The radiation protective cover was not put on me during x-rays even though I pointed it out. The ladies response was that I get more radiation from the sun! I then replied, "Then why have it there hanging?" where patients can see it and get reminded of radiation. She said cause it's too expensive to throw out.
The sitting chair was dirty with what looked like chunky dry blood. Actually the whole office was dirty. You need to invest in a cleaning service. Crumbs and dust EVERYWHERE.
Also the secretary was misleading when booking my appointment. I asked if your office took culinary and she replied yes. After the exam she gave me the quote for the procedure I needed and my jaw dropped! Quote was close to two thousand! She said she told me they only take partial culinary insurance. Why in my right mind would I set up an appointment where I would pay hundreds of dollars and not go to a clinic that can be almost free? She lied.
Also not impressed with their "work clothes". Shouldn't health care employees wear shrubs? A more professional look would be better not like everyone just rolled out of bed. No pride in presentation, no makeup no hair done.

That billing clerk needs a new job. The kind of job where she wouldn't be "assuming" all day long, just facts, especially in billing. She said my insurance wouldn't cover the procedures so she's happy to quote me what I would have to pay out of pocket ($1400+). I checked coverage prior to my appointment, so I knew that the procedures would be covered. I left the office feeling gaslit, so I called my insurance provider. They had me hold the line while they called the dental office to coordinate coverage, specifically for the procedures needed and sure enough, the procedures ARE COVERED! Billing clerk told my insurance representative she "assumed" that they wouldn't cover "based on previous experience" submitting claims and getting denied. I'm still baffled as to why that was the thought process, instead of checking coverage for sure, so that what's being quoted is what's real not assumed.

Also left feeling gaslit by the dentist. I've had filling on a tooth for maybe two decades now. Few years back, a dentist (different office) told me that there was a small cavity growing inside the filled tooth, just wasn't big enough to be a concern, just something to keep an eye on. Then, 2 to 3 years ago, a different dentist confirmed that the cavity had grown slightly larger but again, wasn't priority at that time (had more emergent work that needed attention). TODAY, this dentist said she sees NO cavities in or around the area. Like, what?! Which dentist am I supposed to believe?

Either way, I'm for sure transferring to different dental office. Do yourself a favor too and go elsewhere!

Honestly, little gem in Vegas the office support staff has been absolutely fantastic the educated me on the things that were possible even with my insurance coverage . I had a very poor experience with Dr. Tram. Turns out she's just interested in lining her pockets. Her recommended services and products were unwarranted and not needed.
The xray technician was unprofessional, constantly hitting my feet with the wires and speaking loudly in Spanish to a coworker clear across the building.

Wasted my time coming here, don't make the same mistake.

I don’t appreciate the x-ray technician sticking her dirty fingers in my mouth. She was wearing gloves but she was touching everything (the computer, the x-ray camera, the x-ray buttons, the bite piece that goes in my mouth, and then sticking her fingers inside my mouth….yuk). Even after I asked her not to, she changed the gloves but she was still touching everything, then handling the bite piece that goes in my mouth! She was also wearing a face mask, but only to cover her mouth. Maybe she doesn’t understand how germs are spread. Disgusting.

I would definitely find another dentist if you're thinking about coming here. The staff is very rude and there's something not right going on here.
I was having very bad toothache and went in to have an emergency extraction and was very clear that that was all i wanted. They took xrays and proceeded to show me their dental "PLAN". When I reminded them I was there for an extraction only they said it wasn't covered under my insurance and it would cost $700. I left.
I immediately went to a dentist i seen about 5 years ago. The dentist told me that extractions ARE covered and since spring mountain dental charged my insurance for xrays I would need to have those xrays sent over.
The receptionist immediately said NO and said if I needed them it would be $25. I'd rather pay the fee to the new dentist for new xrays then pay them a single penny.
There is something shady going on here and i am just one person so im sure they dont care. If you do decide to go here please get educated on what your insurance covers and dont let them screw you over.

Terrible experience. Got confirmation for an appointment, was sent a long application for new patients, got to the appointment 10 minutes before and found all doors and windows boarded up. Called the office, no answer. Made the appointment for Dr. Weintraub and he was not on the list on the wall. Had to get another dentist (Emergency Dentists) which was exceptional. Then got a call from Spring Mountain 2-1:2 hours after the appointment, asking about me and offering to schedule for three days after. The person calling said they had another dentist come for me, not the dentist I had a confirmed appointment for. I don’t know when the other dentist came. No apology.

9/18/2025 my appointment at 1:00pm got there at 12:45. The Receptionist is telling me with very loud voice that I have to pay an additional $250 . The last time that I was there my total bill was 1,200 out of my own pocket and the insurance would cover the rest. The way that receptionist talked to a 68 old man is unreal. She doesn’t allow me to see the Doctor and I am stuck with two temporary tooth into my mouth , and she doesn’t want to help me, she needs retraining and anger management treatment

My daughter's teeth cleaning appointment had to get rescheduled three times due to the hygienist's availability or lack thereof. When the appointment was scheduled for the third time, the receptionist was told that it would be difficult for us to get across town by that time but she said that it would be fine if we were a little bit late. When we showed up for the appointment a little bit late as previously communicated, we were told that the hygienist had already left for the day. This office has gone way downhill since the previous dentist left earlier this year. We will not be coming back. And I particularly want to call out Elena for being rude and unapologetic.
