The doctors and staff at this Valor Direct Primary Care were phenomenal. They are attentive, kind and took the time to address and explain all questions I had. Extremely clean office and always felt welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs care. My health improved a lot with some very practical care and advice they provided.

It is always a 10/10 experience whenever I need to see the team over at Valor.

Ben, the PA, answers all my questions, is thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen instead of making me feel rushed.

This practice definitely puts the patient first and is incredibly affordable for the level of care you get especially when compared with traditional primary care. Being able to access Ben whenever I need to, make quick appointments, ask questions when needed and receive personalized care has been a game changer for my health.

Absolutely Amazing! Such a different experience than a regular doctor's office. They take the time to really listen to you and figure out the best things to help you become healthier and live your best life. No waiting 4 months for an appointment which is a blessing when you aren’t feeling well. Hands down better than an urgent care! When you walk in to their office you are greeted with friendly smiles and a caring attitude from everyone. Even the doctors say hello which is so unusual in a standard office. There is no sitting in the waiting room for an hour waiting for your name to be called. The level of care is far superior to almost anything I’ve ever experienced and I am so happy I’ve entrusted them with my health care. I highly recommend getting a monthly membership here (super affordable) and start getting the medical care you deserve. You will not regret it!!!

Today was my first appointment with this practice and I could not be more satisfied. Dr. Heerema did an EKG, body composition analysis, went over my bloodwork in detail, other tests, and went over my medical history at length. I have a couple chronic illnesses and Dr. Heerema had great ideas for monitoring disease activity over the long term to be proactive and preventative without over-treating. He and his team are empathetic and evaluated me as an individual instead of a number. I could not believe that patients are given the doctor's cell phone number. He and his team spent two hours with me. All of this was included in the monthly fee of around $125. You won't get better care or attention than this anywhere. I highly recommend this clinic!

I can’t think of a better way to show my appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Ben McGarvey and his practice, than sharing my experience with others in the hopes that they will discover and utilize Valor Direct Primary Care for their healthcare needs. Ben and his team have changed the way I feel about going to the doctor. The environment in the office could not have been more comfortable and hassle free. I really enjoy his honest, caring and overall approach. I am relieved to be a patient of Ben’s. Gone are the days of long waiting room visits, rushed interactions and hard to get appointments. I am so happy that I found Valor Primary Care in Skye Canyon! I was very overdue for a primary care visit - even though I had insurance, I'd been relying on telehealth and urgent care since COVID, and it was time to prioritize my health. I did a simple search for primary care doctors near Skye Canyon and found Valor Primary Care. The doctors are incredibly approachable and friendly, and I was able to schedule a one-hour initial consultation to see if their primary care model would work for me.

After meeting the doctors and learning about their personalized, attentive approach to each person's medical journey, I decided to sign up. I'm also trying their weight loss program and am currently two weeks in. One of the great benefits is that once you sign up, they cover a comprehensive blood work panel. They spent about an hour and a half with me going over all my results thoughtfully and carefully.

I wish I would have found them sooner because I finally feel like I'm taking real steps to become a healthier person!

I was in Boston and the day I was going to return home I had severe earache and sinus pressure. I called the office and left a message since I was on eastern time. Five minutes after the office opened, PA MacGarvey returned my call, directed me with steps in order to relieve the pressure and earaches for my flight home. The following day I went to the office just as a secondary precaution. All this attention from a Primary Care team that TRULY CARES. I’m blessed to have been introduced to the Valor team.
