Terrible service by Lilia who works at the check in clinic. When I approached her she was not helping anyone. I had an appointment at 9:40AM for a follow up. I had checked in on the application and approached her to ask about my check in and appointment. She proceeded to type on her computer and completely ignore me as I was right in front of her addressing her directly. After a while she finally addressed me and said stand in the red circle (the check in circle). I then repeated myself and told her I had checked in ON THE APP (Healow). She then pointed at the other circle for checking in if you have appointments. At that point I did not continue to explain I had already checked in. I just went to the circle. This whole interaction she didn’t say hi, she didn’t even look at me directly. She was obviously bothered and acting like a brat. Unprofessional behavior. I then get called (literally 3 seconds after she pointed me to stand) because it was 3 employees and all were not busy with anyone and there was no one at the circles or lines. Just weird careless behavior in general. The lady that helped me said my check in didn’t go through which is also weird because everything did process on the app.

Went for a walk-in and the treatment was affordable (only had to wait 30 minutes). Every staff I’ve met were very friendly and nurses and doctor made me feel like I was cared for. Dr. Duran really listened to my concerns and addressed the issues. Would definitely recommend!

I only come when I schedule an appointment. I come early as for any appointment. The staff is nice and I've never had any issues here. Sometimes you wait but that's because sometimes appointments run longer than expected, employees call out sick, short staff, etc. I appreciate the people that work here and do a service for the community. They're probably tired and deal with difficult people all day. I've never gone to a medical professional and didn't have to wait, whether it was a doctor at a private practice, planned parenthood, the dentist's office, or places like snhd. I can see they try their best and they have to deal with a lot. I want to give people credit for caring and trying as hard as they can. They even try to encourage uninsured people to get health insurance and apply for medicaid if applicable. Nothing is perfect in the US, especially when you're not rich, but I don't have any complaints here.

The clinic has a program for providing a free Prep/Truvada (a drug that prevents catching HIV) for people without insurance, which is amazing. Very friendly staff, the only negative part is that everything is happening very slow in here. If you are going there, make sure you make and appointment a d the rest of the day u r free, cuz it will take a while. Of u dont have an appointment, make sure u r coming very early in the morning, before everyone else.

I've shown up two days in a row. Once was around noon yesterday, and I got here this morning about 15 minutes after opening and they already aren't taking anyone? Are you kidding me? Do your nurses just show up when they feel like it? How are you so short-staffed? Unacceptable.

Been waiting 3 hours and they still have 10 number to go. The lady in front told me i had to leave because ky 2 uear old was crying. Poorest service i have ever seen. If they weren so unorganized and slow my child wouldnt have been crying. 3 hours and only 15 numbers called.. Unacceptable for a government building.
