Absolutely outstanding care and service.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spanish Hills Wellness Suites. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, calming atmosphere that immediately puts both residents and families at ease.

The staff here goes above and beyond. Every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the work they do. Communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and reassured about each step of the process.

Overall, our experience was truly exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where the level of care, compassion, and professionalism is this consistent across the board. We are so grateful for everything they’ve done. Highly recommend!

My husband is there. They don't have a cardiac diet menu. My husband's edema has doubled he is short out of breath. This place is only for profit not to take care of the people. The nurses don't answer the call light. All I know is I'm looking for a place that really cares about the patient.

My grandmother recently stayed at Spanish Hills Wellness Suites after she got hurt, and I can’t say enough good things about her experience there. From the moment she was admitted, the staff treated her with so much respect, kindness, and genuine compassion. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, cared for, and supported through her recovery.

The building itself was extremely clean, well-maintained, and modern, which made a huge difference in helping her feel safe and at ease. You could tell that the facility takes pride in keeping everything spotless and organized.

The nursing and therapy teams were wonderful always patient, attentive, and professional. They took the time to talk with her, explain everything clearly, and help her get back to good health at her own pace.

I want to especially highlight Kianna in admissions. Her professionalism, warmth, and compassion truly stood out. She treated my grandmother like family and made the entire admission process smooth and stress-free. Kianna’s kindness made a lasting impression on all of us, and I’m so grateful for the care she showed.

Spanish Hills Wellness Suites is a place where you can truly trust your loved ones will be cared for with dignity and heart. Thank you to everyone there for helping my grandmother recover and feel valued every step of the way.

I had a wonderful experience at Spanish Hills Wellness. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in patient care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The environment is clean, calming, and professionally run, which really sets the tone for a positive visit.

The providers take their time to listen and explain things clearly, and I never felt rushed. Their holistic approach to wellness is refreshing, and I appreciate the level of detail and care they bring to each appointment.

The only reason I’m giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars is because scheduling can sometimes be a bit tight—but once you’re in, the experience is exceptional.

I have been to 5 facilities in the Las Vegas area in the last 2 years. Once after a coma caused by pneumonia 4 Months at a one questionable but survivable experience after the hospital. I then had a relapse and woke up in a facility with a traciatome (I do not recommend one of these, or the facilities that deal with this if your on medicare or Medicaid. Next time just let me go.) If your family goes through this watch them like a hawk, inspect the night shift. I had no family to watch out for me at the 3 other facilities. I got out of one by a nurse assistant calling 911 when I had chest pains. When I got to Spanish Hills Wellness suites I thought I was in the four seasons. Food is what you expect not great but fresh and hot. The attention to detail and a willingness to listen and do better for you weather it's food, PT, OT or anything else they strive to help and improve your stay. All staff here go above and beyond for you. Thank you Spanish Hills for the last 4 months.

Spanish Hills Wellness Suites is an exceptional facility. Starting with the charge nurses, Buena, Eva, Lana, Maria and Dennis they are prompt in relaying important information to providers and readily help their nurses.

The unit secretaries, Becky and Patricia are a wealth of information and always have an answer with patient related questions. If they don't have the information at the moment, they know where to find the answer.

Adora, Ron, Raul, Judith, Adrienne, Arlyn, and other nurses are excellent and communicate well with the providers.

The DON, JB, the ADONs, Ligaya, David, and Heidi are very involved with their patients and staff and I see them often in the nursing units!

Mia and Marife in therapy looks out for their patients and communicates well with provider regarding patient concerns in order to help patient perform better during their sessions.

A personal walk-thru of this facility last week was an incredible experience! The first HUGE item (for me anyway) that I noticed was there was ZERO smell of a Senior Living Facility! I have visited many in my years as a Medicare/Health Insurance professional! Truly above the rest! Staff warmly greeted me without being distracted from taking care of their residents! Rooms were spacious, very well kept. Residents were obviously proud of their facility! Security was top notch. Game rooms were active, including a large screen TV for all to enjoy. Kitchen prep area clean (very). This facility has increased its transportation capacity as well. If your family is considering care for your loved ones, I highly recommend it. Again, my visit was unannounced. It is what it is! A very nice facility and incredible staff! Well done to all.

Since Brie became the Business Office Manager, I’ve noticed such a big difference in how things are handled at the facility. She truly cares about the patients and takes the time to get to know each person, not just their paperwork. You can tell she genuinely wants to help and make sure everything is right.

Brie pays close attention to every detail when it comes to patient accounts and billing, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and kindly. She never makes you feel rushed or like just another name on a list she listens, follows up, and makes sure every question or concern is resolved.

It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine compassion. Since she’s started, everything feels more organized, transparent, and caring. Brie truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in how much smoother everything runs and how valued patients feel.

EDIT: I just found out the my dad’s wheelchair was delivered to Spanish Hills on 9/20. He was discharged 9/24. They didnt give me his wheelchair NOR was he using it in the facility

The operations of this place is a disaster.

** My dad was a super fall risk and had been in an hospital bed for weeks (with no standing or walking) before getting here. After being here for 2 days, they put him in a wheelchair, then he fell after trying to stand. He BROKE HIS HIP, had to go back to the hospital and get hip surgery.

** THEY DIDN’T TELL ME. I found out because I went to visit him and he was nowhere to be found. Took them 20 minutes to figure out that he had been DISCHARGED the night before. They called the nurse that was on duty, who claimed she called me 3 times “but it didn’t even ring”, which is ridiculous because I had several other people calling me all afternoon and got through just fine. IF this is true, why didn’t they try to reach me from a different phone? I talked to a case manager a couple times and once that morning, so they had a record that my phone did in fact work.

** After his surgery, he was brought back to Spanish Hills. Every time I visited, the remote + nurse call button was on a table OUT OF HIS REACH and his water cup was on another table OUT OF HIS REACH. They placed a recliner next to his bed which was pushed against the wall to prevent him from getting up (which I understand) but why put everything else out of reach? At one point I visited, his TV was off and he was laying in silence - no water, no remote. No nurse came for awhile so I had to go ask someone. I have no idea how long he was alone for before, how often they check/etc.

** He and his roommate did not get along, so they moved my dad to a different room. The room was a DISASTER. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, and my dad’s blanket was in the shower? (Posted pic of bathroom). Half of his belongings also weren’t moved with him and were left in his other room for at least a day. I found out because I couldn’t find his dentures and went to look in the other room for them, voila. There they were.

** I was given his discharge paperwork and medications. No one actually went through the discharge paperwork with me. I had to ask the nurse to have the Case Worker call me because they could not answer the questions I had.

** I asked for the Social Worker to give me a call several times and she never did. I asked for someone to help me apply for Institutionalized Medicaid for him, and was just told “I’ll ask the social worker” - but no one ever helped. Another person told me he would not qualify due to income, which is incorrect. My dad doesn’t qualify for regular Medicaid, but he absolutely would have qualified for institutionalized Medicaid.
I asked for someone to assist with a Clark County Social Services referral, and they also didn’t get back to me about that.
I asked them to help with a neuro referral (to find out why he is so confused), they acknowledged they had the order, but have not heard anything else about it and no appointment was ever scheduled.

** My appeal was denied because they claimed he can walk 125 steps with his walker (assisted) and go up 6 steps. Here at my house, he can barely walk from the living room to kitchen without getting tired and his legs start shaking. He could barely step on a step stool to get into his dialysis transportation. His record on paper does not match his actual condition.

** LASTLY Tonight, my dad had dialysis and was supposed to be home 30 minutes prior. I got worried because he was very late and I hadn’t gotten any calls. I called Fresenius who said he left over an hour ago. I called LifeTrans who said they canceled the ride because when they got there, he was leaving with GMT. I called GMT to find out that Spanish Hills had ordered his transportation. SO my dad was taken BACK to Spanish Hills, who then sent him here.

Tonight was the icing on the cake. I am only posting because something NEEDS to change.

Dear family member searching for a place for your loved one,

Our family understands the position you are currently in and how very challenging this season of your life can be. Here is some friendly advice: Tour the location before you admit your loved one, ask to see EVERYTHING not just the one area they choose to take you to, listen to what you hear from patient rooms as you walk around, (Is anyone yelling for help over and over?), never let your short term loved one be moved to a long term hall, be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies and air fresheners if you choose Spanish Hills.

This is just a small spattering of what we encountered during our father’s four week stay at Spanish Hills before we could finally transfer him to a much better, much cleaner, much more loving and professional facility.

The cruelty of CNA’s in the long term care section is absolutely inhumane. They
-ignore calls for help both from the call light or from patients pleading by
yelling out
-left our dad in feces for hours at a time, the longest was four hours
-ignored the fact that his wounded leg fell off the bed, no one came to help
him, he had to pull it back up himself
-let him miss multiple meals and did not give him snacks to make up for
those missed meals; consequently he lost a great deal of weight while under the care of Spanish Hills
-abused him with the condom catheter (CNA Mary did this to angrily take revenge our poor father who struggled one day with a bad belly)

Other extreme low lights:
-a nurse wouldn’t pick up our dad’s pillow off the ground when it had fallen because “it isn’t my job, I will call for the CNA”
-can’t find your nurse they are hanging out at the nurses station
-can’t get ahold of your CNA he/she is on their phone or messing around with other CNA’s like they are at recess
-when I called one night because my dad was in distress and receiving any attention I was put through to the nurses station and phone rang for 11 ½ minutes, no one ever answered
-don’t believe them when they say your loved one has seen the doctor multiple times
-medical staff doesn’t communicate with each other or with the patient
-My dad’s knee drain fell on the floor and broke apart exposing the drain tube, and when I witnessed it was on the floor, Cindy, the occupational therapist, picked it up and put it back together without sanitizing it. The floor was disgusting. I called the nurse and asked her to immediately clean it (since my dad has been battling a knee infection) and she said, “That is not my job. I can't do it. I need to call the wound care nurse, but she is at lunch.”
-Nurses and CNA’s don’t know what a trash can is meant for, bring your gloves so you clean up all the nasty things off of every surface and the floor.
-the smell of human feces and urine in the long term care section will overwhelm you and come home with you, so wash your clothes immediately instead of putting them in a hamper

Our family hopes you do not have to ever put someone you love at Spanish Hills Wellness Suites for care; however, if you do for whatever reason, insurance, location, you are forced to make a decision without a tour here are a few positives:
-short terms hall and care was okay with caring people, but they will move your
loved one without any say to the long term care area even if they are not long term
care patients
-The wound care team, especially Robert, did a good job preventing bed sores.
-Physical Therapy, probably because they are not employed by Spanish Hills, was excellent. They are an outside company that comes in to work with patients. Shout out to Brian who checked in on dad even on days he didn’t have therapy scheduled, and Kay and Eric were also awesome.

If you are looking for a high quality rehab/skilled nursing facility please check out Trellis Centennial. If it is not near you, trust me, it will be worth the drive and your loved one will actually improve, receive quality care, and be in a clean room.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my dad received at Spanish Wellness Center. From the moment he arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, well cared for, and on the path to recovery.

A special thank you to Ruckus in administration, whose professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The case management team, Flo and Michelle, were exceptional, always keeping us informed and advocating for my dad’s best interests. In physical and occupational therapy, Eric, Chris, and Bryan showed incredible patience and expertise, helping him regain strength and confidence every step of the way.

This place is the worse ever.. my loved one almost died here and we had to pull her out. Her phone was taken away and she could not contact us and we could not find her.. once we did she was barely alive.. I’ve looked into it and they’ve been sued so many times and currently am being sued by us. This place needs to shut down.. something has to be done.. look at all of the bad reviews.. seems like they don’t care because by the time someone sues them and the time it takes.. they’ve made so much more money than what they’re being sued for.. it’s all a cash grab.. My boyfriend was in Spanish Hills for about 3 weeks, he had exemplary care from Florence, Michelle, Melisda, Lisa the therapy team and others we came in contact with. If a person needs a place for rehabilitation they could not go wrong with Spanish Hills Wellness Suites they all knew their jobs and did them profess inally but with caring and they made each patient feel special. I am deeply disappointed with the way Spanish Hills Wellness handled the discharge process for my loved one. Despite the fact that they had nowhere to go after their home was destroyed by a fire, the facility decided to discharge them simply because their time was up. It is shocking that a facility supposedly dedicated to the well-being of its patients would kick someone out onto the street with no consideration for their dire circumstances.

One would expect that the social services department at a rehab facility would step in during such a critical time to assist in finding temporary housing or connect the individual with community resources. However, this was not the case. There was no attempt to help secure a safe place to stay, leaving my loved one in an incredibly vulnerable situation.

A facility that claims to care for its patients should go above and beyond in ensuring their safety and stability, especially when they are at their most vulnerable. Unfortunately, Spanish Hills Wellness has shown a lack of compassion and responsibility in this regard. I would caution anyone considering this facility to carefully evaluate their discharge policies and the support they offer to patients once their treatment period ends.

This experience has been a harsh reminder that not all healthcare providers live up to the standards of care and humanity that they should, and I hope that Spanish Hills Wellness takes a serious look at their policies and practices to prevent such situations from happening in the future.

I give Spanish Hills one star and if I
could I would give them 0 stars. My mother was mistreated and neglected by staff. After calling repeatedly the staff never returned calls My mother hadn't eaten in 4 days, I myself, her care giver, and the physical therapist requested she be given ensure at least one for each meal. During those 4 days she was given a total of 2 ensures. She caught Covid in their facility. She lost 15 ponds during her stay. She became so weak she could not hold her head up. They are uncaring and neglectigent. If you care about your loved one steer clear of Spanish Hills

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here! My grandfather was sent here from the hospital to help him get stronger and return home. He was placed in a room and basically forgot about. As his health continued to decline we never received any updates until they called and said he needs to leave because he’s not getting better. He never received physical therapy or even assisted out of bed because they said he was to weak and a fall risk. So then he should be getting some type of therapy in bed! He has bed sores from just sitting there. He should’ve been moved every couple hours but that is definitely not the case. He is basically starving to death because he’s not eating on his own yet they continue serving him nasty purred food that I wouldn’t even feed my dog! Nobody wants to take responsibility for dropping the ball. If you are thinking about sending a loved one here go ahead and pass on that.

This place doesn’t deserve stars at all. Please do not let your family members go here. They have no respect for their patients. They overlook a lot of stuff when it comes to your Health and majority the times you are neglected. You're sometimes find yourself fighting with staff a lot. They answer your call light only when they want to. I was recently here and left with a terrible infection in my bladder that I had no idea about because they never checked my urine on a regular. Nursing staff needs more training I would sometimes find myself knowing more than they did. Majority of them were totally desensitized and if you're unable to communicate do to health reasons you may find yourself not getting much help. There is no sense of urgency at all. You are not allowed to get mad or they will think you are crazy and possibly have you medically arrested. A lot of times nurses and CNA's pick and choose who they want to take care of and sometimes they will refused to help you if you've ever gotten into a fight with them. Even though you know your body the best they seem to think to know it more. Overall this is not a good place. You're supposed to go there to get better and a lot of times you'll find yourself stressed out because of them. They pretty much have complete control of your family member. The way they talk to the elderly isn't very bad but sometimes can be. It's a very nice facility I just can't say the same for the staff. Oh and when it comes to showers if your bed ridden Forget about it, you're supposed to have shower days but staff usually disregards it and if you don't say anything you can go very long Time without getting help. I've had roommates that we're old and couldn't eat on their own and we're sometimes dying Staff barely make an attempt to try to comfort them and feed them. I am totally disgusted by the things I've seen here. I hope one day this place is investigated and shut down. This isnt an attempt at defamation but the truth. Just horrible.

This had been a 5 star review when my mother was here for a few weeks. But now, check out how crazy this is. She has dementia. 4 weeks ago, Camille Gonzales Galang the Case Manager called me and told me that my mother had to leave because her dementia was so bad that they were afraid she'd wander out of the building and advised we put her in a locked facility for dementia patients. So we found a really good nursing home and the day the new nursing home approved our application, Spanish Hills' psychiatrist Dr. Bushon who diagnosed my mother with both dementia and pre-Alzheimer's changed her status to "giving her capacity" which means letting her decide to do whatever she wants which is of course go home, because she's had one lucid week there. Camille Gonzales Galang says they are now not going to release her to the new nursing home because it's my mother's wishes. And she wishes to go home. Really? She had dementia and now she doesn't and can take care of herself and be left home alone? Or Dr. Bushon and her other doctors were all wrong that she ever had dementia? I wrote a different review last week but Google doesn't display all publicly. Makes you wonder how many others aren't displayed. Anyway, I searched very hard for the right nursing home for my mother and this one has a 4-star rating by Medicare inspections. My mother raves about the food, and everybody there is very professional and helpful. La Toya at the front desk, Buena at the nurses' station, Jessica in admissions, KC in the social work department. Also the rooms are lovely. We made the right choice.

This place is horrible!!! Avoid at all cost 😡 my mother in law has been in there for 3 days now and hasn’t gotten the care or therapy that is needed, any time she pushes the nurses button there is no response. It took her calling my husband to call the facility and request that she need assistance. She has been laying in bed this whole time and hasn’t had any assistance to get up and move around not to mention, according to her the food is HORRIBLE! Due to “covid” we can not go in and see her because she is under quarantine, although she is sharing a room with someone else.

My Uncle was recently released from UMC. I have no complaints about this place. That being said, Chad who is on the front desk made me put on a mask I couldn't breath through. Not only that but he also made me wear a plastic mask. When I asked him why, he told me because I wasn't vaccinated. I explained to him that I've been going to the hospital for 2 weeks to see my Uncle in the Trauma unit. They just asked that I wear a mask. Chad treated me like I was a leper. I'm beyond disappointed how I was treated.

Currently residing in this location, physical and occupational therapy is a joke. Physician does not have time to come and see patients since their time is too precious and if they even come to see you the physician will not even listen to half the things we are talking to them. Been here week and a half and still haven’t seen the dietitian due to me being diabetic. Case workers are a joke as well no communication from Florence or Camille. Dr. Adrian Adrian another joker of the institution who cannot even write proper prescriptions.

This place is a joke I rarely leave reviews but people need to know. Never work here they will lie and say that they aren’t hiring after they call you for interview twice by the way . I went both times like a dummy only to hear vivian soria tell me that. She has nothing available but the recruiter call me in for an interview and she confirmed it. This place should have a one star across the board.

I had my Love one sent there for a rehab for a head injury. We weren’t able to make sure that he was oof to a great start due to COVID-19, however my uncle wasn’t there a full 48 hours before he was sent back to the hospital. Their reason was because he was looking for an exit and couldn’t be redirected. I called them and they wouldn’t give me any information and I’m the one in charge of all of his care! They were rude! His nurse wouldn’t even get on the phone! They had no reason at all to send him out! They did it because they didn’t want to watch him because he wanders! Sent him to the hospital for psychological evaluation! This was the worse experience ever!

Thank you very much for all the nurses, case manager and social workers whom take care my Mom in Spanish Hill Wellness and Caring Professional Hospic service. I am very appeciated.
My mom had been there for one and a half month until she passed away. When my Mom need hospital care, My Mom's doctor contact me and discuss the situations. then they just send her to the hospital acoss the street right away. When my Mom's health getting worse, her doctor talking to me about hospic service. They introduce Caring Professional Hospic for my Mom. Both Spanish Hill Wellness and Caring Professional Hospic employees are very professional and polite. The case manager in Spanish Hill explain to me what is a hospic care and the cost of it. They help me to make a good decision.

Best tip to avoid stress is to avoid this place. My wife was sent here after being hospitalized for heart problems. This morning I picked her up to get our second Covid vaccine and when we returned they just handed me bags of her belongings and would not allow her back in because it had taken her too long. She's now back in the emergency room with chest pains. Thanks a lot, Spanish Hills.

This place is horrible, my son has been there for 3 weeks, he has not improved but gotten worse. I want him moved to a place that he can get the care he deserves as soon as possible I'll be there shortly to over see things. I will be there next week to get some answers as to why my son went into this faulty able to walk and use his hand to eat and able to use the restroom alone and now he can't do these things now and I will not stop unless I get the answers to who's responsible.

This place doesn't deserve 1 ⭐ I couldn't be more upset I got as a rehabilitation patient on a Fri from 7 pm to today 7:59 pm I haven't received any of my medications waiting on the Dr . So I've been sitting here in severe pain , I even called My PHARMACY to deliver medications and print out all of the. I'm in the bed same shape still haven't seen my Dr and No never followed up . I asked for management Nothing. looks nice but cold as hell I also explained my ears are draining so the Cold in bad all around..... Nevada Health Care is Horrible .

My sister was taken there from hospital. Arrived at 6 30. At 9 30...no one even welcome her...she sat on couch and fell asleep. They continued to walk pass her and didn't even acknowledge her presence. All residents stated...place is horrible. Very unprofessional.

This facilities staff does NOT answer calls. Phone has rung 300 times and no hears it. The doctor does NOT return calls. They do not groom your loved one. When you tell these so called medical personnel, they are so surprised they are NOT doing their job! Need to go out of business!!

My grandmother is here. She is supposed to be on a cardiac diet with physical therapy and a walker. Well- no cardiac diet, they keep giving her bacon with breakfast which of course she is happy with but we all know she shouldn’t have. Physical therapy has been there once. And she was told to bring her own walker because they didn’t have one for her. In addition she is supposed to have medication for blood pressure and they have “forgotten” to give it to her till one of us arrive and ask if she’s had it, only then do they give her her meds. On top of this she clicks the call light to use the restroom as she’s a fall risk and it took them over 40 minutes and she ended up having a bowel movement, which she was extremely embarrassed about. This is not a one time occurrence. She has been asking for a shower for three days and has yet to have one. I gave this place two stars because of the cleanliness of the facility but overall disappointment and lack of attention.

My aunt is at Spanish Hills. I’ve been through the SNF / REHAB journey with my aunt. Spanish Hills is an exceptionally excellent facility. The staff—all are competent and caring. My contact at Spanish Hills was Annie. She is a warm, caring and most important compassionate person, who guided me through the transition with my aunt. She listened to me vent; and always with understanding of my situation—providing options and answers to enable the best outcome for my aunt, and me. Annie understands how hard it is to “let go” and accept the next journey for my aunt— and myself. She offers answers and options to a very emotionally difficult situation; always with respect and compassion. She is an exceptional Case Manager, Nurse, and human being. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her assistance. She is the best! If you’re faced with placing a loved one in a Skilled Nursing facility, I strongly recommend that you consider Spanish Hills. The facility is great, and so are all of the caring staff.

Most of the staff is great, but there are those that stand out as going above & beyond that you can see, without a doubt, they care deeply about those they are working with. Bree is ABSOLUTELY one of those individuals. Very lucky to get the assistance from her that I need.

The front desk is always a pleasure to see daily as well. Very happy, helpful & always smiling.

Mind you this is from 6 months experience. Definitely recommend.

Our family’s experience with Spanish Hills was sadly very disappointing and stressful. Our dealings with Brie and the financial services were not clearly explained and what we were told and what happened were two different things. The lack of communication and clarity left us with an unexpected financial burden.

I encourage anyone considering Spanish Hills to have a witness at all meetings, ask for everything documented and detailed, keep all your paperwork and do not under any circumstances take their word for anything. We trusted them and were sorely misinformed. We now have to use outside resources to rectify the situation that will cost more time and money. Be very careful and also note that the administrator will be of no assistance at all.

As for the case manager, Annie. Absolutely worthless. After being discharged 2 months ago and repeated attempts to get her to set up nursing or therapy visits. I’m still waiting. A visit or two could have prevented multiple ER visits, an infection, and DKA among other things.

If I was the owner of Spanish Hills, I would be horrified and embarrassed at the practices of my upper management.

Being in a vulnerable situation, doesn’t give anyone the right to not show compassion or take advantage of another person.

I hope this review will prevent another family from going through a similar situation.

Este lugar es el más horrible al que ha ido mi esposo sufrio dos derrames cerebrales y fue ahi para recuperacion. Sin hablar y sin moverse. Nunca lo rasuraron. Su herida en su parte trasera crecio enorme..una infecion de riñon con sangre no fue tratada ..por un mes no me.dejaron verlo . Cuando llamaba las enfermeras tenian un trato grosero la unica que fue amable fue una mujer llamada joana. Y enrique. Anoche 5 de agosto lo sacaron a un hospital ahora el esta entre la vida y la muerte gracias a este horrible lugar ..no entie do porque existe lugares asi donde solo el dinero les importa ..yo los invito a que denuncien este tipo de lugares y creo que no solo fui yo ..por fabor esta es la antesala de la muerte y.NUNCA NUNCA SE PAREN AQUI y no voy a parar por esto .
