This is a first class place for any age athlete to improve their performance and stay healthy. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about staying fit and healthy.

Im a 51 year old hockey player, Snowboarder, golfer and very active.
I have been coming to PPP for over 3 plus years and it has been a game changer for me.

The PT program has kept me on the ice even with lots of nagging injuries that I get with putting my body to the test. Strength and conditioning has put me in a position where I can skate full games and not get tired where I have no energy for full shifts. Plus I have been able to stay healthy so I can continue to play even recovering just in time thanks to the great PT work to get me ready for tournaments where I can play 4 games in 2 days or more.

Before PPP I was injured alot and missing months at a time and i didnt have the endurance to keep up with all the youngsters on the ice. Now I can keep up and perform to the best of my abilities and continue to do all the sports I love.
Thank you Sophie, Justin, Jerelle, Charles and the entire team at PPP for what you do.

As a former college athlete, dealing with the aftermath of my ACL surgery was beyond frustrating. I was unable to get my knee back to full extension, which caused secondary Achilles tendonopity and severely limited my movement. Other physical therapy places repeatedly told me that this was 'just how it was going to be' and that I’d have to accept the pain as my new normal.

Everything changed when I started working with Dr. Sofie at PPP. Her technical toolkit, including dry needling, shockwave therapy, and targeted manual work, made a massive difference. What set her apart even more was her sharp eye for detail. She makes sure your exercise execution is precise down to the exact rep.

After just a couple of months, my knee now reaches full, symmetric extension, and I have little to no pain in my knee or achilles. I went from thinking chronic pain was just how my life was going to be, to feeling stronger than I did during my college athletic career. I cannot recommend Dr. Sofie and the PPP team enough!

PPP really truly helped me get back to the sport I love. After months of failed traditional methods and wanting to avoid treatments such as steroids, Dr. Sofie Cruz was able to get me back training in less than six months after starting with her. All the staff at PPP is amazing and really focuses on you and what your goals with PT are. Without a doubt would feel 110% confident recommending anyone to go here especially athletes.

I can’t say enough good things about PPP! I’ve been coming here for performance training since 2020 and physical therapy since 2023 as a college volleyball player. After tearing my ACL, PPP played a huge role in getting me back on the court. I did prehab with them over winter break before my surgery, which helped me go into surgery strong and made a huge difference in my recovery.

During the summer, I went to PT once a week and performance training three times a week, and the communication between the PPP multidisciplinary team was incredible. One of my favorite things about PPP is having physical therapy and performance training under one roof. Pat would notice something during PT and relay it to Charles on the training side, and vice versa. Everyone was always on the same page and working toward the same goal. Even while I was away at school, they worked together virtually to keep me on track.

I’m so grateful for everyone at PPP and everything they’ve done for me throughout my volleyball career and ACL recovery. It’s truly a unique facility, and I couldn’t recommend them enough to any athlete!

PPP Performance and Physical Therapy has really helped me over these past 5 months. I first went in March for a general feel to see what PPP had to offer compared to other physical therapy businesses in Las Vegas. I was referred to PPP by my good friend who is a big athlete, getting the proper treatment he needed, compared to other physical therapy places that didn't grasp as well what was really needed from physical therapy for high caliber athletes. After the first few months of going to PPP on and off, I finally felt confident in what PPP was doing for me as a high-tier athlete. Pretty consistently, I was going in every other week to get cupping, dry needling, and shockwave therapy on the sore and tender parts of my body, allowing my to recover at an even higher rate, allowing me to have an explosive result in training and performance this past summer. If it weren't for PPP this past summer, I wouldn't have been able to reach the heights that I did, and I am extremely grateful to them and will continue to keep putting my faith and trust in their practices.

PPP is truly the best out there. We used them for several months for strength training for our son. During the first couple of months, our son put on 15 lbs of muscle and we saw that strength translate directly to his performance in games. We were truly impressed with the data driven analysis and results. They assess each person and customize the workout based on their individual weaknesses so that they are able to be even more effective in their specific sport.

When our son suffered a knee injury during basketball practice, luckily, we knew exactly where to take him for physical therapy. Their team worked diligently to address his pain and stiffness and are a huge reason why he has made a full recovery in such a quick time
frame. Unlike physical therapy covered by insurance, they’re able to treat the entire body and aren’t limited to one specific area/injury, which is a huge bonus.

We are so appreciative of everyone at PPP for the first class care and attention they provide our son. From the front desk staff, trainers, physical therapists, etc., everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

My son loves going to PPP. Our only regret is that we didn’t start with them sooner.

If you’re looking for the best in strength training, sports recovery, or physical therapy, look no further than PPP. There’s a reason why top professional and collegiate athletes continue to return to PPP. They truly know their stuff!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sofie and the entire team at PPP. Finding this practice has been a game changer for our family. The combination of expertise, personalized care, attention to detail, and innovative technology sets them apart from any other PT clinic we’ve experienced.

We originally came to PPP for sports performance training, but when our daughter developed persistent shin splints that were close to becoming a stress fracture, Dr. Sofie and her team helped her recover and come back stronger than ever. She loves working with the team and refuses to go anywhere else.

I’ve also experienced firsthand how effective their approach is. I sought treatment for a knee injury I’d been dealing with for over 20 years. Dr. Sofie created a customized plan that helped me rebuild strength and eliminate pain. After just a month of treatment, I was able to run and lift heavy weights again without the lingering pain I had come to expect.

If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about its patients and delivers real results, I highly recommend Dr. Sofie and everyone at PPP. I trust them completely with both my own care and my children’s.

Life Saver! Sofie is an expert in her field; and, she listens, remembers, and is so kind and patient. I felt drastic relief in my years of knots and pains in my neck, shoulder and back during our first session. I am now just a few weeks in to the process and I am amazed with the healing results my body has not had for years. I am finally sleeping, gaining strength and feeling so grateful and happy. I have lived in Las Vegas for four years now and have tried many treatments with various professionals and received minimal results. I have highly recommended PPP to everyone I know that is suffered from injuries. Definitely, working miracles on me.

PPP Performance and Physical Therapy in Las Vegas is truly an exceptional facility. The wealth of knowledge provided by founder Charles Sams and the physical therapy team led by Dr. Sofie Cruz is something that is incredibly rare to find — and likely very difficult to match. Every single person on their team is highly qualified, attentive, and genuinely invested in the people they serve.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you are welcomed and taken care of by the amazing Ms. Nancilyn, who truly keeps everything running seamlessly. Her warmth and professionalism immediately make you feel comfortable and valued.

As a parent who has traveled to numerous facilities both in and out of state, it has been an absolute blessing to find a place where I can trust my son’s care completely under one roof. The fact that PPP offers both elite physical therapy and sports performance services together is not only incredibly convenient, but honestly very impressive.

What stands out most is how thorough and individualized their approach is. My son’s care is tailored specifically to him down to the smallest details. Their scientific evaluations break everything down so thoroughly — from movement analysis to body composition — allowing for meaningful, dramatic, and necessary improvements for his athletic career.

As someone who deeply values luxury, quality, and excellence, I can truly appreciate the level of value PPP provides for what you receive in return. Their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care are second to none.

I am beyond grateful for the entire PPP team and cannot thank them enough for the impact they’ve had on my son’s journey.

This practice is top notch!
As a PT myself, I can say that Sophie and staff are incredible. Sophie has been able to identify some long term movement dysfunction and restrictions causing me chronic pain and turn that around to get me back to swimming and weight lifting again, and to pain free lifting in my own job.
She and Charles (performance side) have been integral in helping my son stay healthy for pole vaulting. Their technology, movement analysis and experience helped identify issues my son was having which were causing chronic hip injuries. Together with his PT and performance training, they helped keep him healthy, addressed his asymmetries, and get him stronger so that he could continue his season and PR!
So grateful for this practice!

PPP is an outstanding rehab and performance facility that I trust completely with my athletes but also for myself. We come from a family of collegiate and professional athletes, so we’ve seen it all—and their team truly stands out in every way. Whether it’s post-surgery recovery, injury rehab, or performance training to get that extra edge... they consistently deliver exceptional, results-driven care tailored to your goals.
What also sets PPP apart is their 1:1 physical therapy for the full duration of each session, ensuring focused, individualized attention. They utilize excellent modalities, but more importantly, they know exactly how and when to apply them effectively. They’ve also treated my own knee with great results.
Beyond their expertise, the entire team is supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in every client’s success. I cannot reccomemd them enough, and I dont know what we would do without them!!

The team here is amazing. I started working with Sofie for my shoulder injury a couple years ago. She helped me rehab it before surgery and got me back to full range of motion post op. I refer everyone I know to them because they are truly essential for anyone who wants to feel their best.

PPP is top notch! I have been coming here for about a year and have had such great results! I came in with limited flexibility and pain in my left hamstring/adductor. I also had pinched nerve issues in my left forearm and neck/shoulder. I really needed to get everything back to functional because I was in the process of joining the police academy which requires a lot of physical work, especially at my age (46). My leg has regained most of its mobility and flexibility and has not seen any decline with all the excess running and workouts of the academy. My pinched nerve symptoms have greatly decreased as well! Recently I went in for treatment with a migraine and Ashton even got my migraine to go away! I love PPP and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been going to PPP and working with Dr Sofie for 5 weeks now. With 50 years of both high level tennis competition and coaching my body has had a lot of trauma. The latest has been my back and hip. With the combination of dry needling, shock wave therapy, exercises and stretching I am back on the court pain free. Looking forward to keep working with Dr Sofie and the very friendly staff to get me back to %100.

Since going to see Pat Viado, he has addressed my pain in shoulder + Achilles, and now I’m able to do yoga pain-free. Our whole family of five have been in the office for anything from ankle sprains to torn tendon rehab. We trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been getting treated for physical therapy here for almost 2 years now and going to performance training here for almost 4 years. This staff has helped me tremendously over the years to become a better athlete. Whether it’s making me more efficient in my movements or recovery after/before a tournament they always make me feel prepared for a good performance on the court. In performance training Charles, Juice, Bree and Jaqi are always ensuring athletes push themselves in the weight room while still getting valuable and strengthening reps. As a circus performer, I deal with discomfort and pain daily. I don’t usually seek help outside of work, but my shoulder wasn’t improving even after massage, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, and PT exercises. I was becoming more and more concerned about my long-term vitality and longevity as an aerialist. I was recommended to Sofie, and she and the PPP team took an incredibly detailed intake of my past and present injuries, goals, limitations, and workload.

They designed a PT plan that met the physical demands of my job (10 shows a week) while still being sustainable. After just three sessions, I already felt better and felt like I finally had the tools I needed to move forward and build the strength and mobility around my injury to keep performing. I now see the PPP team once a month for maintenance.

I’m truly amazed by the technology they use—shockwave therapy, stim dry needling, cupping while actively moving in the positions that need the most attention, and their extensive knowledge of biomechanics and physiology. They even use ultrasound to make sure they’re targeting the exact muscles and areas needed.

12/10 would recommend to anyone dealing with chronic or acute pain who wants the tools to improve their quality of life. Thank you so much PPP team! 🤗

I cannot say enough incredible things about PPP and my experience there. I was a competitive weightlifter for many years until I blew a disc in my back, and from that moment on I lived in constant, debilitating pain. I tried everything—multiple chiropractors, spine surgeons, different physical therapists—and nothing worked. I even resorted to an epidural cortisone shot, which only masked the pain temporarily. I was just days away from scheduling a second shot when I discovered PPP, and it truly changed my life.

Since working with Dr. Sofia, I’m back in the gym, I can sit and stand comfortably, and I finally have the life I never thought I’d get back. My pain levels are now minimal, if not completely gone, and I’m avoiding unnecessary surgeries and expensive injections because their methods actually work.

Dr. Sofia and the entire PPP team make you feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely supported. They go above and beyond to ensure your body is strong, healthy, and capable so you can live your best life.

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Sofi and PPP—they have completely transformed my life. If you’re struggling and feel like you’ve tried everything, please go here. It’s the best decision I ever made.

Where to begin. I am a director for a volleyball club in Vegas (Vegas United) and have known Charles for a long time. I asked to come in for the assessment he provides and go through training for myself and have truly never felt better. Being a former athlete, there are a lot of injuries you don’t address and they catch up to you. He took the time to help me identify the issues and solve them one by one. Now I have over a dozen girls there training and the number continues to increase as the athletes in our gym have only gotten better. The coaches in performance are personable and push my girls as they know the standard I hold and want nothing short of success for them. It is the coolest thing to see these girls understand what strength is and to not be afraid of it. My girls and I also benefit from the PT side. Sofie and her team have kept a lot of my girls healthy and returning to play after common injuries from volleyball. The environment is comforting and informational and when you’re dealing with young athletes that is so important and they’ve perfected that system. I get updates from the staff on both sides about my girl’s progress and we celebrate the accomplishments that are a direct correlation between the skills training they get at United and the training they receive at PPP. We have girls playing at the D1 level and boys being invited not only once, but twice to train with the best in the country at NTDP. I can’t thank them enough for their constant efforts and our success is shared because of what they do here.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for PPP Performance and Physical Therapy. Back in May I suffered a serious grade two ankle sprain that kept me out of work and in a walking boot for multiple weeks. Whether it’s the needling and other advanced technology they use, or the personalized workouts and fine-tuning, PPP’s staff will get you right if you ever suffer an injury (or if you’re just feeling sore and need some TLC). The best part is that everyone on their team is so hospitable and easygoing— I always have a fun time during my appointments, even through something tedious and challenging like PT. 10/10, would recommend giving this place a go. Our daughter has been working with PPP's trainers for the past year, and the results have been top notch. Not only do they have an understanding of what she needs to improve for her strength and agility, but they also tailor the workouts according to the position she plays, along with accommodating her busy schedule.

PPP gives sound advice for athletic development, injury prevention, and volleyball-specific movements. Our daughter loves the challenges they prepare for her, while maintaining focus on her progress. Improvements in her vertical jump, speed, and overall court agility have given her tremendous confidence, which has translated into stronger performances during games and tournaments.

What separates PPP from others is their ability to connect with young athletes. Not only do the trainers focus on your workout, but they ACTUALLY listen and care about the athletes outside of training. Our daughter looks forward to every session.

We HIGHLY recommend PPP Performance & Physical Therapy to any athlete looking to elevate their game.

As a solo esthetician, I'm constantly bending over clients and putting strain on my body throughout long workdays. I decided to see Dr. Sofie for back issues and also mentioned that I'd been conditioning for basketball and recently started dancing and was experiencing some hip limitations.
The facility is absolutely pristine and professional - you can tell they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The staff was welcoming and efficient from the moment I walked in.
Dr. Sofie was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly assess both my back and hip concerns. She clearly explained what she was finding and how my work posture was contributing to my discomfort. Her approach was comprehensive and tailored to my specific needs as someone who spends hours in compromised positions for work. I receive a massage, tried cupping, dry needling and chiropractic services.
The results were immediate and impressive! I left the appointment standing noticeably taller with significantly less back pain after 3-4 days. Even better, my hip range of motion improved dramatically - which has already made a huge difference in my dancing and basketball workouts.
Dr. Sofie's expertise and genuine care for her patients really shows. I finally found someone who understands the unique physical demands of my profession and knows how to address them effectively.
Highly recommend for anyone dealing with work-related physical strain or mobility issues. I'll definitely be returning for ongoing care!

PPP has been awesome for my family. We started off with my first kid who was 11 (now 17) who had a sports injury. She started seeing Dr. Sofie who really diagnosed her and took her to recovery. From there my daughter started working out at PPP specifically to strengthen the areas that contributed to the injury. During the very detailed assessment it was clear to why the injury even occurred. Over time PPP has built strength, speed and agility to my kids. By doing this, it has also brought confidence in their sports.
Shortly after my oldest daughter going to PPP PT, other family members needed it for past and present sports injuries, this included my other 2 daughters and myself and my husband. Dr. Sofie, Dr. Justin and Patrick have all given excellent patient care and attention. In conjunction with the (now) PT “tune-ups”, my daughters workout at PPP to prevent the injury. The catered programs for both sides of the business are top notch. The biggest benefit is that they communicate with each other so the program really acts as one. Charles Sams and Sofie and their staff are serious about their respective professions, fun and overall professional with proven results.

What an amazing team. From start to finish, the care they provided my daughter was exceptional. From prehab, through her surgery, and into the rehab process, every step was handled with incredible attention to detail, compassion, and professionalism. The front desk staff was always welcoming and kind, and the physical therapists were truly outstanding.

Even before her injury, she attended their conditioning program, and my son as well, which was just as impressive. Their level of care and commitment goes far beyond what you expect.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for physical therapy or athletic conditioning, this is hands down the best!

Thank you for everything. You’ve made such a lasting impact on our family.

I started playing pickleball left-handed due to a shoulder injury that wasn't improving. On the advice of a friend, I saw Dr. Justin Dietrich at PPP Performance and Physical Therapy. Dr. Dietrich assessed my injury and treated it using a mix of Western and Eastern techniques. I was also given a physical therapy routine to perform after being taught how to execute the exercises properly. I was able to resume playing right-handed after approximately six weeks of visits and physical therapy. I now go to PPP monthly for general body maintenance and to address any issues I may encounter. I highly recommend PPP for your physical therapy needs and for general body maintenance. The staff are friendly, and it's clear they enjoy working there and helping patients.

I absolutely love going to PPP! It is truly a one stop shop for prevention, recovery, and long term maintenance. Charles creates personalized workouts that align perfectly with my goals as an athlete, and Sofie and the physical therapy team work together to keep me healthy and performing at my best. Everything is so well organized, and the clear and friendly communication with Nancilyn at the front desk is the cherry on top. As a volleyball coach, I recommend PPP to all of my athletes. It has made a big difference for me.

Normally I work out at PPP, but once I got injured I decided to try out PPP’s physical therapy. It truly has helped me recover. They separate themselves from other physical therapist by their advanced technology. It’s pretty cool I can workout with their performance team, and recover with their physical therapy team. All the staff are extremely nice and definitely empathetic.

Let me tell you the legend of my spastic bicep - Not just any bicep – this beast affectionately had a name: Big Bertha. She was tight, twitchy, and had all the grace of a car alarm going off in the middle of the night. No amount of stretching, massaging, or gentle pleading could convince her to relax. She had a mind of her own … until I walked into PPP Performance and Physical Therapy. Let me tell you what ... Big Bertha finally met her match! Yay!

What do you do with a wild girl like that? Well, you Zap her of course! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in good hands. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and just somehow made the idea of being poked with needles sound like a spa day. Enter Dr. Justin and Dr. Sophie – the dynamic duo of dry needling muscle whisperers. I don’t know what kind of sorcery these two are practicing, but after one round of dry needling, Big Bertha went from full-blown rage mode (picture the Hulk) to a blissful bicep Zen Garden.

It’s like they had a calm, one-on-one intervention with my muscle whispering: "Bertha, it’s time to stop the drama. We’re here to help you, not fight you." And just like that – needles in, drama out.

The experience was smooth, surprisingly relaxing (I know … I said the same thing – how is that even possible with needles?!?) and even came with a few good laughs along the way. Enter the squeeze ball and the daily questions. These docs are not only incredibly skilled but also know how to make you feel like you’re hanging out with friends … who just happen to be certified in twitchy muscle taming.

If you've got a rogue muscle that’s auditioning for WWE, I highly recommend getting poked here. Your body will thank you. Your sanity will thank you. And in my case, Big Bertha is now napping peacefully like the angel she never was. I highly recommend letting them stick needles in you – it’s way better than it sounds. Thank you so much PPP – not only does my sanity and sleep thank you … but I thank you.

I went to PPP Physical Therapy, because I had back shoulder pain. Spending 5 minutes with Dr Sofie Cruz, she was able through her tests that this was a neck issue. I had an MRI and my neck was a mess. She asked if I had any injuries regarding my neck, I told her 4 months Pryor I had a car accident, I never felt any pain. She began treating my neck, of course my shoulder pain went away, but my arm was going numb. She had noticed I was losing muscle as well. She referred me to a neuro surgeon…..and agreed with Sofie that I needed surgery. We tried to avoid but the nerve was being pinched and no other relief other that pain killers and I wasn’t going down that road…now several months later, Dr Cruz and her amazing team, Justin and Patrick worked so hard to get me in the position where I could continue going to the gym and enjoying my life. They saved my life!!!!!! There is no doubt in my mind, that they figured it out and did an amazing job. I went to a Doctor, chiropractor, and sports message therapist, none of them were able to figure it out or treat me. When choosing a Physical Therapist be careful most of the places are like chiropractic care and are just mills. They try to get you in 3 days a week and just do the minimum. PPP does not accept insurance which is the difference, you are paying for the highest quality of treatment. Plain and simple they just ROCK!!!!!

I’ve been a patient at PPP for the past year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience there. I suffer from bulging disk in my neck and lower back and Sofie has been able to help reduce my pain so I can resume all my normal activities. I recommend PPP to so many people that are in need of physical therapy. They are the best!

Not like any other PT. After Achilles surgery I did the recommend rounds of the PT covered by my insurance. I figured that was as good as I was going to get. My strength trainer had recommended these folks and I resisted going. Why pay when my insurance covers someone else? Then my back went out and now I’ve got pain coming at me in two places. So I caved and went to PPP. Only a few sessions in and both my back and calf are better. They don’t just spend 10 minutes with you then hook you up to equipment found at any gym. They work on me the entire hour. Using all the tools in their tools box. I now go once a month to make sure I don’t regress. Wish I would have gone sooner.

PPP Performance and Physical Therapy has been a game changer for me and my family!

Such a professional, extremely educated, friendly, and fun group that really takes the health and wellness of their clients serious and has the knowledge, tools, and ability to make issues and pain go away with the body’s natural healing and recovery process.

I’ve personally been seeing Sofie who is amazing and like a magician when it comes to healing muscle strains or pinched nerves or inflamed ligaments. She’s treated many different areas of my body and I always feel better after a PT session with her! She puts in the work to make sure she treats the ailments and I feel like you get a lot of value for the price of a session.

My wife and kids are all athletes and extremely active so they’re also regulars with PPP and see Sofie, Justin, and Pat for PT and do strength training with Charles and his crew. We value the PPP team’s ability to keep them healthy, provide them with proper training and workout plans that make sense for their sports needs, and keep them performing at their best!!

The customer experience with Nancy up front all the way to the back with the physical therapist/assistants, Sofie, Justin and Pat is exceptional! The quality of care both hands on and technical modality’s as well as in the gym is above and beyond the level of care I received elsewhere. iI spent several years in the Marine Corps which took a toll on my body, but PPP is keeping me in fighting shape!
