I had a fantastic experience!! Not only was I treated like a customer should, I was treated with respect and dignity before they even knew what I was going to buy or not buy!! That is a place I want to come to always!! I may not buy today, but if you treat me well, when I do need to buy…I’m coming back to the place that treated me great either way!!! Daniella introduced me to all of the promotions that were available, whether or not I was interested, maybe my friend would be interested! Again, a place I will come back to!! I’m disappointed with my experience with these glasses. The lenses seem to be incorrectly cut, and they actually hurt my face when I wear them.When I first received the glasses, they were very loose. I mentioned this to the employee, and she adjusted them, but after the adjustment, the glasses were left noticeably crooked. When I pointed out that they looked uneven, she laughed, which made me feel like I was bothering her or being difficult for bringing it up.I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I paid for these glasses, and I expect them to be properly made, comfortable, and correctly adjusted. I should not have to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed for pointing out a problem with something I paid for.

Every employee was great! Dr Lemus (I believe that was her name but I'm having trouble remembering and I'm not sure that I spelled it right) was great; very knowledgable and helpful. I had an extra test outside of the eye exam that wasn't covered by insurance, but she stressed the importance and some diabetic and we found the beginnings of diabetic retinopathy(spelling?). She helped by referring me to a specialist. The true highlight was working with Brooke! She was incredibly sweet, personable and helpful. She helped me get a pair of glasses for distance and one that was Progressive at a great discount! Also, not gonna lie here, I kind of developed a crush 😁. If you want a great experience, don't hesitate to go here!

I would not recommend Pearle Vision based on my experience. I went there at the beginning of the year and paid extra for glare protection on my glasses. A few days later, I called to let them know I was still experiencing glare. I was told to bring the glasses in, which I did.

When I returned, I was told that I had the correct prescription and that I needed to wear the glasses and get used to them. I have now been dealing with this for over nine months, and I still cannot comfortably wear these glasses without experiencing glare. I can only wear them for long-distance viewing.

I recently called to speak with someone about the issue and was placed on hold. No one ever came back to the phone.

I paid for a service that I expected to work, and I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously. The customer service and follow-up have been disappointing. If you are looking for quality glasses and reliable customer service, I would recommend considering another optical provider.

I will say that the staff is very nice including the Dr that treated me. On the other hand I have had to come back to this location to get my glasses readjusted 7 different times, now, and they are still not correct. My glasses continue to fall down on my face and I have to keep using my finger to push them up.

There has to be a better way of ensuring that a client's glasses fit better. I have never experienced these many issues with getting the fit of my glasses correct.

Update: I have been back an ADDITIONAL 3 times to have my glasses adjusted, including yesterday. They still hurt to wear. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating, and a huge waste of my time.

I have visited three different locations, and this location consistently stands out as the best. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the office is consistently clean and well-maintained. They make every effort to see you as quickly as possible, often providing faster service than other eye-care offices I have visited.
I also appreciate that they always have a great selection of frames, including styles and options that my children love. The staff takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and is always willing to assist whenever I have questions or need help.

My second year choosing Pearle Vision on N Nellis as my optometry office. They have a variety of affordable options for glasses. All employees were kind to me. Never have any issues. After calling in to ask a few insurance related questions. I went to the store on Nellis and was helped by Danielle. I was unaware of how much time it would take and thought it would be nice to take my 92 year old mom for a short ride. After a few minutes it was abundantly clear that it would take longer than I had anticipated. Danielle and some other staff members were kind enough to help bring my mom inside from the car where it was getting very hot and brought her some cold water as well. The crew also helped to get her back into the car once my appointment was completed. As far as the purpose of my visit...Danielle was very helpful and explained all of my options and the cost associated with each of them. This was last year.

On 7/31/26 I came in for a check up and to be fitted for new glasses. I saw Brian Nasser OD. He performed my check up. my appointment was on time and the service performed was good. Later I met with the same person that helped me the prior year to be fitted for new glasses...Danielle was...again...very helpful and did a great job, even helping me find the pair I liked.

Sadly, I returned on 8/9/26 to bring in frames I found at another vendor to be fitted with my new prescription. Danielle was at lunch so I was "helped" by...and I believe her name was...Marisela. After her fumbling around with her terminal, making sure I was aware that she was doing me a favor. I attempted to clarify exactly what I needed from my lenses...she brushed me off and said I was getting what I wanted. When it came time to pay I was told that if paid with a credit card I would be charged sales tax, but not if I used a debit card...I was starting to feel frustrated with her service at this point and tossed my credit card onto the table top. She then accused me of throwing my card at her. She then read me the riot act at how this was unacceptable. I told her I did not throw my card at her, but for the remainder of this unpleasant encounter I remained silent.
this encounter has put an extremely sour taste in my mouth...there are other places I can go to spend my hard earned money.

I had 4 eye exams done that I paid out of pocket for which was recommended by the tech , it was my first time here , the equipment to each eye exam done was dirty and not sanitized, I had to let the tech know the machine was dirty with stains I had to place my whole face to this dirty machine , I let the lady know and that’s when she had to spray it down and wipe it , after I told her that’s when the tech started to clean each equipment needed. This place is great. I went to the location on Nellis Blvd back in October of last year and the doctor saw something in my eye that could have been a retinal problem so she referred me to a specialist to have it checked out. When I went to the specialist he told me the eye looked fine but if I suddenly start seeing floaters, flashing lights, or a black curtain to immediately let them know because that means the retina is detaching and needs to be operated right away or I could go blind on that eye.

I went home not worried. Fast forward to May of this year I started seeing floaters and flashing lights so I made another appointment with the specialist and sure enough, I had a hole in my retina and it was detaching. I got an emergency surgery the next day on May 15 and I’m now recovering. I did lose a lot of vision but that’s way better that being completely blind on that eye. Had it not been for the eye doctor’s recommendation at this location, I would have taken my sweet old time getting that checked out when the symptoms showed up and I would have probably lost my vision completely on that eye.

Now I’m just waiting for my new prescription glasses so that I can see normal again. Thank you Doctor at Pearl Vision on Nellis. I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she’s great and the entire staff is very professional. I highly recommend it.
