I've been to a few dentist offices and I must say that... PURE DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Dr. Irene Han is so amazing and kind. She's very gentle and she makes sure you're not nervous and checks on you through all of your procedures. Her staff is top notch on customer service and behind the scenes they're amazing, too. I'm so very happy that I've made them my permanent dentist office and I will continue to recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you Pure Dental and continued success to you always.

Excellent dentist. Excellent staff. I pay a lot less for the same procedure here than my previous dentist with the same dental insurance. Dr. Han has very gentle hands. She explain everything what I need to do or not need, urgent or not urgent. Clean office not over booking. Convenient parking and location. I wish she would open on Friday or evevry other Friday.

Bad dentistry. So condescending. Glad to go somewhere else. They tried to belittle me while I was there. Tried to up sale always. When you undermining America dental insurance and not care about your patient this doctor is all about hustling plain and simple. I went in for a simple teeth cleaning they wanted to charge 139.00 for numbing medicine. Where as another dentist office offered NO CHARGE for a topical numbing medicine for sensitive patients that’s where it’s all about!! Big regret giving these heartless dentistry the time of day!!

I ordered my item on November 18th, and it’s now December and I still don’t have my item. I emailed them and they said, they apologize for the delay and it would be shipped in a week. Yet, it’s still showing as not shipped. I want my money back so I can get one from somewhere else. Don’t buy from them. They take your money and don’t give you a product. I should have done more research.

Pure dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited a few over the years. And one thing I’ve noticed, is that a majority of them have one thing in common, the numbing procedure is ALWAYS painful. But Dr.Han, hands-down is the BEST. You don’t feel that “little pinch” AT ALL ! And Luisa, in the front office went to war for me with my insurance. So my point is overall, please choose pure dental, for your own benefit.

I had my Retainers done there and I think they need to work on the size of the mold because they think the mold size medium and small or the same size when they’re not now I’m stuck with dancing retainers for another couple years and sore jaw I can’t wear them because there too big

Had my sinus lift and 2 dental implants in this clinic. The procedure was quick and easy. I expected 3 hrs for the entire procedure but it happened only for one hour. No pain at all until I got home.

Dr. Han was very professional in explaining the new procedure she’s going to perform with 10 or 15 other dentists around observing the new techniques in dental implants. With her knowledge & skills guided by her mentors, she made it stress free. She calmed my anxieties. She was very understanding, answered all my questions, very pleasant and polite. Listens to all my cares and concerns. I am happy that it was Dr. Irene Han who did the procedure. She did it very professionally.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. The MA and the front desk lady were exceptionally
accommodating, and very nice in handling my needs. Clean environment. Pure Dental Clinic is highly recommended for this platform and all preventive dental care.

My name is Lu, I had a good experience in Pure Dentist on Oct.26.2022.
This office is very clean and spacious. Dr.Han and her staff are so professional with high quality in their careers . Luisa is very polite and professional, explaining all my questions patiently . Jennifer taught me how to make the teeth clean and healthy. I appreciate what they have done for me.

This Pure Dental is under new ownership as of December, 2022. Dr. Irene Han has been my dentist for the past 3 1/2 years and she has done plenty of work to get my teeth and gums in tip top shape. I wish I took better care when I was younger. When she purchased this practice, she left one of those larger, corporate dentistry's and I was very disappointed because I couldn't find her for awhile. But I finally tracked her down and I'm happy to say, she has her very own practice. Her office is clean and professional with a great staff around her. They accept most insurances and I got in a few minutes prior to my appointment time. Dr. Han will give you great advice on dental health and will never try to do unnecessary work just to rack up charges. Her philosophy is to treat every patient like she would her own child. My father and I both have been Dr. Han's patients and trust her to no end. Her prices are also very reasonable. She does fabulous work and is an absolute joy to be around. If your looking for a dentist, please give Dr. Han a try. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. In fact, I believe you will thank me.

Before this review I had written a huge essay of things that went wrong and how painful and horrible this experience was for me too. It was literally word for word and moment by moment, that way Dr. Nguyen couldn't write back that this review is FAKE or that I'm telling lies (like she does with all the other reviews on here).
However, it's too many words for a full review on Google....so heres the end result:

I literally went home and cried.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!
Dr. Nguyen is very aggressive physically, the place is very low quality (with holes in the walls and deteriorating ceilings)and it wasn't a proper teeth cleaning in my opinion. All of the people in the waiting room were upset for one reason or another, and my mouth is still sore the next day from a "cleaning"......it was just straight abuse.

And I mean that with everything I am.
I am not a weak person, so for me to admit this and even waste my time on a review, should speak for itself.
If you love yourself DO NOT GO HERE and if you're like me and just chose this place based on your insurance I definitely suggest you look into other places your insurance offers.

So say what you will Dr. Nguyen, my review is made and only I know the pain you truly caused me. I don't care what you have to say back to this. I just hope this review goes to help someone else avoid your chair of torture.

I come here every six months, my appointment for today, 09/05 was scheduled months in advance, and I show up to the dentist and they are closed! Nobody called to reschedule or give me a heads up. Waste of time driving in hundred degree weather.

Extremely disappointed in this place it's not what it use to be. Set my husband up with an emergency app but we walk in and theres no one there we sit for 15 mins waiting for someone still no one and we were half hour early. Didnt care to give us new patient paperwork and from previous review someone said it looked like dollar store dentist and sadly it does. Still have duct tape holding some equipment together like another previous review which is unsafe may report to bbb. I went here 4 years ago they were cleaner and on their stuff, my cleaning did hurt way too much I was in pain for days and I've never had a cleaning actually hurt but they pulled a tooth and were amazing with that at least. But this place really needs to clean up its trashy and have someone up front all times. And seem like they care. I feel bad because I use to like this place back in 2014. But i dont want to step foot in here again. I was so grossed out. If they cant keep the front clean imagine how clean they keep the tools they use 🤷🏼‍♀️ very important to read reviews before you go I should have 🤦🏼‍♀️ so now my husband is still in extreme tooth pain on the search of new dentist today to get it taken care of immediately

First of all I love my dentist here at Pure Dental. The staff has always been so warm and helpful. The juggling of my family of 8 they always make my appointments easy for me. My children ranging from 9 to 21 have always felt comfortable and at ease when it comes time for the dentist chair, here at Pure Dental. We have been coming here for a few years now. I even have my bff come here with her daughter. I have all my coworkers come here too. The waiting room is so pleasant just in case you are there with a few of your kids, there is a big tv and comfortable chairs. If you are looking for a great family dentist , this is the one. Take it from a mom of 8.
