I was amazed how quickly I was able to get an appt. They practised good social distancing & precautions. The staff was great. My x-ray tech a sweetheart being patient with my pain & lack of mobility. Dr. Nevins was professional & warm at the same time. He listened, he explained things clearly in a way I could understand. It's very reassuring when a Dr. who may very well be doing surgery on me takes the time to talk with me, respectful & kind. Thank you Dr. Nevins ☆♡☆♡

Dr Nevins and his staff are the most professional group that I have met. This Dr really cares about his patients. He has been so helpful and truthful with my problem. His staff is very nice and helpful. Ingrid his assistant is the best! She is always happy and takes pride in her work. I hope she never leaves. I told her if Dr Nevins leaves, I will come after him. I wish all Dr’s would be as personable as he is.

Why did I wait so long?! After months of dealing with severe pain in my knee, I finally gave in and decided to see a professional. Dr. Nevins was highly recommended by several colleagues, so I made an appointment to see him. From the moment I called the office, I knew I had made the right decision.

From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed with the treatment and professionalism I received from the staff.

A few xrays later, Dr. Nevins clearly explained the extent of the damaged knee and gave me several options that would help me. After deciding my best option, his wonderful PA gave me the treatment.

It was the best decision I could have made. Thanks to Dr. Nevins and his PA, I am pain free and can enjoy the little things I took for granted.

Dr. Nevins is the best. When you call the office the people are have the information you need. If you leave messages the call you back and respond. The waiting room is huge with big windows . They have physical therapy facilities right. Last but not least

This was the best experience. Dr. Nevin's was down to earth realistic with me about my condition. He explained/ taught me exactly what was going in in my body. He explained my options and answered all my questions. This man truely approached me like family; I felt valued, heard, understood and validated. He is a true inspiration to his profession and good human beings in general. I had a doctor the day before him try to rush me into surgery with no other options and Dr. Nevins gave me the pros and cons, then spent time discussing the best course of action for me and my body at this time. Excellent, knowledgeable, doctor with a wonder demeanor! I am truely appreciative for his time and care during this matter that may be routine for him, but was life changing for me. Dr. Nevins was my second attempt at going to an orthopedist. First I went to Dr. Yee at Advanced Orthopedic. It was not a good experience, and after seeing Dr. Nevin's, I'm so glad I decided to try again. He was everything that Dr. Yee was not.
Dr. Nevin's listened to me and made me feel like he cared about me and helping me to fix the issue.
In the end I think that he and Dr. Yee gave the same diagnosis, but the delivery was night and day. I appreciate the way Dr. Nevin's treated all of me from his exam to his follow up. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

You won't believe this at least if you've been to a doctor before. This is the most competent and efficient company I've ever gone 2. When I walked in there were 40 people waiting and you've been asked 2 fill out a iPad form it's over a hundred questions and when I turn it in they did not send me back until they were ready to finish your paperwork but you stayed right there until you were done. When they asked me to sit.to wait for my name to be called, they called my name within 8 minutes and I was in. There was a nurse it took me to my room give me immediately started their own little interview to verify what I was trying to say. She then said you need to get an x-ray and of course put on shorts and when you have done that open the door to come get you and when I open the door she got me and took me straight to x-ray. I was x-ray waiting area for approximately four minutes and they called my name. The x-rays took about 3 minutes and the results of your x-rays we competed in about five seconds. So they took me back to my room instead of a doctor will be with you soon and in 5 minutes he is walking in the door sing my x-rays and before I can complain everything what was happening to my knee he pulled up those x-rays on it screen and I knew what was wrong was in 3 to 4 minutes. He took his time to explain the ramifications of what I faced if I did have surgery are the options not to and when he left the nurse told me to take off my shorts and put my pants back on then leave the door open and when I did she got me right to the cashier's cage. Within 1 hour I was in and out and knew what my options were which I decided to do full knee replacement and they took the time to explain to me everything I would go through through this process. This efficiency has to relate to the quality at what they would do for you if you needed surgery. I am 100% certain I will trust them with my future. Have you ever seen another company in the medical field to perform like this?

I found the staff very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns.
