Due to my accident, I have been living in pain for almost 2 years.
I was fortunate that my legal team found Dr. Mary Ann Shannon! She is THE ONLY DOCTOR, who has explained my condition in full detail. She is a straight as an arrow doc and absolutely wonderful! I only met her today for the first time and I absolutely trust her, 100%. Thorough, concise, passionate, compassionate, professional and such a wonderful woman with expert knowledge!

I immediately felt like I was in the wrong place; Dr. Shannon was aloof and almost hostile to me. She gave me a minimal exam for my (reduced) dislocated shoulder and told me I should have been seen by the doctor that reduced the shoulder to begin with. Except that doctor does not take my insurance. She said she was going to send in a referral for an arthrogram, but no one ever called me about it. A month later I am still in pain and nothing has been done. Based on the negative experience I had in her office I will not go back to her, I wonder if she just wanted to get an office fee from Medicaid then do nothing?
