The office is very clean, even the light fixtures, but I made a candid observation, the office's A/C vent needs attending to. It is filthy. Other than that my experience was great for my first visit

I’ve been here one time. Had to call because not all scripts were actually sent for both my daughter & I. One of the ex for hyperydrosis didn’t work for me at all & was giving significant side effects. I was told to stop but not given another option. Was told nothing else would work on me except an electrophoresis machine that’s pretty expensive & not covered at all by my insurance. I literally had to ask for a referral to a different dermatologist to get an alternate treatment. Then a Botox was approved for my underarms a month ago. I’ve been calling ever since to get scheduled & get in. I’ve left several messages with people who answer & swear the office manager or the doctor is gonna call me back & then they don’t. This place might look nice but they don’t care about you at all. They love you when you’re right in front of them giving them stuff to charge you for but their follow up is non existent. Save your time & find a provider who cares about her patients. Sarah Reber is who we see here & although she’s nice in your face I’m starting to think that was all fake. Literally can’t get ahold of this office to save your life. Sarah nor her office manager will call you back & then are offended when you ask for a referral somewhere else.

This visit was my first visit to Vivida Dermatology of Henderson. My first interaction was with Stephanie--very pleasant. Answered all my pertinent questions regarding onboarding and patient information.
Next was Sara--cheerful, funny, great sense if humor and very easy to converse with.
Lastly was Steve. A physicians Assistant. Also very approachable; a great listener and extremely informative! If you are looking for a Dermatology group, be sure to give them a call ASAP!!

Super disappointed, when booking my appointment for a simple skin tag removal I asked how much it would be they said they didn’t know. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time I was taken back to the room, they explained the cost I said I wouldn’t be able to do that today, the women still brought in the doctor, she came in the room looked at my skin tag and left, not even 60 seconds in the room just to make me have to pay the $75 dollar co-pay instead of letting me leave. I see established customers have great experiences but new customers beware.

Judging by the dermatologist I've seen there and the support staff, Vivida provides the absolute highest standard of courtesy and care. This goes for the examination, biopsy and surgeries, all the way through. Getting an appointment is almost impossible, with no one calling back and then finding that appointments you booked on the website were canceled without notice or explanation when you show up. They will honor appointments made face to face, and if you can get in it's worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Reba Suri.

A few weeks ago, I came in with concerns about severe skin sensitivity and what I believed was a chemical burn from witch hazel. I specifically told Dr. Suri that my skin had been unusually reactive and that I was worried about further irritation. She stated she “couldn’t see anything” and prescribed acne medications instead, focusing on minor breakouts while dismissing my concerns about active irritation.

Within two days of starting the medication, I developed bleach-like light patches surrounded by dark brown edges in the exact areas where the medication was applied. I immediately contacted the office. The nurse instructed me to send photos and schedule a follow-up.

At my follow-up appointment, I felt completely dismissed. Dr. Suri entered the room appearing annoyed that I had returned. She stated, “I don’t know what you want me to do,” and told me I “always come back too soon.” She handed me a mirror and asked me to point out the burns because she “couldn’t see them.” Her assistant acknowledged seeing the areas of concern. Instead of addressing the reaction thoughtfully, she said my face was inflamed and “probably rosacea,” without explanation. When I asked what we should do next, she responded, “I guess I can prescribe another medication.”

I shared that my father recently passed away and that I had been his caregiver for three years. I explained the intense stress and grief I’ve been under and asked whether that could be contributing to my skin’s sensitivity. That context was brushed aside. The appointment felt rushed and emotionally dismissive.

As a patient, especially someone already dealing with medical trauma and grief, I expected empathy, thoroughness, and clinical curiosity — not irritation and minimization. I still have bleach like spots all over my face - almost TWO MONTHS later. She made things 10x worse, and now I have to seek out another doctor to fix my hyperpigmentation. I don’t know why it is so hard to find good medical care in NV.

Dr. Fife performed Mohs surgery today. After the lab confirmed they had removed the cancerous cells, Dr. Fife and PA Pierce cauterized and stitched up the wound. They identified another suspicious spot, and sent it for biopsy. The medical assistant was very thorough to ensure they had everything required for the procedure. I'm very pleased to recommend highly Vivida for any dermatological concerns.

I saw sara for the first time today and she made me feel so low and uncomfortable i couldnt wait for the appt to end her med assistant was just lost all she did was stand with her head down never said one word i know she advised sara as to why i was there and she ask me what brings me here and looks at me stupid ask all the questions about my skin she did not do anything i wanted done i made this appt for my rash and to have skin tags froze off that are itching me she never once brought it up the only thing she wanted to do was a biopsy of my skin rash um no lol why what a waste of a copay i waited 2 months to get in i always go to another provider who always takes care of me but they are at a different location far from me so i switched to sara such a waste she really only seems to want to help you if you agree to a biopsy if not then its ok try this..5 stars to front desk

When paying a copay to meet with a specialist, you expect far more than what you get at Vivida. Doctor comes in for less than 5 minutes, does a quick scan, and leaves. Questions are answered tersely and with no follow up instructions. I spent about 10 minutes in the office and more than half of that was updating paperwork. I won't be going back.

This was my first visit to Vivida Dermatology and the first time to meet Dr. Steven Hawks. The receptionist was very professional, polite & friendly. I filled out the paper work and it wasn't long before my name was called. I was shown to the exam room and I told the assistant why I was there. Dr. Hawks came in very soon, I didn't have to wait long at all. I told the doctor why I was there and he promptly treated several spots. He told me what product to buy for some skin tags. As the doctor finished, he told me that he wanted to see me in a year, and I was done. I believe the whole experience was easy, from start to finish, it was under an hour. I'm glad that I have such a nice doctor & office to visit for the care of my skin.

I have been a patient of Vivita Dermatology for over 10 years mainly for basal cell skin cancer. Dr Hawke has identified 3 melanomas this past year, the first 2 were removed in office the third required formal surgery. From the moment I walk into Vivda, meeting the support staff to receiving treatment, and then being discharged from the staff, I cannot recommend another dermatology clinic that gives me the satisfaction and confident to survive the simplest cancers or a melanoma.

I have to say the initial scheduling process was very frustrating and disappointing. I had concerns about several spots that had appeared on my neck and body in the past year as well as more than a few skin tags that needed to be removed. I was turned away the first time I called to make an appointment - honestly, who turns down business?! I waited a month and then tried again...because I had heard good things about this dermatology clinic. SO VERY GLAD I DID.

I was referred to this office in July by my primary doctor to have some vascular nodules and some skin tags removed from my face and a few other things. I called and left messages but couldn't get anyone on the phone so I reached out through a contact form online. The first available appointment was 2 months out in September.

When I went for my appointment, I explained my issues to the nurse. When the PA came in to look at the issues, It was rushed and he missed 3 of the 5 issues which I had to remind him of when he was relaying the prescriptions and procedure needed to the nurse. I wanted to make sure all the nodules would be taken off of my face and he said no, insurance wouldn't cover it.

Unfortunately, I was born with a fairly large port wine stain birthmark on my face so I have a complete understanding of how insurance refuses coverage because they deem things as cosmetic when they really shouldn't. Not complaining about that; it is what it is.

These vascular nodules can be cut or scratched open very easily and are not easy to stop bleeding so I need them taken care of in a timely manner with or without insurance. I think the PA assumed that I couldn't afford to pay for the procedure out of pocket so he made a decision on what to schedule based on that... When I left and went to the counter to schedule the procedure, they said to return in 6 months in April of 2025. I said 6 months? I need to schedule the procedure right away. They said the only sooner opening was November 5th which I took because it was the only choice they gave me.

I call the pharmacy later in the day and they never received any prescriptions. I try to call the office and waited on the phone for 30 to 45 minutes and got pushed to voicemail to leave a message. Crazy. So I finally get someone on the phone the following day to send over the prescription. I get a notice later from the pharmacy that the prescription order came in from the doctor but it was a special order and wouldn't be ready for a few days. I went to pick up the prescriptions and the cost was a lot higher than normal and they handed me a giant bag!?. I never had that issue before. Well, they not only sent the wrong prescription that is 1/10 the strength it should be, they put a 430g tub that is almost 30 times the size of the small 15g tube that I normally get. This 1 tub would last me for the rest of my life and I have 3 refills?!?

I tried to call today to reschedule the November 5th appointment to the following week because I have a conflict with work that just came up. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and got pushed to voicemail again. I left a message with no call back. I remembered they recently sent a mass apology email regarding their phones and said to use the app. So I messaged on their app and they came back with a first available on December 31st with a few late afternoon appointments. I asked for something sooner and no, sorry, that is the first available. With all the doctors and locations they have, they are still over 2 months out. No option to be a stand by for when there is a cancellation.

My perception is this office is a factory conveyor line for people wanting lip fillers and Botox for their crows feet. Not a great experience at all so I would suggest to anyone that has made it this far through my diatribe, please filter and read through their 1-star reviews as most are on point to what is really going on. They have thousands of fake 5-star reviews that are designed to bury their bad reviews.

I can say Dr. Robert Strimling in Summerlin has been the best doctor I have seen. I live close to Boulder City now and Summerlin is no longer convenient but after this experience, I will be making the drive for better care and a friendly staff. I will also be relaying this bad experience to my primary doctor at Boulder City Family Doctors so they think about referring more people here. I lost a little money with the primary office visit but it will be the last they get out of me or my insurance.

I just moved to the area back in April and needed to find a good dermatologist. A neighbor recommended Vivida.
I have been there twice since then and am extremely happy with the service. The doctors and staff are all wonderful. From the beginning to the end of each appointment, they made me feel at ease. They were all very personable.
Had Moh's surgery this morning performed by Dr. Buhalog. The procedure went very smoothly. She made me feel very relaxed throughout the whole time I was there. Super friendly with a great sense of humor.

I had a great experience here with the first provider I met with back in January who was unfortunately not there anymore during my second visit. I truly wish I had not came here again. I came for a few things but one of the reasons was to get a few small skin tags removed on my neck which I developed during and after pregnancy with my first child. Ryan Sittler NP advised that we could freeze one and see how it heals before proceeding with the rest as they could scar, which I do scar pretty easily. Trusting him that he knew what a skin tag looked like, he froze a mole that I've had my entire life that was clearly darker in tone and was obviously a mole. As a supposed expert in dermatology I would have expected him to know the clear difference! If he could not be trusted for a small procedure like this, I would not recommend him or this practice to anyone. Wrong site surgery/procedures are a major liability. When I noticed the wrong site had been frozen and brought it up to the front staff before leaving, they referred me to a medical assistant who wasn't even the one who helped me previously during the appointment. She had bright red hair, false lashes and filled lips (didn't get her name). She was rude and tried to brush off my issue as if it wasn't a big deal. For a medical assistant who cares about how she looks, I would have expected her to have the same compassion for clients. I told her very blatantly that my problem wasn't the healing process of the mole, my problem was the mole was froze off which is not what I came for or consented to. She hurriedly told me to wait in the waiting room, came back and told me the doctor will call me later, which I do not expect. If a surgeon amputated the wrong leg are they going to just tell you, tough luck, leave and the doctor will follow up with you via phone call? No. This was handled very unprofessionally. On top of all this, they never answer their phones and you will have to wait months for an appointment and you could possibly leave with the wrong site and/or procedure done. Do not come here.

Please be aware before going to this establishment. I had an issue with Alexis Buffington and it never got resolved. Management will never call you back or make things right. I was there for my 0815 appointment by 0801 and never got seen until 0845 or so. The doctor was very pleasant and friendly and did an amazing job on my two markings on my head. I would recommend this office except for the wait time as soon as I went up to the front desk they called me to the room.

The initial check-in desk, office nursing , and medical staff are very welcoming upon entering the office and treatment rooms. Dr. B and her staff are outstanding. They are efficient and at the same time very caring. I am very pleased with the serices provided. I had Moes surgery on my ear which was complex taking 3 removals to get everything. Afterward they provided excellant follow up by helping with bandaging until Dr. B stated a 1 month follow up was appropriate.

I made an appointment because I had a bad rash that looked like it was getting infected, off the bat the assistant was rushing me and telling me that the doctor didn’t have enough time to get to all of my concerns. The doctor wasn’t sure why I had a flare up so badly and why it got inflamed and bruised, she just recommended that I use a cream another Dermatologist had already prescribed me. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole experience and they obviously didn’t care they just wanted me to rush through my concerns. It ended being a waste of my time, and I felt neglected as a patient.

Even though I have been to Vivida for awhile, I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Buffington the best. Very knowledgeable, I had told her I had run out of my injector medication a few times and the time it took me to get another from my prior physicians office was rediculous she told no one should be without their medication and gave me a sample injector! I love Vivida Dermatology. They very nice and extremely efficient. The doctor was great at taking care of my concerns and immediately was able to lace my eye lid and remove the foreign object. Then do an optical view of my body for pre cancer scally skin and freeze the areas. Answers all my questions. I left there feeling very happy.

When I started there as a patient, everything was fine. But a couple months ago, they all of a sudden told me they do not accept my insurance. For a long time, they accepted by insurance.And then I kept getting mixed messages from the office staff.. The office ladies could not make up their mind whether they do or they don't communication is terrible. . It's unfortunate that going through the office to make an appointment is an unbelievable task.If only people were trained to communicate with proper medical terminology in a friendly manner... Get in a referral for an appointment was hell...

The Dr was very nice and cordial. He was good with explaining the issue. I however am very unimpressed with the schedule and the amount of time I had to wait to be seen. The lobby was at least 80 degrees, and muggy. I waited in the lobby to be seen for 1 hour. I checked in for my 950 appt and was seen at 1045. This is unacceptable, as I had to reschedule my next appt. Then on checkout...I was told the Drs schedule is not available and to call back in September to book an appt .. let's hope I remember.

NP Ryan is my son’s dermatologist and we have seen him at both the Flamingo and Henderson location. We are impressed and satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism and warm demeanor. He takes time to listen to concerns and educate along the way so that we understand options for treatment. It gives me confidence in him as my son’s provider.

I took a star off because some of the staff at the Henderson location failed to provide a positive customer service experience. The front desk was not friendly, the medical assistant who roomed us was so cold, didn’t make eye contact, and seemed mad the whole visit as she transcribed for Ryan. We were told to schedule a follow up visit in 3 months and the girl at check out was also rude and cold when I asked a clarifying question about scheduling. One of the medical assistants who came in after the visit was quite pleasant but overall it felt like the staff we interacted with were unwelcoming

I was a first time patient. The bar is pretty low here in Las Vegas due to the severe doctor shortage, so my expectations were not extremely high. Vivida is to be commended for a great first experience.. Patients, especially Senior Citizens are always anxious meeting a new medical staff. This staff was ready. Front desk staff was amazing and I was brought back to a room less than five minutes of my scheduled appointment.
The woman (Brandy? So sorry, Senior moment) was actually joyful with a great sense of humor but very serious about what she was doing (and explaining as she went along).
Jeremy Brett followed up immediately (they always say "the doctor will be right in", but we know how that usually goes). Jeremy ticked off all the necessary boxes I needed. Young, attractive, extremely personable and generous with his time. He listened and made continual eye contact (now there's a new concept). He also had a great sense of humor which I appreciate when I'm nervous. He explained the situation, made sure I understood what he had told me, put me at ease and scheduled a follow up. Once you get inside the doctor's office everyone is wonderful. However they do have the worst telephone system in the world. Even the message says that they have fixed their messages and they're sorry that you might be inconvenienced or that you cause you frustration. They have a system where you click a button and they're supposed to keep your space in line they never call you back. You leave a message they never call you back. If you go to the office is the only way you can get any response from these people they're horrible.

Came in for a mole that was painful, the Dr barley looked at it (armpit region) before saying it was nothing and Insurance wouldn't pay for it, so said ok but he wanted to take another mole off that he said would he covered so I figured why not, over 200$ later I shouldn't of let them because of the costs and extra costs because they sent it to an extra lab that I didn't approve it authorize in any way and now have a bill from them too. I also had a secondary issue that the provider didn't listen to what I told him and had made that issue worse. Iv played phone tag with the office manager for two months now and just have opted to go to a different dermatologist and warn anyone I know to avoid this place.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY LIED ABOUT CHARGES & HARASSED ME FOR A PAYMENT THAT THE SURGEON SAID I WOULD NOT NEED TO PAY. My entire experience with this facility was a struggle. I had a painful cyst & had to wait over a month to be evaluated. Then after the doctor checked it out, he said they could surgically remove 2-3 of them at one time because they were so small. I tried to schedule it online with the link they sent me but that system is wack. So I tried to schedule it over the phone, but it is almost impossible to get a hold of a real person to talk to! When I finally did, I told them exactly which site was most important & if they had time they could do another 1 or 2 small ones. But when I got the confirmation message it stated the wrong site & she said they can only do 1 at a time even though the doctor very clearly stated otherwise. I had to email an assistant back & forth over a couple weeks to try to fix the issue & she was still stating incorrect sites even when I had corrected her several times. I had to wait another whole month for the surgery appt & when I showed up the surgeon said I didn't need to have it removed & she would not be charging me for that visit as nothing was done. But then I get messages & texts harassing me for the payment even though she said it was no charge. I paid it, but I am certainly not happy with this place. I want a refund!

This place is all about the money more than a patient's life!!
My husband is a 30 year Veteran referred to this clinic, having allergic reaction from a mediation prescribed by a provider at this clinic. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone was egregious! We went into the office in person, to be told to come back the next day. The next day we arrived for our appointment and still had to wait another 30 mins for them to tell us he couldn't be seen. They also stated he needed another referral due to the expiration of his original referral . My husband is suffering a rash over most of his body due to the new medication. Thankfully, he does not have any breathing or throat swelling issues. We will definitely not advise any Veterans to go to Vivida Dermatology in Henderson.

The PA was very nice. The front desk was very friendly. That is where the positive comments end. I had a blood test taken over 2 weeks ago and still don't have the results. My prescription was sent to a mail order pharmacist to fill a prescription only to find out that the pharmacy has a 1.7 rating! This office should have researched this pharmacy before sending their patients to it. I paid for a prescription that I have yet to receive and from the reviews I am not holding my breath and out $35.00. My daughter went to this office and while she was in the office, the physician told her that they will be following up with MY results of the blood test. Im pretty sure that is a violation of HIPAA. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm very disappointed because this office was referred to me with good reviews.

The doctors are great. If you can get an appointment.
You sit on hold to make an appointment just to be told you have to leave a message and no one returns your call.
The same thing when you call for the nurse with a question and not once but twice you call the nurse and reach 1 in the que and then be told you have to leave a message and they will call you back in 12 -24 hours. Well I am still waiting for a call back from 3/5/25 and 3/7/25. Yes I have been seeing them for years.
So now I have to get a different doctor do to the problems I have.

I've always had a great experience. However, this time was not one of them. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and took longer than usual. The doctor seemed disinterested in the procedure. When I left, they told me the front desk would call me up to check out, and 20 mintues went by before I went up and asked, and they said I didn't need to. Once again, they really didn't seem to care. Wonderful experience. My primary care doctor sent me here with a suspicious looking lesion on my leg. Vivida had me in quickly, I had a biopsy, and back in within a week for surgery on my leg. My husband brought me, and we were told we may be there for several hours.They have a very comfortable waiting room with snacks. I am now cancer free. My wonderful surgeon called me the afternoon after the surgery. I had little pain.

My wife and I have been seen by Steven Hawkes, PA a few times now for minor issues. Although we usually prefer MDs over PAs and NPs, we have confidence in Steve, as he is always personable and has been spot-on capable. His assistant and the office staff at the Horizon Ridge location are equally pleasant, and thus far competent with insurance and scheduling. 1 star deducted for the office telephone system, which never connects to a live person, and can be very frustrating. We usually find it necessary to drive there and make appointments in person.

I have gone to Vivida for a couple years now, and they are the best! No matter which Dr, or N.P. I see, they really know their stuff. I go in for multiple reasons, and I never seem to stump them. Nasslynne was concerned about what I was going thru with my skin and nails and knew exactly what I was experiencing. She knew the exact treatment that I needed to clear up my problem and explained to me what I needed to do. The entire staff are extremely friendly and the office is always very busy. I was referred to Dr Brittany Buhalog and was recently treated by her for skin cancer in a sensitive are around one of my eyes. The process took several hours and as a result my wife and I not only spent time with the doctor, we met her entire team. Very friendly staff. The physician was polite and engaging. I dreaded going to the appointment but was pleasantly surprised as I was made to feel very comfortable. 1st time to a dermatologist and this place was fantastic Jeremy Brett was my Physician and he was fantastic. I got in quickly and not only did they see me and answer my concerns they were able to do the procedure same day to remove the spot from my Face. Can't say enough good things about them. My Son also goes here for his skin condition and they have been fantastic. Thank you everyone.

Arrived for my appointment today and was told that my doc no longer works on Mondays and that my appointment had been cancelled. I said I didn't know about it, and the receptionist argued with me about whether I had been informed. I suggested that if I had been informed, I would have had an alternative appointment and would not have showed up today. I told her that I had not been informed that my appointment had been cancelled. I had planned a vacation around this appointment, and I received one word: "Sorry." I will not be returning. My wife was going to make an appointment, but will not either. It's getting sad how little providers care about their patients.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I was seen by Jeremy Brett, PA-C, who was very personable and professional. Once he had an opportunity to evaluate me, PA-C Brett knew what to prescribe and his comments were very detailed, yet easily understood. First visit after referral from my PCP.
1. Great location. Easy access, close, convenient parking.
2. Didn’t have time after referral to call for an appointment. They called me. Great availability, one week.
3. Large, comfortable waiting room was pretty full. I was about 10 minutes early, filled out paperwork. Four or five patients called in. I waited another 10 minutes and I was in. Really good turn around time.
4. Front office staff friendly, professional, efficient.
5. Medicos were great. Easy to talk to, answered all my questions, took care of procedure very competently, and with sensitivity. Easy to see why they are busy and in demand.
6. Check out smooth. Total elapsed time: 56 minutes.

Personal observation. Lots of past middle age white guys in for treatment. Wear sunscreen, people. You live in Las Vegas.

Great people, well staffed, and a place that's not just trying to get your $$ - actually trying to help you. Tried another place b4 here (with the same name as me) and they were the exact opposite - rude, understaffed and had no clue how to cure me just wanted to sell me on plastic surgery. The best dermatologist office in the Las Vegas area. I had a serious surgical procedure done here and they made it super easy and smooth. Dr. Brittany Buhalog is the best cosmetic surgeon ever. I had a skin condition that I was forced to live with for almost 10 years. Dr. Buhalog turned me into a new man within minutes. Now that I’m all healed up I can truly say that she is the best. All of the staff and dermatologists at all of the Vivida locations are very professional and friendly. Dr. Farley is great and so is Dr. Jameson. They were very concerned and supportive every step of the way. All of them deserve a raise. If you have any skin problems or dermatology issues look no further than this. 💯

This business is so well-run. I waited literally 2 minutes to be called back, and this was towards the end of the day. My annual body check was thorough and super-efficient. In 30 minutes I’d been fully examined, pre-cancer spots zapped off, a biopsy competed on a spot of extra concern, and out the door! This business is super-clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

I had a absolutey great experience all the way through. I came in for my first time as a patient for my appt and filled out some paperwork. After I was done, I was called within 5 minutes. They took me back, the dermatologist saw me super quick, and took care of what I needed done. The girl who gave me the numbing “shot” was so great. I can’t remember her name or the dermatologist’s name either I’m so sorry. But she had black rimmed glasses and dark black hair. I didn’t feel a thing and the doctor was so gentle and quick. I was surprised I was in and out within 30 minutes, even with the procedure. You guys are fabulous! Thank you so much today. The price was also perfect!

Dr Brett was awesome. But the MA, Tanaya, was absolutely delightful! I was nervous and she made me completely feel at ease, and shared a little of her life’s journey with me. Her tenacity is catching! Another MA, Joe, also came in to help with a small procedure and he too was soothing and just a really nice person. That office staff is top notch! A great experience. I only waited 15-20 minutes before I was called back (versus the 1-2 hours at some doctor offices). The office staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. I had my first appointment with Dr. Lin and he was awesome! He was incredibly patient, did not rush the appointment at all and clearly explained every one of his recommendations with research backed evidence. He was one of the most clearly knowledgeable providers I have ever worked with and was overall a very pleasant person. I will definitely return to him for all of my dermatology related questions and feel confident that he will advise me well without trying to sell me on anything unnecessary. Again I came here for the second time. You are welcomed with niceness and caring! Got called back in less then 5 minutes from entering the building and then the assistant was great made me feel like a person not just a patient. Doctor came in and also treated me like an old friend. I wasn’t nervous about my surgery but if I was they would have made me feel so comfortable.
The surgery was so fast and it was pain free.
This place is so friendly I kind of wish I worked there! I jurist felt like one of them.

Hadn’t been to the dermatologist in years - happy to say that I had an amazing experience .
Ryan Sittler was the Dr . I saw and he was incredible . He was very professional yet humorous , very kind and thorough - most of all , he was willing to help .
5 stars are well deserved !
The rest of the staff were also very kind .

While I was waiting in the lobby , there was an older man getting agitated and loud with the one of the front desk girl but she remained calm and professional . He later apologized for being rude .
The lobby also offers complimentary coffee , water and snacks !

I would highly recommend coming to this establishment for your dermatology needs !

Excellent care from Ryan and his assistant once I got into the examination room. I took a star off because the phone system was horrendous. After over an hour on hold and never receiving the promised call back, I had to drive to the office to make an appt. In sum, their online appt function is inoperative, their phone system is broken. But the folks in the office were great.

Yesterday was my first visit to Vivida Dermatology. What a great experience! Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Buffington was absolutely the greatest. She listened to my issues and explained what it was and how she was going to treat it. She wanted to make sure I understood everything she explained to me. Her nurse was so pleasant, understanding and kind.
The office and examination rooms were beautiful. I would recommend this office (in Henderson) to anyone looking for a good dermatologist.

The front desk staff is very polite and professional. Then the Dr assistant that took me to the room was just as polite. And she explained everything to me prior to the Dr entering the room. And she administered the numbing meds and made sure that i was not feeling any pain. Once Dr Jeremy came in, he made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. He explained that I did not have anything to be too concerned about. And that he would be taking a skin sample for tests.
The only issue I had was when I was paying my deductible, my arm started to bleed through the bandage. And so I was taken to a room and treated by another extremely nice medical assistant. He treated my wound and wrapped it with ace wrap and gauze. He was very good and extremely professional.
I was treated very well from the beginning.
I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing treatment for skin related issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Farley and her staff. I went to her office to have a mole removed but started to have a panic attack from a horrible dental appointment earlier in the week. This is a really nice place. With easy access and plenty of parking. It is comfortable and is kept immaculately clean.
The receptionists & assistants are consistently nice and helpful.
Dr. Jeremy Brett is great, he makes you feel at ease and well taken care of.
I have had 8 dermatologists in my life and he is in the top 2 of them.
