My daughter attends physical therapy here. The entire staff is amazing. They really listen to her and any concerns she has around her exercises and her body. If adjustments need to be made they make the adjustments. My daughter is an athlete and they understand the mindset of athletes. Came to see Tavin and the team at RTP after my meniscus clean up surgery. They all worked with me, pushed me, recognized if we needed to dial it back for a few and ultimately I feel like we have gotten be back to normal. I took my son to see Tavin because he was having ongoing knee pain whenever he ran. Tavin quickly identified the issue and developed a treatment plan that helped him get back to running with no issues. I only wish we had brought him to RTP sooner.

I’ll be honest—I wasn’t a believer in physical therapy before coming here. I figured it wouldn’t make much of a difference, but I decided to give it a try… and I’m really glad I did.

From the start Tavin was patient, straightforward, and didn’t push anything unrealistic. He explained what was going on with my body in a way that actually made sense. I started noticing real improvements sooner than I expected.

After having migraines and headaches everyday for 3 months today was the first day I didnt have one. Thank you Tavin!!!!

I recently was diagnosed with with a torn meniscus. Unfortunately because of other physical issues surgery is not an option at this time, so my orthopedic doctor referred me to RTP to help regain strength in my knee. With reluctance I agreed to go as my previous experiences with other PT's have all been very poor...to the extent that I just felt like a cow in a heard of cattle just going through the motions of the appointment with minimal movement, no improvement, and no supervision of my case. This clearly is not the instance with Dr. Taven Fox. At RTP I have received excellent and exceptional care. Taven and his staff are always on point. They are supportive, kind, informative, and honestly have just been at my side for anything I needed at each of my appointments throughout my entire process of recovering. I highly recommend RTP and as a continuing patient I know I will always receive the best care with RTP.

My wife goes there for PT. She raves about the staff and how great they are. I started have lower back spasms for some unknown reason apart from I’m getting older I did nothing out of the ordinary. So I made an appointment with RTP physical therapy. I’m really glad that I did, though I only went to two appointments. Let me tell you about my experience. I met with Dr. Fox about my lower back muscle pain/spasms, Heat, dry needling, and a stretch Is what Dr. Fox did for me and it was really truly helpful. After the first treatment, my back felt to be back to 90% of being normal. My Back felt so good, I hung Christmas lights.. Probably not the smartest idea but honeydo’s have to get done! Everything went fine Until I took the last step off the ladder back to square one with my back. Went back for my second appointment with RTP Dr. Fox did the same thing, my back was back to 90% of being normal. I know that everybody responds differently to treatment, but I could say without a doubt that RTP got me right and I would not hesitate to use them again.

If you’re looking for a physical therapist, I would highly suggest giving RTP a call for your needs.

Having years of experience with multiple PT facilities in the Las Vegas area, I've gained an in-depth knowledge of what ‘Real-Deal Rehab’ means. After tearing my meniscus three weeks ago, my Ortho Surgeon referred me to RTP. Well, what a miracle! Due to my CRPS, it is too risky to have the necessary surgery. Tavin and his entire staff are so professional, knowledgeable and just downright caring. From my first visit, Tavin knew exactly what to do to minimize my extreme pain and maximize my reduced mobility. When having my 3x-week sessions, I observe the interaction between the staff and patients. Tavin makes everything "personal" for each one and the patients interact with each other. I've met great folks who are on the same journey as I am. I've never seen such a 'welcoming, fun' environment in which to heal. I really look forward to my RTP visits and have benefited so much in a short period of time. I am so very grateful to Tavin and his amazing team, and my co-Rehabbers.

I’ve been dealing with persistent neck and arm pain, and was recently referred to Tavin Fox, a new local business owner. He was absolutely exceptional — thorough, genuinely caring, and determined to get to the root cause of my pain.

I was impressed not only with his skill, but also with his straightforward, honest approach. He’s personable, upfront, and will tell you honestly whether he can help or not — no false promises.

Although my insurance (Health Plan of Nevada) only covers ATI, my experience with ATI was very disappointing. I decided to pay out-of-pocket to see Tavin, and to my surprise, it cost about the same as my insurance copay. It was well worth it. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere — go see Tavin.

I could only walk with significant pain after hurting my leg playing pickleball. A friend of mine told me about a physical therapist she had visited named Tavin Fox and recommended I see him. What a nice person! He fit me in soon after my injury. The location was easy to get to with plenty of parking. The facility was clean and comfortable. I didn’t feel like just a number at all.
Mr. Fox’s staff was super kind, patient, gentle, and helpful. After evaluating the injury, the therapist helped me do some simple stretches, light massage, and dry needling. I was amazed at the one-hour change! The majority of my pain was alleviated. I walked out of the clinic in much less pain.
Mr. Fox provided exercises and stretches to do for the next two weeks. He explained everything very carefully.
I’m so glad I found this place. I will definitely be going there for future needs and highly recommend it!
