I am a dentist in Beverly Hills and had a patient in Las Vegas who was having a dental emergency. I contacted Dr. Gifford's office and they could not have been more amazing! The team was incredibly helpful and friendly and they got my patient in for an appointment immediately. Dr. Gifford took the time to do a thorough evaluation and gave my patient the care she needed. Absolutely awesome and caring staff. They are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Gifford did an amazing job with my implant with minimal to no pain. He even called me the evening of my surgery to ask how I was feeling! He is very knowledgeable and took me through step by step what to expect on our next visit. He not only makes sure the job is done right and to your liking, but it has to meet his high standards.

I was referred to Dr. Gifford by my General Dentist. I had been missing a tooth for several years and was looking to have it replaced. I was very nervous about having an implant placed, but Dr. Gifford was so kind and knowledgeable that I felt instantly at ease. The procedure was painless and I was really impressed at how easy it was. While his office is not a provider for my insurance they contacted them for me and found out exactly what I would have to pay out of pocket. I had already been to another office in town and though they were a provider there cost was much higher. You definitely get above and beyond what you pay for with Dr. Gifford and his office.

I'm a local general dentist in town who has known Dr. Gifford on a professional level since 2007 when we were both instructors at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Gifford in my honest opinion is the best periodontist in Las Vegas. I have never had any problems working with him on implant cases and EVERY single patient I have ever referred to his office has had a good experience. I trust his expertise so much that I have referred both of my parents to him for needed treatment. Most online reviews done on health professionals are done by patients which is important. However, I also think that the public needs to know how well-respected and knowledgeable his fellow peers fell about him.

Due to a past accident I went to see Dr Gifford for his expertise in creating implants for crowns at the recommendation of my primary dentist. The accident was quite severe and for many years I have had to deal with pain and discomfort. From the outset I felt confident in the capability of Dr Gifford and his staff. In part due to his ability to explain in 'layman's terms' every step of the procedure, what I would have to endure, and the critical stages throughout the process. His staff also knew each step as was described to me and never was there any miscommunication or confusion. I cannot say this about many other medical establishments here in LV. I like to ask questions and not always the 'easy-to-answer' kind. Each question was diligently answered and I never felt rushed. This is of utmost importance to me because often I have felt fobbed-off perhaps because the answer was not known by the professional in question. This is definitely not the case with Dr Gifford. The day of my surgery I did not have to wait but 5 mins before being prepped and made comfortable for my procedure. My wife came to pick me up and Dr Gifford and his team had me out of there exactly when the said they would. Of course the proof is always in the work at hand. I can say that I have a very strong implant and no longer any pain. All seems to be healthy and on it's way to a full recovery. The follow-up's were a breeze and the best part is that I never had to wait in their waiting room. I would sign in and then hear my name being called to go in. How this is possible is beyond me because I have not experienced this in other medical offices. This is a true testament to Dr Gifford's staff who run the office like a tight ship. I don't think many doctors understand the importance of time. My hours are just as valuable and hence spending time waiting is very frustrating. This is not the case with Dr Gifford's office. Equally efficient was the billing procedure. I knew upfront the cost of my treatment. It never varied a penny. This is almost impossible to obtain from a hospital. This is really outstanding service. I wish their business formula could be replicated across the valley. I do not write many reviews but when it is really worthwhile I feel it is something I should share so that others may benefit too. There are so many critical reviews online but it's the positive ones that are just as important. If you need specialist treatment or dental reconstructive surgery I would have Dr Gifford on your shortlist. At least talk to him so that you can make an informed decision by yourself. I highly recommend Dr Gifford and his team and only wish he could be my primary care dentist.

I am writing about Dr Trylovich and my WOW experience. First let me say that everyone in the Henderson office, from the front desk to all the techs are wonderful, friendly and knowledgable. I enjoyed my visits every appointment I had. I was referred to Dr Trylovich by my dentist for gum grafting as my lower teeth roots were exposed. His techniques were state of the art and the graft he took from the roof of my mouth was painless and healed quickly with the help of a plastic cover that was made right at his office by a tech to be used at the end of the procedure. The attachment of the graft was completed so well to the front bottom teeth that my mouth felt normal immediately. The follow up I needed to do was explained precisely and I asked all the questions I could regarding the healing process. I was called at home to see how I was doing and came into the office just the right amount of times to check everything was working right. Then over the next 10 months, Dr Trylovich took the time to check, take pictures of the progress, make sure his work was completed perfectly. Did you know the tissue will grow on it's own to cover your teeth roots up to a normal level like moss growing on a trellis? It just takes time. Another miracle of the human body. Now I feel normal again and my teeth are picture perfect. I thank everyone who helped me with this, and mostly, Dr. Trylovich.

Dr. Gifford's Office does not contract with any Dental Insurance Providers. I had to pay an extra EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS OVER AND ABOVE my Dental Insurance providers member rate of $680. If you count on your insurance provider to cover all the expenses then DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR SERVICES. I ended up paying an extra $800 because I was referred to him and did not realize that I would not get money returned once the insurance company determined the member rate. BUYER BEWARE!

He was great, I think. I dealt mainly with the anesthesia doctor and she was incredible. Dr. Gifford did major work and I was pretty pain free afterwards. Thank you Dr. Tratos for sending me to him. Well I'm off to see Dr. Gifford now.
