The doctor and NP were both kind, friendly, and very accommodating, and I appreciated that they had no issue completing multiple sports physical packets for us during the appointment.

Unfortunately, our experience with the front office was much more frustrating. Multiple times before our appointments, we received texts saying our appointments had been canceled. Each time, we had to call and spend a significant amount of time on hold just to confirm the messages had been sent in error. It also seems the entire office staff takes lunch at the same time, which made reaching anyone even more difficult.

On the day of our appointments, my husband arrived before me and the kids to check us in and finish paperwork that the online portal would not allow me to complete from home. Staff made rude comments about the kids not being there yet and gave him a hard time when he asked for paper forms, repeatedly pointing out that links had already been sent rather than acknowledging that the online system was not working.

The medical providers themselves were great, but the communication and front-office customer service could use significant improvement.

This place has treated my family well up until they were bought out and made corporate by Zarminali. We love our doctor, but when I have to drive over an hour to the office to schedule/re-schedule an appointment because we can never get through on the phone, we may look elsewhere for a different pediatrician.

Used to love this place. Not the biggest fan anymore. After 5 children Im not sure I will continue. This last round they tried to charge me $40.00 for a minimal stress eval on myh 12 year old during a routine shot for school. They did ask if they could ask questions and that was it. They did not say what the questions were for and what irritated me the omst was they did not tell me they wanted to charge for it. GRRR

Horrible office staff! They took over another pediatric clinic and everyone there has “I hate my life” attitude. They told us they accept our insurance , so we kept our upcoming appt. We show up for our scheduled appt then was told they couldn’t verify our insurance and demand payment before being seen. Such a waste of time! We found another pediatric clinic. This is the classic “big fish eating little fish” then the entire clinic goes down the toilet. I highly recommend to stay far away from this place.

This used to be the premier pediatrician. All 3 of my children went here. Recently we experienced something no parent should by a pediatrician. Child complaining of partial blindness and the doctor said “and what do you want me to do about it”! So we will be removing our children from this practice and go elsewhere.

I scheduled a prenatal meet and greet weeks ago, but decided that I wanted to cancel due to the bad reviews I read online, and I’m so glad I did! When I called, the lady answered the phone, “Hello?” Didn’t say “Zarminalli pediatrics how can I help you?” No.. she just said “Hello” which felt weird right from the start. And then when I requested to cancel my appointment she told me that they didn’t even have my appointment in the system. I’m so glad I read the reviews and cancelled before driving down there, and being told I don’t have an appointment booked on their end. Very unprofessional business.

When this business was St. Rose Pediatrics, I had no complaints. Since they have changed ownership, it has been nearly impossible for me to get my kids in to be seen. Every single time I call, I wait a minimum 30 minutes on hold before getting through to anyone just to book an appointment. When I finally get through to someone, they are completely booked....all 9 locations! Before, under St. Rose Pediatrics I was able to call day of if there was an issue and get my daughters in to see one of the doctors at their 2 locations same day. Now, out of 9 locations, I can't have them seen by anyone. They continue to tell me we have urgent cares that you could take them to. Last time I took my daughter to one of their urgent cares, I sat there for 1 hour before we even got called back while she was running a 104 fever.
What is the point of me having Zarminali as a pediatrician if they can never see my kids.
This company is a huge downgrade from St. Rose Pediatrics. It's a shame they switched ownership.

This place is horrible. My son had a well visit that I scheduled back in June for today and when I went in today they are under new management and changed names. No one called me to let us know they were going to be under new management or anything. When I went in and I spoke to the receptionist that I know worked there while it was still called St rose pediatrics said there was no appointment and she could not even find my son in the system. I let her know we have been coming to this place since my son was born but she just kept repeating that they have no record of him. I left and called the old number and spoke to someone who let me know all patients were transferred to the new system so she was unsure what was going on and told me to call the cimarron location. When I called them they did find my son but they had nothing scheduled. She basically said I was lying and that Dr. Moe wasn’t even here and my son could not be seen till she got back.

They are very unhelpful and did not even try to resolve anything. There is a reason they are under new management and they need to replace some of these incompetent receptionist.

AND the referral department is trash. They never return calls and can’t send a simple referral to the right place even when you provide name and fax.

Been coming to this pediatrics since May due to a change of insurance. They are now settled into their new system and new name much more than before. I needed a same day app and made it online at 7am and had an app in 3 hours. The front desk/nursing staff are very competent and nice. Dr. Misch was wonderful and definitely recommend.

I have always loved this place… they have done so much to help my son since he was born… however for the last week I have been calling every since Wednesday to get an appointment and nobody answers the phone or calls back… I have been on hold everyday for over 40’mins then they have hung up on me… idk what’s going on but when it was Saint Rose Pediatrics I never had this issue…
Was just currently on hold for 24 mins and it finally rang.. sent me to voicemail and the box is full. I really want to keep Dr Misch but there making it impossible

Horrible customer service! First of all, trying to get a hold of them is a nightmare! Not one single option works to be able to speak to someone. I called from a providers office seeking information about a mutual patient and after the 10th time calling someone finally answered and immediately gave me attitude and was no help at all, when i told her what i was looking for she said “ I DONT KNOW IT WILL BE HARD TO GIVE YOU THAT INFORMATION SINCE WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF SWITCHING OVER SYSTEMS “ which is understandable but 1. Your job is to help your patients and find a solution for them 2. Your stress is not OUR fault so don’t take it out on us. Maintain professional. As someone who works in a healthcare office this is very disgraceful to come across with and at the end it affects our patients because we just need help for them. Sad to see how this place is being run. Do better Zarminali.

Update: been trying to call for the last 4 days to cancel our appointment that’s scheduled for September and still can't get through to anyone! So crazy!!

Have been coming here since my son was born last year and always had great experiences. Until they switched to Zarminali pediatrics. A few weeks ago, I needed to get my son seen and couldn't even get through on the phone to get an appointment after trying for 3 hours so I had to go in person and demand to get him seen. When I was leaving the office, I stopped to ask to see if our future appointment was still booked and they said no it didn't change over when they switched systems and booked me for the appointment then... so anyone that may not know this may not have the appointments scheduled they thought they did! Today I'm trying to call to cancel that future appointment we have and can't even get through by phone yet again! The online check in system is a joke but is the only way to check in now apparently. They also failed to input one of my son's vaccines into web IZ so it looks like he never got it. Thankfully I have the paper stating he got it and when but still. Oh and St Rose used to be open Saturdays by appointment only, which I liked since I work during the week and since they changed to Zarminali, they aren't anymore! Super disappointed and have since moved my son to another pediatrician office hoping we receive better care there

This review would have been 1 star. I only gave this 2 stars because we love Dr. Misch and he is great and is the one who caught that my son had craniosynostosis at 2 months old and we were able to get the surgery he needed when it could have been a lot worse. We are sad we won’t be seeing him anymore!

My son has been going to Saint Rose Pediatrics since he was born, he is 12 years old now. I have always been satisfied with the service. Now that Zarminali took over it has been unsatisfactory. No matter how long I stay on the phone for, no one ever picks up. I can't even leave a message. School is about to start and he needs to be seen for well child checkup and medication refill. Looks like its time to change doctors.

I do not like to judge professionists, but now I am beyond upset and I have plenty of prooves someone did NOT do his job correctly.
As you can see from the picture, the nurses/assistants do not even know how to measure properly a baby. Twice they were completely wrong about the lenght; the second time because I know comparing the clothes of 2 months ago and the ones that now barely fit that my baby did NOT grow only 2 centimeters in these months.
As well as the weight, I went to the practice cause I was concerned about the growth, they measured 13lb, and they told me it was fine even if the growing curve was going down. 22 days after, the weight was even less. My baby is not gaining enough, but did not lose weight for sure: has plenty of wet diapers and stools twice a day, is active, interactive, plays, eats and is not fussy.

My conclusion?
You cannot rely on this office.
If your baby is fine, with their incompetence in measuring you will never have reliable information. If your baby is having problems, they wont be able to catch it.

We have been patients of Saint Rose Pediatrics for many years, since our daughter was born, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
From the moment my wife and daughter arrived, the level of service at this location was unacceptable. The receptionist was dismissive and showed little patience, especially when interacting with my wife, who has an accent. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.
The nurse was equally unfriendly and made no effort to engage with my five-year-old daughter, even when she tried to speak to her. Basic kindness and communication, especially with children, should be expected in a medical setting.
What was most concerning, however, was the doctor’s approach. The visit lasted less than a minute, with no thorough examination. Our daughter’s eye condition was quickly dismissed as “just an allergy” without proper evaluation or explanation. We left feeling unheard, rushed, and unsure about the accuracy of the diagnosis.
After years of trusting Saint Rose Pediatrics with our child’s care, this experience felt like a complete lack of respect and attention. Healthcare should be about care, professionalism, and empathy, none of which were demonstrated during this visit. We will not be returning to this location and hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously to improve both patient care and professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dorin in the billing department at St. Rose Pediatrics, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Even though she was completely swamped and was the only person working in the department that day (everyone else had called off), Dorin remained incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding the entire time.
She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly without rushing, and made sure my issue was handled properly despite the chaos around her. Her calm, kind demeanor turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. It’s rare to find someone who stays so professional and caring when they’re short-staffed and under pressure.
If you’re dealing with billing at St. Rose Pediatrics, I highly recommend asking for Dorin—she is a true asset to the practice and went out of her way to help. Thank you, Dorin, for your hard work and excellent service!

Absolutely love this office and the entire staff including the PAs and doctors. Being greeted by the ladies in the front right when we walk in always sets the tone with their professionalism and kindness. They’re the best! They treat my family with respect and genuine care every single visit. We are seen in a timely manner and they always take the time to go over all the necessary details of our visit. I have been to many offices where staff are rude, gossip about patients, or make families feel poorly treated, and that has NEVER been the case here. We are so happy we found such a great pediatric doctor’s office so close to our home. Thank you for always providing such a wonderful experience. With four kids and visits that are sometimes last minute walk-ins, you truly deserve all the praise. Thank you Saint Rose Pediatrics @ Henderson.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service we received at St. Rose Pediatrics, and we have decided to change providers because of it.

In mid-October, my grandbaby had a scheduled appointment. Afterward, we requested a copy of her medical records to apply for SSI, as she was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome. We were told there would be a per-page charge and that the records would be ready in 7–10 business days. After 10 days, the records were still not ready. Each time we called, we were told to wait longer. On 11/5, we went to the office in person, only to find the documents still weren’t prepared. Thankfully, the woman in the medical records office apologized and printed them on the spot, waiving the fee because of the delay.

At that time, I also provided FMLA paperwork to be completed so I could extend my leave. No one mentioned there was a fee for FMLA forms, only for medical records. I was told the forms would take 7–10 business days. On 11/18, I returned to check the status. Once again, the papers were not completed, but I was told to come back later that day. When I returned, the forms were finally ready—but this time I was told there was a $50 fee. I was shocked, as this had never been communicated to me. Because I was not prepared to pay, the deadline to submit the paperwork will now pass, leaving me without the necessary support from my employer to care for my granddaughter.

Communication is key, and unfortunately, the lack of transparency and follow-through from the front and back office staff has caused unnecessary stress and consequences for my family. While my granddaughter’s doctor is thorough, the administrative side of this practice is not. At the end of the day, I was left without the critical documents I needed, and that is unacceptable.

We are moving on to a new provider who values clear communication and timely support.

The St. Rose Pediatrics staff and doctors are very responsive and kind. Especially, Dr. Misch. Their office provides attentive care and they are willing to answer any questions you may have. Both of my children ages 1.5 and 7 have been patients of St. Rose Pediatrics in Henderson since their birth. I really appreciate their 24 hour help line. Whenever I've have late night/early morning questions, an on-call nurse has been able to help me over the phone. Even when my children have had fevers, colds or general concerns, the office has always been able to get my children in the same day or very next day to address my concerns. On their website, you can easily make or change appointments and select the doctor or times that are convenient for you to bring your children in, I even the next day if available. You can also access your children's records easily on their secured site. I feel very comfortable and confident in their staff to meet my children's needs. I would recommend St. Rose Pediatrics to any parents looking for caring and competent pediatricians and staff.

We've always had a positive experience here, and I feel like at least some of the 3.3-star rating (as of today) doesn't accurately portray the overall high quality of service here.
Our pediatrician is Dr. Misch. He is friendly, knowledgable, and to-the point. He has many years of experience (he was MY pediatrician 30 years ago!) and many awards. Other reviewers have complained that he or other doctors don't take time for questions, which is untrue. Though they are rather quick, to me it seems it's because they are very good and in high demand. And he's never been rude about needing to bounce to other patience. If you speak up and ask your questions, Dr. Misch will answer them.
All the nurses have been wonderful. Super friendly, efficient, and good with kids, helpful with questions and paperwork, etc. Love them, no complaints!
Many 1-stars talk about the front desk staff. I feel like many of those reviewers are expecting the staff to be the bubbly, outgoing type that remember your name each time you come in (though it's been months) and ask you how your day was. Sure that is nice and I agree could be improved here, but to us these ladies have always come through where it really matters. Scheduling is easy, and multiple automated reminders are sent. Check in is quick and paperwork is done effectively. Multiple times they've fought against pesky insurance providers on our behalf. So could they all be a bit more welcoming (especially the older ladies on the side)? Yes, for sure. But do they get the job done? Absolutely!
A bonus note: St. Rose Pediatrics also has a 24/7 phone line to talk with a registered nurse about non-emergency medical advice. We've used this many times when needing advice, even after midnight. Sometimes you have to leave a message, but they've always called us back within an hour or less. This is an awesome feature for a pediatrics office to have.

Updated Review Oct 2025:

We are still taking our children here and I still love it. As HoDapp’s schedule became limited, we started seeing Dr Laura Teisch and I absolutely love her! She’s a bright happy ball of nonjudgmental compassionate light and I’m so glad our family casually ended up in her care.

In my experience, she has listened to all my concerns and been willing to look into things I’m concerned about. We’ve been patients at St Rose Peds for 7-8 years now and have been seeing Teisch for over 4 years. I hope she never leaves.

I saw some reviewers negatively talk about how quick her appointments can be and I do agree that her appointments are quick if all is well - but that’s the way I like it. My kids don’t want to be at the drs all day, so I appreciate when we are in and out super fast. However, if I ever have further questions or concerns, she’s always been willing to listen to me and check into things my mom anxiety is flaring up over. So while the appointments are quick, I haven’t felt rushed, and I’ve felt that she’s been thorough with my children’s care.

We also have had wonderful experiences with Dr Malwane. She is very friendly, competent, and professional. I’m happy when she’s available.

The front desk staff have been so kind and patient with my active crew. I have only had positive experiences with them.

I have also had positive experiences with my one offs seeing the other drs with one exception. I stopped seeing Dr Misch. I’d rather go to urgent care if he’s the only one available for a sick appointment.

Misch was wonderful for the sick visits when I had 2 kids. So I was surprised when the first time I brought all my kids in for a sick visit after my twins were born. His entire demeanor was different. I got the impression he didn’t approve of me having 4 kids or maybe it was bringing 4 kids into the office, but he was clearly unimpressed with me that day and I’ve also noticed his entire face drop when he sees my crew walking through the hall to see other drs, so I don’t schedule with him and I don’t think he’s missed seeing us. 😂

I won’t let my experiences with Misch, impact the office review though. I get that different drs will click differently with varying families and I’m glad there’s doctors for all of us.

Teisch and Malwane are the drs for our family and worth 5 stars each in my eyes. We still love St Rose Pediatrics.

Previous review: I've been taking my kids to this office for over a year now. I have seen several doctors at this location, but Dr. Alfred Dushman and Dr. Heath Hodapp have been the PCPs. They are both wonderful doctors and I have never had a real long wait time that others have complained about. I also really like the PA Dominic Loracco for when we are going in for a sick apt and our PCP doesn't have an available apt. All have been professional, excellent with my kids, and I have not had any issues with the front desk either. There is one nurse that was a bit moody one time, but I have since worked with that nurse and had no problems. The only negative I could mention is that their schedule is only open a couple months at a time. So I have to remember to call in two-three months in advance to schedule the well child apts, rather than scheduling 6 months in advance while in their office.

The front office always have an attitude, as if they don’t want to assist you, questioning you asking why I haven’t brought in my child! Who are they to question you. Every time I take my kids they give you an unwelcome feeling. The 2 older lady’s on the side are always rude, they always cut you off when you’re talking. I’m not sure how anyone is able to maintain their jobs with horrible customer service. Owners need to review their staff and their Quality of service. So far doctors have been great. NP Mason has been nice and great to my kids. Thank goodness for that. This is at the horizon location. Very upsetting service from the front dest staff.

Great pediatric group! Both Misch and Hodapp are awesome. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. We have been coming here for 15 years. Every staff member is attentive and kind. Same day appointments for sick visits too. (Call early or jump online to get an appointment👍) They also do in depth yearly physicals with each child. My children feel very comfortable and familiar with the flow of the office, docs and staff. Our favorite is Miss Natalie! She is the best. She is very informative and amazingly balanced. She talks directly to the children and addresses the parents directly. She encourages me as a Mom! ❤️❤️❤️

Ive been taking my child here for years. Aside from one rude doctor the staff is awesome. If my doctor of choice Natalie Mason (amazing, informative and honest) I can choose another practitioner ans the insurance still covers it. There are always sick appointments available and its easy in and out.

My son has been seeing Dr Teisch for over a year and up until now I have been saying the same thing, their office staff is really hit or miss with most of them being terrible to work (some are incredible) with but we keep going back because Dr Teisch is sensational, truly. She’s friendly, is a mom herself and can empathize with the experience of being a parent and always lead with an evidence based approach. I have been willing to turn a blind eye to the issues such as rude front office staff, dirty office, incompetent/dangerous medical assistants, prescription/referral issues, constant billing issue, etc. but after a recent same-day sick visit we had with Dr Misch where he made several inappropriate comments regarding me still breastfeeding my 19 month old and as of this morning finding out that Dr teisch’s subpar clinical notes have been the reason my son hasn’t been able to be referred to the specialists he’s been trying to see for months now, I can’t ignore it anymore. She really is a wonderful provider and I wish her all the best but am saddened that things had to end up like this.

We saw 2 pediatricians here and were shocked to have the worst level of care we’ve ever received from any doctor. On our baby’s first appointment after birth with Dr Misch he never asked us if we had any questions and gave very poor advice on breastfeeding/formula feeding. As first time parents we felt so unsupported. Then saw Dr Teisch and got the same level of lack of care, she spent maybe 3 minutes with us in total. They also only saw baby in clothes, missed my daughter’s tongue tie and never helped us with baby’s reflux issues. I’m glad we didn’t settle bc we did end up finding an amazing pediatrician in another clinic, who takes the time to discuss issues, provides education and support. Take your kids somewhere else, do not waste your time here.

I have been taking my children to this location for 15 years and have always experienced excellent care. I made a same day appt for my daughter who has been ill 3 times in one month. I requested blood work since she has been experiencing nausea and loss of appetite off and on and it’s not normal as she was ill for the 3rd time. Instead of listening to my husband concerns, Natalie Mason diagnosed our daughter with strep and as she kept cutting my husband off in the room stated we would need to make a wellness appointment for her to receive blood work. I made this appointment specifically for her not feeling well for a month and she would only focus on the strep stating we need to come back for a “wellness exam and she is due for one now anyways.” Who declines bloodwork for someone with symptoms off and on like this for a month and states they need a “wellness visit” in order to receive bloodwork. I have never had a doctor decline ordering someone bloodwork when someone has reoccurring illness. She was rude and inconsiderate by not even allowing my husband to talk. I highly recommend avoiding doctors like Natalie Mason. You should listen to your patients Natalie. You are here to provide care, and you do not provide quality care. My husband nor my child is comfortable seeing you again. Please reconsider your patient approach.

I don't know why i haven't done this sooner but better late then sorry. I have had my 6 yr old and 3 yr old at this Doctors office since they was born. We have loved it. I know people expect perfection from the doctors when they themselves can't. But this office and Doctor Kenneth Mish have done everything in there power to help us. More importantly they give us the facts and let us decide for our child. Thank you guys for all you do.

Oh my. I understand that no medical office is perfect, but I believe a three-star rating doesn’t truly reflect the quality of care and service provided here. There are so many positive aspects that deserve recognition. Dr. Teisch has been amazing with my children, ages 6, 5, 4, and our new baby. Dr. Teisch is always so approachable and down to earth, making each visit a comfortable experience for both the kids and us as parents. Her warmth and dedication truly shine through, and we feel so fortunate to have her as our pediatrician. It’s also extremely easy to make an appointment here, and ladies at the front are absolutely delightful. Thank you guys for all that you do. You guys are awesome. Five Stars !

Absolutely mind blown as the level of “service” we were shown at this location on several occasions. We originally were patients of Dr Mulwane. She was great, with a good bedside manner. We were in for initial newborn visits and help with reflux. Implemented everything she recommended and experienced NO RELIEF.
When requesting another appt to see her specifically we were unknowingly switched to another provider without our approval, Laura Teisch. She was immediately dismissive. Her questioning of was very belittling. She seemed intent to blame my son’s reflux on me versus looking for answers to provide some sort of relief for my son. She also brought another person (I assume in training?) in the room without an introduction or asking our permission. She was insistent that medication for reflux is NOT a thing anymore. If you’re looking for a cold, robotic, and demeaning experience, this is the provider for you.
My last experience was the most disappointing. I was desperate for the help for my son that I was not receiving. He was STILL not experiencing any relief from the reflux and his symptoms remained exactly as they had from the start. So I figured I’d give this office another chance and request another provider. The front desk held me at the front for 55 minutes due to their inability to verify insurance ahead of time. It’s funny, they had zero issue at all calling me 2 weeks prior to cancel a previous appointment due to them not locating my son. I am NOT new to office practices/policies/insurances as my day job is ‘Office Manager’ at another medical office less than 2 miles down the street. I have not one but TWO excellent medical plans that my son was covered on. They made several mistakes in how they could and should have handled this situation. This left me beyond frustrated, running on less than 2 hours of sleep with a hungry infant in a pediatric office. Everyone passed the blame on to somebody else. And eventually they finally offered a solution. To sign a cash pay waiver should insurance not pay. (Again, we have double coverage that should have been verified in advance.) This option should’ve been offered 15 minutes MAX into my arrival.
When I finally did get to see Dr Misch, I could not get a word in. He just rambled for 3 minutes recommending all the things I’ve tried. Not one new recommendation. Not one question to me. And again insisting that medication for infant reflux is NOT a thing anymore. You’ve heard the saying “he had one foot out the door.” This was how the doctor was speaking to me, with the door wide open! Not sure why they bother having you sign HIPAA forms if something as simple as privacy during an appointment can’t be handled. I’m in healthcare! I’ve seen it all. And I would never recommend this level of service and care to anybody. I decided to take our care down the street and in ONE APPOINTMENT they spent twice as much time with me than in all 4 appointments combined! Look elsewhere. There are still healthcare professionals and offices that do care and will listen!

I used to love this office. We’ve been coming here since 2013. But my last two encounters there were unpleasant. Mainly because of the check out receptionist. Every time I check out she’s very short and nasty with me. Instead of putting in the child’s date of birth and looking at notes, she acts as if she doesn’t know what I’m talking about as far as our next appts weather it’s for med adjustments, well appt etc. The first time I just thought she was having a bad day. But for her to be the same way 2months later, it’s how she really is. Our last appt I told her that I wanted to schedule a med follow up and well appts for both my girls and she only did one of them. My husband takes them and to his surprise she only has one girl down for a well appt and tells him we can’t see the other one today. He’s talked to her supervisor and again, he even said her demeanor is nasty. So needless to say we won’t be returning to this location. It’s really true how one bad apple can spoil the entire bunch. If she hates her job or people in general she needs to quit and let the job be a blessing to someone else. I only gave it two stars because we love Dr. Mo!

The practice as a whole is just okay. The best part is if you need an emergency apt, they usually have availability same or next day.

I've seen a few of the doctors and honestly they were just okay but we really love PA-C, George Khamo. He is super personable and it feels like he really cares about your little one.

I don't enjoy going to the Dr. I feel like they can be pushy, or dismissive of your concerns, but George has always spent time trying to understand my concerns and offers support through his expertise. He'll explain all of the different scenarios we can anticipate to help us make a decision we feel confident in.

If you need a care provider for your child, I would definitely recommend him!

The providers here have no care for their patients and do not listen to parents! I have brought my child in 3 separate times in roughly 2 weeks because Natalie Mason and Kenneth Misch refused to hear my concerns about my little one who was extremely lethargic, would not drink water, was not playing and was not being herself at all!! I was told that her behavior was normal for a sick baby and was given a prescription for antibiotics and told that they understand how scary it can be being a first time parent and seeing them sick for the first time!!! This was not that, finally after being waved off for the 3rd time on Monday I took my child to Over the Rainbow Pediatric Urgent Care where they immediately asked why she hadn't been tested for the flu or rsv especially with her symptoms!!! Turns out she was positive for influenza A!!!!! The providers here only care about seeing as many patients as possible to make more money!!! Absolutely no concern for your children or hearing you out, your children deserve so much better please look elsewhere if you want your children to be truly cared for and looked after!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I brought my girlfriend to this health office, as Directed by the discharge papers received from the ER. My girlfriend has a compression fracture in her Third Lumbar Vertebra, which is a painful and dangerous injury, should it be further damaged. The ER simply told us she should be taking Tylenol and were unable to prescribe us anything else for the pain she's bearing. Since the Tylenol was not making much change for her, we got this appointment and were excited to have some sort of solution for the situation. We get there for our appointment and the front staff aren't very polite with us and seem irritated by everyone there. I do not remember the nurses name, but she was very nice and did great. after she brought us to the room, we waited thirty minutes for Dr. Tiesch who did not introduce herself upon entering, which would have been fine, had she been any help. After she entered the room, she asked what was going on and my girlfriend and I explained the situation. She seemed to somehow immediately assume we were there as a joke because my girlfriend is 18. She responded to our explanation by saying "First of all, you need to be more like your boyfriend and know your own medical history and injuries." Then she says something like "Neither of you should be here, you are an adult and need an adult doctor, and you should know this." I told her we were directed here by the discharge papers and she said she understands but we shouldn't be there. She then told us she would refer us to a spinal surgeon, which I told her the ER said she(my girlfriend) wouldn't need surgery and the Doctor snapped back at me that the Spinal surgeon will be the one to decide that and they are the spinal expert. She then told paizley she shouldn't be active or doing any work until we saw the next doctor, yet didn't offer a doctors note. Then, as she rushed us out she reminded us that "Neither of you should be here."Firstly, I'd like to give Dr. Tiesch the benefit of the doubt and say she may be fine at her job with children, but I have never been treated so disrespectfully by anyone, let alone someone I have come to help for. Literally every fast food worker I've interacted with has been more professional towards me than she. Secondly I understand we were 18 and Legally adults but there is no rule that says we couldn't be there, and the only reason we were there was because that location was on the discharge papers. Thirdly I understand there may be an actual reason she couldn't help us but she did not tell us a single reason. Lastly, I'd like to acknowledge the fact that this interaction was no longer than 45 seconds after we waited for 45 minutes, and there was not one moment she seemed at all concerned about my girlfriends injury. I hope you all find someway to communicate with your patients that you will not serve them before you charge them and make them wait almost an hour.

We just moved to the area and needed to establish care for our (now) 4 month old. I originally made an appointment with Dr. Goebel based on recommendation and waited over a month for an availability. The day before our appointment we got a call on a Sunday that they had to cancel our appointment because the doctor had a family emergency which is of course understandable but disappointing because we waited so long and our baby was already overdue for vaccines. I call the next morning though and get rescheduled for the next day with a different doctor because I didn't want to delay his vaccines any longer. We arrive on time and fill out the paperwork and end up waiting over an hour to see the doctor for quite literally about two minutes. She didn't even introduce herself and was just gone after a couple questions and briefly checking him. Even with the incredibly long wait time my biggest issue was with the way the vaccines were given. The nurse who also did not introduce himself gave all the vaccines without applying pressure immediately after each one and so my baby BLED OUT all over his onsie from both legs and the nurse didn't even have bandaids or cotton balls ready. As my baby is bleeding all over his clothes the nurse steps aside to go get the bandaids and cotton balls. I've never seen anybody give injections without immediately applying pressure. After this experience we will not be returning. We knew the reviews were bad but we were desperate.

We've seen A LOT of doctors with our son with Down Syndrome and complex medical issues but I have to say that Dr.Misch had the worst bedside manner of them all. For someone who prides himself publicly for working with children with Down Syndrome at the first visit ever meeting him he did not acknowledge our child when he walked into the room, was rushed, crass, and was extremely rude and encouraged a harsh way of constraining our son to my husband for his exam. He spoke about our son as if our son WAS Down syndrome and spoke down to us as if we were uneducated about our son. He used the words 'Downs Child' as if it's his identity and wasn't willing to listen to our concerns. If you have a child with a disability I do NOT recommend this doctor. After waiting an hour past our appointment time we were less than pleased with the quality of care given. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time with a doctor who doesn't value the patient and only sees them as a number. If you want an example for how messed up the medical system is in our country - Dr.Misch is it.

Month later I received a bill from them where they charge me $209 for visit & additional stuff like brief emotional, administer immunization & etc in total of $251.
Billing department was very rude.

Not only that but my daughter came back with alot of issues in her bloodwork and I've yet to get a call back from a nurse or staff about the test.
During my kids last check up I also needed a referral for my son which I never got the entirety of the year.
I'd hate to schedule elsewhere because their doctor is great but the service here is lacking. And both of their referrals are time sensitive. It's just sad that this tends to be the norm nowadays.

I have been here twice now, and each time I have had to wait 1.5hrs past our appointment time to be seen. Also, this office is disgusting - multiple of the nurses and front desk receptionist had terrible coughs (is the expectation that they come to work sick?) . Nothing is clean, the rooms are dirty, there aren’t sinks in the room for the doctors and nurses to wash their hands. And they do a terrible job at managing the “sick” vs “well” sides. I believe that I am sick because of our first doctors appointment at this facility, and my daughter is NICU baby only 12 days old. Not really great to have a new born NICU baby in a dirty office, for a hour and a half, mixed in with sick kids (when RSV is at an all time high).

I am finding a new pediatrician as soon as possible. I will say Dr. Mo and Dr. Winkler are great, and this is nothing against them. It’s unfortunate that the manager of this facility puts their doctors in this situation. Vegas might have a fewer less sick kids if healthy kids weren’t getting sick by going to their checkups, and you probably wouldn’t have 3 doctors who called out sick this week if your office was up kept and managed properly. Food for thought.

I have left messages on the referral line numerous times and never get a phone call back, I've even talked to one of the office managers and she tells me that the referral has been submitted to the podiatrist and when i call the podiatrist's office they don't have anything on file. This has happened 3 or 4 times and i keep going back to St. Rose Pediatrics and i can get anyone to call me help me. At this point I am very frustrated and i will no longer return to them. This is delaying care for my daughter. Interesting how i guess they don't care about their patients and their care.

Absolutely the worst. The doctors are nice but you have to call several days in a row to get anyone to return your phone calls. They overbook and the office staff is just as frustrated as everyone in the waiting room.

Though their automated message states theu are welcoming new patients and will see patients by appointment only, they clearly are overwhelmed. Making an appointment is next to impossible unless it's months out then when you finally get an appointment expect to wait at least 45min past your appointment time. In addition you may want to add at least 1-2 weeks worth of calling to have the medication order actually sent to the pharmacy before physically having to go back and request they send them in person.

It's become absolutely ridiculous at this location.

I took my child to have a general check and request an allergy examination due to him being allergic to different kinds of food.
They were supposed to call me and schedule an appointment… and NOTHING!
I waited a week and called, very nice lady over the phone explained to me that she saw the referral and that they would call me in the next few days.
I waited a few days and nothing… I called back and no response- (left a message) no calls back-
Waited over a week or so (I thought to myself because of covid things may be slower etc) and nothing…. It’s been over a month! I called back today, left another message.

I end up making an appointment elsewhere today! I will have to pay another copay…
Unfortunately no one can return my time wasted and my sons allergy exposure Because of lack of care in this place!!!
Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Lim is terrible. I made an appointment for my 22 month old who was sick a day prior to my appointment. I woke up the next morning to my 4 month old being sick as well. I brought both to the appointment with me and waited an hour to be seen ( which I get the office is busy during the flu season ). After an hour waiting, he came to see my 22 month old for under 3 minutes, felt very rushed and agitated. He went to check my 22 month olds ears and my son wasn't cooperating so well since we had been sitting in the waiting room still for an hour so he was kicking crying. Dr. Lim had the audacity to say whoa your kid cant be kicking me like that and then stopped trying to check his ears which at that point I had him calm. When it came time for me to ask to have my other son checked, he said he wouldn't see him until we made an appointment for him too ( which I notified the nurses and FD staff about ) prior. Overall, his attitude is terrible and he probably shouldn't work in a pediatric office. I hate to leave a 1 star for this office as we love Hodapp and another female Pediatrician whom I forget her name. I felt compelled to leave a review about my interaction with Dr. Lim. We will be switching pediatricians due to his poor attitude.

We have been going to St. Rose for a year now. So I thought it would be a good time to leave a review. All I can say is we love it, Dr. teisch is our provider and she has been nothing but amazing. The only downfall is getting on the phone with someone. But that tends to be normal anywhere in the area. They are always so understanding and have never had an issue with them.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE this place is a scam. Made an appointment for ear exam and my daughter left with shots instead. They didn't ask the parents permission and just did it anyway. They will charge your insurance for anything they can without telling you just to make money. Beware beware beware

So done with this place. So tired of 'introducing' myself to doctors that should have known me for years and years. My oldest is 16 and youngest 3. Doctors here don't know me from Adam. I'd consider taking a family pet here but only if I didn't like it very much.

The care we got here is sufficient but does not go beyond that. My child is 2 months old and we've been to this clinic about 5 times now. Three things I'm not happy about; long wait times (every appt), doctor always seems rushed and doesn't stop to ask me if I have any questions or concerns (he just goes through his little speel of highlights that he thinks parents need to know at said time) and finally the lady at the checkout appointment desk is rude and frankly not a good appointment setter. If you want to feel heard and cared for I do not recommend this place.

I LOVE dr Heath Hodapp and Ashley Mo, but this office staff is incompetent. Billing errors, miscommunications between staff, and little concern for their patients’ families and situations.

After 7 days at home taking care of a 13 month old freshly discharged from being admitted at a hospital, I was told by hospital staff my pediatrician could sign fmla paperwork so I wouldn’t lose my job. I was told by the doctors , by office staff, and even the person who took my $40 for them to fill out my 2-page fmla paperwork , that they could do this paperwork for me so I could stay home and care for my daughter. I was told 2-3 days and they’d give me a call. I waited and didn’t hear so I called and was told it would be 7-10 days!

I needed that paper ASAP, and the office staff wasn’t going to be able to speed up the process until I escalated it to an office manager and talked about how my job was on the line. I got a call back less than an hour later how they wouldn’t be able to fill out the paperwork and “they’re sorry :(“ that I was misinformed. At least the office manager apologized. Would’ve liked to hear that from everyone else in the office , or the 5 or 6 other employees that told me they’d take care of the papers.

If you want a great pediatrician, the office staff make all the difference. As much as I loved the doctors here that took care of my baby from when she was born, the negligence of this office staff was too much. I’ll be going to a different office now.

We have visited St Rose Pediatrics 3 times in the last month. On average the waiting period has been a minimum of 40 minutes. Today my appointment was for 4pm we only got to see the Dr at 5:10pm. I find it very frustrating and almost disrespectful that Doctors find it ok to keep their patients waiting over an hour to see them. Just not good enough!

I was going here for my daughters first 2 months of care, I moved out of state and as soon as a pediatrician saw her here, they were completely shocked to see that they had given my daughter the vaccines for a 6 month old, and 1 year old, at only 2 months old. I was completely in awe at the stupidity and lack of organization there is here. as a parent, this infuriates me so much, do NOT take your children here, they could care less for their health. I am completely appalled.

Don’t come here! I had my second baby scheduled for a circumcision and it was the most traumatizing thing i have experienced. With my first boy it was nothing like this there was a nurse and someone helping the doctor at all times and he didn’t even cry!! With my second one it was terrible dr hodapp was by himself and just went for it Without any nurse was so rough and I’ve never seen so much blood in my life. After the healing process was done we can clearly see that he botched it completely now I’m taking my baby to go see a specialist to fix it. I’m so upset!!!! Do not come Here or see him.

The only reason we go to st. Rose Pediatrics is that we love our son's doctors. Dr. Goeble and Dr. Hyun are fantastic. We also really liked Dr. Boneh et Dr. Arias, however the front desk is terrible 10 minutes on the line to make an appointment today. The nurses line terrible too. They didn't call us back after 24 hrs. I understand they're overwhelmed with lots of patients being sick at the same time, but if they have too many patients are unable to attend to them it's terrible.

Dr. Reddy is the ONLY reason we go to this office. She is so amazing and has been my sons pediatrician since he was born. Everyone else in the office is extremely rude. Especially the chick that you make appointments with at the end. She should not be working in a kids environment.

I've never met a doctor that I love more than Dr. Hodapp with St. Rose Pediatrics. He is caring and keeps everything light and happy all the time. He's the first person to tell me my son was perfect and he'd be fine and he's the first doctor I've ever loved. Dr. Hodapp is the most non judgmental doctor I've ever met and is always happy. He's also VeRY knowledgeable but not in a I know better than you sort of way. Idk he's just been the best. He did my sons circumcision and there were absolutely no problems. I watched him do the circumcision and couldn't have asked for better he kept it light and funny the whole time and made jokes to keep me from freaking out. My son healed in a week! He's the type of doctor you just feel an immediate friendship and calmness around. Like this guy is going to take care of my baby and I know it.

Son broke his leg.called to get him a referral to a specialist. Had x-rays and ER paperwork. St Rose office help wouldn't help expedite the issue. And had no sympathy or concern. Their motto of kids first is a lie. They only care about the money. After this last and final problem is taken care of will look at new doctor for my children.

When my daughter first was born this was the pediatric office I took her to for the first year and half of her life. I ended up having to leave this facilydue to a change in our insurance. Well even now that we have come back a year later, they are horrible with there appointment times. Our appointment was at 10. We didn’t get called back until 10:30. Did the weight, height and etc. than sat in the room for another 20mins. They need to spread out the appointment times and not schedule so many people for the same time. The staff for the most part are friendly and welcoming but some act like they hate their job here. I 💙 doctor teddy and that’s been my daughter doctor since we started her. Glad to see she is still here.

Overall a great place but making or getting an immediate appointment is almost a pain. And the wait upon arrival needs to be improved

I love the doctors, nurses and same day appointments are the best. I do know children need a little more care when it comes to doctor visits, I don’t mind if there is a wait. The doctors are very Detailed and if you choose not to vaccinate your child that’s your own decision they recommend it not force it on you.
This is a Great pediatric office..

I’ve been coming here since my first child was a newborn. I didn’t hesitate to bring my second here after she was born. There are some really nice doctors here. I’ve never had a problem getting a same day appointment. It never takes more than an hour by the time we get out of here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Dr. Misch was completely unacceptable and rude. It’s bad enough that he wouldn’t let me talk, and when I asked if I could speak he kept talking over me. It was because of a policy he says he has for their office regarding a vaccine refusal form, but when I asked for said policy, he got rude and couldn’t actually give me any info. Surprise, there is no such policy (which is why he couldn’t actually provide me with it) and realize now he was discriminating. When I asked for his information and that of the nurse I had dealt with, he stormed out of the room and yelled “I don’t need to tell you anything or my employees” and forced his nurse to not give me her name (I got their names anyways thanks to name tags). He then basically, what felt like, chased me out of the office. I am reporting them to the state medical board and insurance, but for those reading this and wondering if you should go, DONT!

Doctor is acceptable. Wait times are incredibly long. Front office is a nightmare to deal with. I've called over a dozen times to rectify a billing issue with them. They submitted insurance claim wrong and refuse to correct their mistake. Billing department is argumentative and condescending.

Avoid this place.

Dr. Goebel is a pusher, and by that I mean she will give your infant a battery of adult dose vaccines. Just ask her about her own children. Make up your own mind after that. Vaccines are a touchy subject these days, and I guarentee as caring as she may seem, she overdosed our child with vaccines. When she was not available her teenage help was, which I undoubtedly know that they did more damage than good. They were lazy, confused and were just walking zombies. Dr. Goebel hurt the only human being I loved more than anyone in the world. Dr. Goebel please retire. A baby does not need your sick propaganda healthcare help. If you are going to give an infant a vaccine, give them the proper dose. I lost my son at 4 months old due to Dr. Goebel's love for the CDC, and her pockets run full. You have to live with it Dr Goebel, I dont. There's a special place for you, and maybe show up to work on time when you're supposed to be there.

The doctors here are decent. But just like everyone else has said, the wait times at this place are unbelievable. My appointment was at 11 am and it's now 11:50 and the doctor is no where to be found. It's like they schedule 50 appointments per hour. Ridiculous.
