Update: Response to OWNER - Because I came in hurting and needing adjustment right away was turned away said if come back tomorrow, I couldn't. So why didn't they lock the door if they're not accepting anymore customers?

I come by after really hurting to needing desperate adjustment from playing sports and was turned away 15 min early before closing stating there is ONE doctor there and he has 6 people to adjust so I asked the person at the front desk if could call another Joint on Grn Valley and he did stated no one answered. I went to Grn Valley, Joint Chiropractor and noticed Dr Jackson and another staff standing there not working as I showed up 3 min before closing and said they couldn't take me due to they're closing and said I've been away for a year have to fill out paperwork, etc. I would think if they're doing business to customer, we're #1, not #2, that they're closing for the day is #1. If someone was suffering from back injury they turned me away even as a military veteran! What kind of people do we have here who can't be compassionate even made it on time before closing to turn people away like this?

I’ve been going to Joint Chiropractic on Sunset for about three years. Before that, I went to a traditional chiropractic office and decided to give it a try.

At the time, I had severe SI joint pain. I couldn’t touch my toes without pain.

Regular adjustments reduced the pain and improved my mobility. The chiropractors listen and address concerns. I’ve always felt listened to and never felt rushed. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, even when they’re busy.

If you’re looking for a traditional chiropractic office with a lot of extra therapies (electrical stimulation, heat, ultrasound, etc.), this may not be the right fit. The focus is on adjustments, which helps keep costs down.

After three years, I recommend this location to anyone looking for quality adjustments at a reasonable price.
