

Horrible service from store manager lady with red curly hair. The store used to be inside Meadows Mall where my elderly parents got $700 stolen by one of their sales persons. They denied it and since no cameras present nothing could be. Look elsewhere for eyewear needs. They have since relocated to N Vegas where this manager runs a tight ship seen in how she interacts with the employees.

Everything was great up until the very end when I was speaking to the woman about what I wanted on my daughter's glasses. As far as reflective coating transition stuff like that. I told her I do not want the reflective coating. Because after a while it starts to peel off, she immediately snapped with an attitude and tells me it doesn't peel off and then proceeded to look into my file to see if I have the reflective coating on my glasses now. And then looks at me with a big smirk, and tells me, you don't have it on your glasses. I feel like I feel like she was pretty rude. The wait was way too long, my appt was at 10:20 and didn’t get out till 1:00pm. They had a little issue trying to figure out my son’s insurance, and trying to process it.
My son was bored and restless during the whole process which made his testing a little difficult. They had another patient waiting in the testing room with us which some privacy would have been nice. They said he had good eye sight yet pressed us on getting a pair of glasses. They had an offer for 50$ frames but the prescription to put them in was 200$. So I was little confused on way they said he had good vision then offered glasses.

I love this place. You get your exam and then pick your glasses the same day. And it took 2 weeks to get my glasses back. They have a beautiful selection covered by Medicaid. I haven't been unsatisfied with none of the glasses I recieved. Thank you Pearl Vision for helping me see clearly. May God bless your business to help the poor recieve the eye care they need.

Just got yearly eye exam and got 2 new pair of glasses. Good deal on the second pair which will be prescription sunglasses without the lines, i wear bifocal, so its a big deal for me. Can't wait to get them, I couldn't afford them last time. And I like that they had a sooner appointment for me, next day appointment when I called.
I definitely recommend them. Go now , they got deals going on. And they are kind people, they work with you the best way they can. I like mostly that they was patient with me in making decisions about my own eyes. That's a big plus for me because I don't like making decisions in a rushed manner.
Great job to the beautiful young lady that helped me and the doctor too, she was also great. Great experience.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this place.

The people at the front were very unprofessional and rude. I came in early in the morning because I had called beforehand and was told I could come in as a walk-in.

A little over a month ago, I picked up my daughter’s glasses here, and the frame already cracked. I was previously told my insurance would cover a replacement frame, so I came in expecting help. Instead, I waited around 30 minutes with no communication until someone finally asked what was going on and whether I even had an appointment.

When the front desk employee finally decided to help me, she immediately told me I would have to pay another $200 for glasses I had already paid for. She didn’t even bother checking if they had the same frame available or looking into other locations after I specifically asked.

At that point, I had enough and decided to leave. They do not seem interested in helping customers only in making people pay twice for poor quality products that didn’t even last two months. All they had were excuses. The staff was not helpful at all and treated me like I was begging for help instead of being a paying customer.

No I do not recommend this place waste of time for my two year old lack of patience and the doctor she seemed so careless when trying to let us retest for my sons eye exam after they dilated his eyes and he was acting fussy they said no. Lack of empathy and patience for a two year old never coming here again. She should of told me without the test we couldn’t proceed I don’t even know why I went went there or why they assumed that the two year-old was gonna act like a six-year-old or something.
