Dr. Asimenios is truly a blessing. So knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She listens and never rushes. She is so kind. Dr. Asimenios is the best. I am so grateful to have such a caring doctor. The office staff on Durango Dr. is efficient and pleasant! Everyone I have interfaced with so far from nurses to front desk are helpful and professional, especially Gloria. Wait times are probably comparable to most other offices, but I have never waited longer than 30 minutes or so.

Don't let Dr Asimanious fool you like she did me. I Trusted her from day 1, She was always so compassionate to me, like family. Comes from the same heritage culture as my Mom. Hugged me and kissed me on every visit. All of a sudden just like a split personality, two faced. She dropped me like a fly, and refuses to see me anymore, in the middle of my sickness, I'm almost 70 years old, and she had her manager call me, to let me know that Dr Asimanious dropped you, because of my attitude, and false accusations of her. (Totally False) Fabricated statement. Dr Asaminious Hates E=visits, sometimes will not even respond and will send you harsh messages back.We are Entitled for those E visits, and should be responded to them respectfully. Totally the opposite when she sees you in person, As I said two faced, cannot trust her. We are entitled to our e visits, and I never ever said a bad word about her., and that's her job to respond respectfully, and not with an attitude, that she displays, at her responses. So why is she kissing me,, at every visit, and then stabs me, suddenly, like a big shock wave. Very Rude, and very unprofessional to treat me like that, or hope your not next. Yes Dr A, has gone through a lot of her own medical espisodes in the past year, and I would always ask her are you ok? but she should not take it out on anybody, and keep her personal problems, to herself, and be honest, and what she did to me, and drop me is totally out of context, and She has no business being a Doctor, to do that to me, or anyonone in this world. On top of that her Manager Vivian vouches for her, that Dr A has high ratings from her patients.But doesn't want to hear my side of the story. Oh really, and then her manager discriminates at me, by her verbal statment on the phone, that I'm just a Minority versus her patients. That's horrible, and will not be tolerated. A Manager should alweys here both sides to a story, not just a one way decision, and get the facts down correctly, before dropping me, and making it look, that I',m the culprit,. When her own Sweet highly rated Doctor, is out of line, and should be Terminated, or reprimanded. This is the most bizzare experience I have ever experienced in my life, for absolutely, of no wrong doing of my part. I just don't understand what her problem is?. Something is Wrong, and she needs to be Evaluated>? Dr A is hiding something from me, and the truth will arise very soon. I will not let her or any doctor in the world to treat me unfairly, and discharge me unfairly. I will get to the bottom of this very soon. Please be carefull out there.

Dr. Asimenios is such a caring doctor! She takes care of my mom B. White and she's 86 so she needs a patient doctor. She NEVER RUSHES she asks questions and she listens carefully so all of that equals excellent care. My mom loves and trust her.

Dr. Valeria Asimenios and the office Manager, Vivian Stoll-Rastovac, failed and refused to properly follow up on ordered blood testing. They both ended all communication with me, and once it had been determined by Southwest Medical's Patient Experience/Complaint Department that the ordered blood testing had not been performed due to technical issues with their computer system, these two women still offered no assistance to me in getting these blood tests performed. My initial conversation with Vivian Stoll-Rastovac ended with her hanging up on me, and my repeated requests to Dr. Valeria Asimenios through Evisits to call me have been ignored. During my initial converstaion with Vivian Stoll-Rastovac, she refused to inquire of Quest as to the reason the ordered blood tests had not been performed. She stated "I don't work for Quest. You'll have to call them yourself." Quest's office is in the same building, only a few feet from the patient check in for Southwest Medical patients. She refused to walk over a few feet and find out additional information for me. She stated that she had already gone out of her way to find out that the tests had not been performed. Dr. Valeria Asimenios stated in one of my Evisits that she had "limited amount of time to go back and forth with me on this and would not continue the conversation." I never heard from her again. These two women were negligent with my care, so I reported them both verbally and in writing to Southwest Medical's Patient Experience/Complaint Department and to Dr. Robert McBeath, the President of OptumCare Nevada and CEO of Southwest Medical Associates. The behavior of these two women and the dismissive manner in the way they treated me is unacceptable. To my knowledge neither woman has been disciplined by Southwest Medical, and they are both still employed there. It turns out that Valeria Asimenios was involved in a malpractice lawsuit in the early 2000s when she was practicing medicine in New York. The case is Kaufmann vs Fulop, and it's a public record. If interested, read the case online and then decide for yourself if Valeria Asimenios is a doctor that you want providing your medical care to you.

Absolutely the best Doctor in Las Vegas. My wife and I have her as our PCP for years. She takes the time to listen to your issues and tries to find remedies to what ails, not just pills to mask the symptoms. It's rare to find a healthcare provider who genuinely cares for her patients. We are so glad to have found her and could not recommend enough.

Sorry that happened to you mk11356, . I too was upset that she had canceled some appointments. Truth of the matter be told is when she came back I realized that she had a terminal illness that she was battling at that moment and for the whole year. As far as a doctor she has been the one who has diagnosed, treated me, and led to a far better condition in life for myself and for my family. She is so kind and compassionate, even through adversity, that it has been a pleasure to know her. It feels like she is related to me or something because of the deep concern that she has for me every single visit I have.

I'm 42 years old. Dr Valeria P. Asimenios is the second BEST Doctor, I met in my life. I can't imagine to have a different Doctor. She isn't just knowledgeable dry book, Dr Valeria is compassionate human being . I was waiting a year for her to accepting new patients. My husband, who is the last person who will go to the Dr. loves her too. We are so blessed to have her here <3 Thank You Dr. Asimenios. I will sincerely repeat after one of her patient.... "I had to think about writing this because it may lead to her getting MORE patients, and thereby making it harder to see her...but she deserves her success. " <3
