My son fell of his bike and injured his lip and gums. I was worried that he might have damaged his tooth. I called the next morning as a new patient and they were able to see us that morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The clinic was clean and child friendly. Dr. Ray and team are great. Very clean and professional office. We first came here about a year ago when my son had an accident and had knocked a tooth back and it was already almost 5PM of a Friday. They were open and willing to see him and gave us reassurance that everything will be OK. As a mom with my own dental trauma from a young child, I wanted to make sure that my daughter didn’t have the same experience. I looked around and stumbled upon Dr. Raymond at Kid’s Dental Office of Henderson. I was nervous at first, but I put my brave face on. He was great! My girl was so calm and trusting because of the environment and how she was treated. My kiddos Love this place!! I have a little one who will not let anyone else work on her teeth. We have tried other offices for convenience to be closer to home but she doesn’t seem to feel as comfortable and will not allow another to work on her. So we make the 30 minute drive and trust me it’s worth it! The team here is absolutely amazing! Dr. Tucker and his team are so kind and patient with my kids and explain everything to both of them and make them feel at home. Words cannot properly express my gratitude towards Dr. Tuckers and the whole team that took care of my toddlers tooth ache. As an adult I dread the dentist and didn't want my daughter to feel the same. But we waited and she was in terrible pain by the time we took her in. The adult dentist couldn't do it and we said we'd drive anywhere that could see her next day. This place was an hour away but I brought her in the next day. Dr. Tucker, Haley and the whole team took care of that cavity. That was two years ago and I have brought my children back consistently despite the drive because of the amazing care Dr. Tucker takes with each of his patients. We had a great experience yesterday. Rory promptly greeted us professionally and supported us immediately upon arrival. I did not have to ask many questions because he was informative and prepared us for the next steps in our appointment.

Alejandra was sweet and patient with my daughter, my child is young, nervous, and this was her first appointment. Alejandra was gentle and kind. She reassured daughter every step of the way and eased a lot of anxiety.

Doctor Ray was incredible. We've decided to continue to see Dr.Ray for several reasons. The first thing I look for when I observe medical professionals (Doctors) is How they treat their staff. He was respectful and kind to both members of his team and spoke politely to them. This was the first green flag. The next was how he spoke to me as the parent, he was informative and polite and did not treat me bad or judge me because I brought my child in with cavities. He was not imposing or made my daughter feel scared during her visit, he was gentle and talked her through the entire experience. He also talked me through it. I've booked my two older children for their visits. I hope to see this business prosper.

First of all, every 👏 single 👏 person 👏 I interacted with were 10/10 humans for putting up with me and my difficult to work with schedule.
From Brandi 💅 on the phone. Helping me get in and seen as fast as possible (which was no easy feat considering my scheduling issues.)
Kassandra 🤩 who was so sweet and patient with my daughter, literally treating her like she would want someone treating her family ❤️.
Dr. Ju Ju 🤓 was looking at my daughter's ex Rays the second they sat her down and started taking them. Confirming information with me and my daughter on what he was seeing. His clear communication not only with me, but with my daughter was so thorough and easy to understand. He made her feel safe and made sure she was comfortable you can tell he genuinely enjoys kids. Most of my dental interactions are a whirl wind of rushing around and not feeling very informed so all of the above was such a nice change.
My daughter had been having neck pain for awhile and we couldn't figure out what was causing it 😭. So after a full round of antibiotics from the pediatrician didn't work I decided it might be a cavity even though she hadn't been complaining of her teeth hurting.
I'm so so glad I did this because she had two teeth that were so bad and had broken in the back they needed to be pulled. Dr. Ju Ju and Kassandra made absolutely sure she felt no pain. There was no discomfort through the procedure and she woke up the next day not in pain for the first time in weeks.
So, to the entire team there thank you so much for having the compassion you work with towards your patients and I will be 💯 referring to you as well as bringing the rest of my kids.

I’m sooo grateful to the Kids’ Dental Office of Henderson for providing the best possible experience for my child. We moved to this side of town about a year ago and hadn’t yet found a new dentist. I discovered their office through some Google searches and saw they used the same MyChart as my primary care provider’s office. They weren’t too far away from our new house (right next to the new Starbucks!) and I was able to get an appointment right away and after school. Upon entering, the receptionist was already so friendly and jovial. My two boys were entertained by the toys and coloring pages in the lobby and it wasn’t so crowded that we felt uncomfortable as some waiting rooms can be. My 5-year-old was even called back early since we arrived a little before our appointment time in case we had to fill out extra paperwork. Immediately the tech who took his X-rays was so patient and kind, even when he got a little nervous and squirmy. The hygienist asked if his doctors had mentioned anything we should look out for and I shared that he was autistic and so could often have sensory sensitives. Both the hygienist and the dentist (Dr. Ju Lee) took their time asking about what types of things made him uncomfortable and what types of things helped. They said if the cleaning got to be too much they would stop. At no point were they ever impatient, rushed, annoyed, or even flustered by my 5-year-old’s delaying of the process or my 3-year-old’s interjections (at one point he asked to wear the special sunglasses his brother was wearing and the hygienist let him try on a pair too!). I loved how Dr. Ju Lee incorporated my 5-year-old’s love of numbers into the exam. He was also a big fan of “Mr. Thirsty,” the tool that sucked out the weird tastes he didn’t like. At the beginning of the experience he couldn’t wait to be done, but by the end he was smiling and asking questions and so pleased. The staff encouraged me to bring him back often, even when it wasn’t exam time, just to get comfortable with the place. Which is honestly great advice whether a child is neurodivergent or neurotypical. I left feeling cared for and feeling like they truly understand children. My 3-year-old’s appointment is coming up next and I can’t wait to go back. Does anyone ever say that about the dentist?? But it’s true. I can’t wait to go back to this dentist. Thank you all.

Dr Tucker did an amazing job with my 3 year old. She needed 4 front cavities filled. He was able to squeeze us in with a bit of waiting, which the office warned me in advance. Her teeth look absolutely amazing (it's the 4 front ones). The dental assistant even specifically found Frozen so she could watch it while getting the cavities filled. No upcharging either (and I have 2 dental insurances so that's always a worry for me). Just fillings done - no caps or anything fancy. Whole cost for exam + all 4 fillings was $95!! Another office quoted us for the same teeth around $350 after insurance. Will be bringing all my kids back for their biannual exam
