I would like to say I have had the pleasure of being a patient here, but that has changed due to the unprofessional attitude of one of the employees here. I was going to be a new patient and called to reschedule twice due to family emergencies, not that the office or anyone else needs to know the reason behind not being able to make my appointment. Call this morning to reschedule because I will be leaving out of town today (due to my grandmother having a stroke and I am going out of state to visit her). Representative one the phone (I would say lady on the phone, but a lady shouldn't behave that way) scolded me for not calling 2-3 days in advance and saying I have rescheduled already. Sorry I will plan family emergencies better next time? I stated that I was never told of that rule and apologized, let her know she could cancel it if rescheduling was not an option. To which she just hangs up the phone. Did not get to ask how would I go about requesting a "new" appointment or any other questions if I had any. I will now be looking for another dental office for myself and my family now since we are new to Vegas.

Best Dental Experience I’ve Ever Had! Dr. Phan and his caring staff always goes above and beyond, even helping to make sure I get can get my procedure done before going on vacation. He is honest, clear and transparent about cost. I highly recommend Dr. Phan and his team. They’re professional, friendly, and clearly care about their patients. I generally have not had the best of luck with dental providers. My friend referred me to Dr. Phan, and I have not been disappointed! He is an exceptional dentist with a polite, professional staff and a state-of-the-art facility. He even takes the time to communicate with you after your visit. I highly recommend him for your next dental visit!

My husband finished the implant part with Dr. Allen Huang and went to Dr. Phan Nguyen for the denture part. During six months time, Dr. Phan has been experienced, very careful, patient and successfully completed the processes. My husband feel very comfortable and freely with his “New Teeth”. Dr. Phan, thank you very much!

Dr Pham is fantastic! His staff is super professional and friendly. Dr Pham gave me his personal cell phone number if I needed anything, what doctor does that? After having a procedure done he sent me a text message to check in, again what doctor does that?? He work was quick, efficient, and cost savvy. He was honest about what I needed and what I could wait on because of $$. I will recommend him to everyone!

Only have good things to say, open on Saturdays, great customer service. I moved away and can no longer be there but Dr. Phan was definitely my best dentist in Vegas. Highly recommended.

beware! do not go to this dentist!! dr phan is a crook! he has destroyed my teeth for no reason! he would say you have a cavity or a root canal and needs repair when you really don't need it. the last time I visited I didnt believe what he advised about my teeth so I decided to get a second opinion from a another dentist and the said I didnt need anything and i didt even have a cavity!!!! i would give a 0 star!!! he needs to be reported!!!

It's a Saturday. There are no other dentist offices open except town and country. Unfortunatly, I am in dire need of a dentist and they wouldn't squeeze me in. They said you need an appointment and not another word. What comes around goes around and your establishment is a disgrace! I am in obvious excruciating pain, completely disoriented and all the front desk could say is need appointment and nothing else. Crickets. Pathetic.
