Do not recommend this doctor! I had a bad experience with him. Dr. Santos was very rude and had an attitude for reasons unknown (only went to him because I had no other option at the time). I recommend Dr. Rafferty at the other location. If you want a great doctor who is patient and takes the time to take care of your child!

Amazing doctor and wish he could still treat my son. Dr Santos was my son’s doctor from the time he was a month old until he was just almost 18yrs of age now 20yrs. He takes the time to exam and explain very thoroughly and has a great sense of humor. His staff was always very pleasant and helpful as well.

Dr Reynaldo Santos is sneaky scam, he told us we can only pay certain amount and after 6 months there is more bills to pay. We repeatedly asked him how much he charges for one immunization shot and told us a lie. We don’t even need immunization shot at the time. Wish this Dr get what he deserves!

Dr said my baby has a ginormous head. There was no need for insults simply because he got upset when I asked if he was a nutritionist too. Very disrespectful, not friendly to my baby. Didn't even have the common decency to brush his teeth before coming in to the clinic. He had gunk all in his mouth, gross. Overall I would never see him again.

We have been with Dr. Santos for years. Our youngest has stomach issues which causes my husband and I to alternate time off. I went to drop off fmla paperwork for my husband and I. The front desk lady said I had to make an appt w/Dr. Santos and both of us needed to be at the appt. This was frustrating because one of us was going to need to take off to be at this appt to get our paperwork signed. I went to work but gave my husband mine just in case Dr. Santos would ignore that stupid rule. My husband went and asked Dr. Santos to complete the paperwork for us; Dr. Santos took it then refused to complete my husbands but did mine. We both are her parents and on the birth certificate. He refused to sign my husband’s paperwork as if he isn’t her parent and doesn’t share responsibility for his child. This was disgusting to me for him to attempt to belittle my husband in this manner. We are looking for a new doctor for our girls.

Always so quick to misdiagnose and prescribe antibiotics for everything. Never wants to do any testing and doesn’t even let me finish talking. Went to him for the good reviews but I was definitely disappointed.

We took our 4 year old here since she was born, but Dr. Santos had zero patience whenever she was sick (Crying and uncooperative). While others doctors work their way into a fuzzy child, this guy catches bad attitude and throws condescending, snarky and unethical remarks throughout the entire check-up, "Is she Autistic?" (She is social butterfly who has never even displayed any symptoms of being even remotely close to Autistic) YET he dared to ask "Is she Autistic" in a demeaning tone, just because our sick child with a 102 dever was crying when he tried to check her up... but The last straw with him was after misdiagnosing her and completely overlooking an ear infection despite my daughter having a 102 fever for over 24 hours. We told him she was throwing up anything she ate, but he just prescribed Odansetron to stop the vomit... and nothing else... "Do not worry abour the fever her brain is not going to fry"... Later on the fever wouldn't go down and we had to not listen to him and take our daughter to a quickcare so that a non-pediatrician who showed her way more patience than this so-called pediatrician, and actually diagnosed her an ear infection and prescribed actual medicine for it.

Judging from others' reviews makes me wonder, are they even talking about the same Doctor? but maybe He just didn't like us for whatever reason, which is what unethical individuals with no moral principles would do, despite whatever years they have spent in schools. So that's how I feel about this Doctor, there is no way that he could get away with treating other people the way he treated my daughter and us.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was a newborn never had any issues. The staff was always willing to work with you and so nice. Dr. Santos is an awesome doctor and I absolutely love him. I called today to get my daughter a well check up and was told that I couldnt schedule for the afternoon because it was for sick patience only. I only can do it after 3 because I work and my daughter has school. So I am supposed to call out to work for a well check up? I even tried for a Saturday appointment she said that was for sick patients as well. The only thing she came up with was 7am. I work at 6am. The lady was rude and would not work with me at all. I am so disappointed. Either I try to find another doctor or she just misses a well check up.

I have 3 daughters, and we’ve been seeing Dr. Santos since 2009. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and my girls adore him. When my youngest was born in 2014, he came to hospital to check on her at 5am, because she hadn’t pooped. He didn’t want our release delayed and came before his office opened to fix the issue. We were able to go home that morning, because of that. I hope he gets to be our pediatrician until my youngest ages out!
