Been in Vegas 5 yrs and this is my 4th dentist and hopefully my last while living here. Made an appointment and was seen within a week. The staff was professional, extremely warm and friendly from start to finish, from the front desk to the doctor. I felt seen and heard when I discussed my personal concerns and treatment plans. The check up is thorough and informative, they take time to explain x-rays, pictures, etc. I was so pleased to have found them and look forward to coming back.

Friendly, efficient, and their dental room was NOT freezing as most are! The best part, they are totally up front on work that must be done, what can wait, and what the cost will be. They print everything out and let u review and decide treatment with no pressure (unlike my previous dentist )

Extremely unhappy with the service I received from the hygienist and the office manager on my latest visit.
My past visits for teeth, cleaning have been rushed and services done by other staff other than the hygienist and every visit I have been offered additional add-ons As in laser, fluoride treatments, etc.
Dr McCraffrey has always been very professional down to earth and I enjoy him as a Dentist In the past 20 years that I’ve been going to this office.

Dr, Mc Caffrey and his staff are awesome! The front desk ladies know how to smile laugh and joke around, and Dr. McCaffrey Is very good at what he does. I’m not writing about Dr. McCaffrey or the front desk girls, The hygienist I saw was extremely through, explaining things as she worked. She toured me around the office, which I have never had any hygienist do in the past. She was even able to answer A question I have been asking previous hygienist for years. Amazing, kind doctors and staff, and this is coming from someone with dental phobia. My husband and I have been coming here for 4 years now. I’ve had so many things done, from cleanings to cavities to a heavy duty smile overhaul with veneers, and I’ve always been treated extremely well, the dental work has been immaculate, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Update: I had to find another dentist because they never answer the phone, return calls, emails, or text messages. My crown broke and needed to get in asap. No response. Trying to schedule my cleaning for over 2 months, no response. My partner had tooth pain and tried to make an appointment, no answer, no response, no callback, nothing. Apparently all the people I know personally who go here has had the same issue. So hopefully they get it together and not continue to push away their current and potential patients.

I just had my first exam and cleaning here. Contrary to another reviewer, they did NOT offer me Starbucks for a review (where’s MY soy caramel latte, huh?). Very nice facility, friendly, professional staff. Everything was explained as they did it. They didn’t try to sell me on extra work, but pointed out that a filling might need to be replaced eventually. I was really impressed that they went ahead and knocked out a cleaning when I wasn’t even scheduled for it (not an upsell, my insurance covers it and it was due).

The dental hygienist on 2/3/25 11AM was fantastic. I forgot her name but she was fantastic. cleaning session was one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve had in a very long time. No one ever really scraped off the gunk in between my molars like she did & I felt like a million bucks afterwards!

I was greeted with kind faces upon walking in, had an awesome dental assistant making pleasant conversation through the dreaded X-rays (; and she was able to squeeze me in for a cleaning right then and there! My hygienist was very informative and detail oriented. She educated me on how to better care for my teeth which I appreciated so much. Lastly, Dr Booker was gentle and personable. Very clean facility and upmost professionalism from all staff. Angela at the front desk initially set us up and was kind and communicative. All of my children were seen and for the first time, were not scared. My children saw both Dr. MCaffrey & Dr. Booker and they were wonderful. Jesus and Cintia assisted with the x-rays and cleaning and were also very patient and kind. If you are considering changing your dental provider, consider scheduling with Red Rock Dental!

The providers and staff are definitely worthy of a five star rating. This is a great dentist and we also love his wife who is an optometrist in the adjacent office. The one star is for their billing specialist . After being a patient for several years and coming in repeatedly, I was sent to collections for not paying bills from 2021. I was receiving services up until 2023, never did they try to inform me of an unpaid balance before continuing to provide me services.. I visited the office frequently and paid my bills prior to my appointments. The itemized receipt from the collection agency does not even show the charges. It only shows what was paid and the balance. . That is so sketchy, did they change the charges after the fact??? To receive a collection notice in 2024 for services provided in 2021 is bizarre. Messing with a person’s credit is a game changer and for that, this practice deserves a one star rating. It’s sad, because this dentist is awesome, unfortunately his billing specialist appears to be either unqualified or corrupt..

Great visit. I finally found my new dentist. The staff is friendly, everyone has attention to detail and listens, and the Dr spends time with patients explaining his actions (we are not just an assembly line like other locations). I can't say enough good.
