Absolutely blown away by the care and professionalism of this office and the staff! Two of our kids began ortho treatment 4 weeks ago here and I've never been more impressed by a dental care business than this one! We did imaging for 3 of our kids that day and the staff here was fantastic in recommending we wait for one to begin braces, and the other two got started the same day! The payment options are extremely reasonable and easy to facilitate and they 100% work with everyone to meet you at your financial ability to make sure treatment can begin and progress smoothly without straining the budget. We have military dental insurance and they worked to apply as much as possible to the total. So, outstanding care at a monthly price point that is comfy as a parent of 6 (3 others who will still likely need treatment too in the future). The staff is all so caring and friendly and funny! The office is always putting on some contest, giveaway, and activities for the kids to keep them excited to come back, just a ton of fun! Don't miss your Webster Bucks at each visit to earn prizes too! So happy with this place, will recommend to EVERYONE. Two big enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Let me start off by saying I love Dr.Webster and his staff! They are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces, you can even hear it in their voices too over the phone! The waiting area is awesome for kids. They have ping pong, foosball, and arcade games for them to play while they wait, which is never really that long, but great if you have to drag along extra kids. They also have a cool incentive for kids to take care of their teeth and braces. They can earn Webster bucks to trade in for cool prizes just by having no broken brackets and flossing and brushing, they can get extra ones too if they wear their Webster orthodontics shirt to their appointments. Dr Webster’s whole office is fantastic! They walk you through the whole process and make sure you know the benefits of braces vs Invisalign and offer great advice on what will work best for each individual. All three of my boys have had work done with them. My youngest had speech issues and Dr Webster worked with us and the speech therapists to address some of the issues with his bite that were affecting his speech. I love that Dr Webster is conservative with treatment and doesn’t push anything on young kids. However we worked with him until my son was old enough and had lost enough baby teeth to start braces. Within 2 weeks of getting the jaw straightened he was out of speech therapy! We have been so happy with the level of care and support we received. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Very poor experience for my daughter today. They were training a brand new girl that had no idea what she was doing. They didn’t even ask if it was okay to use my daughter to train her. A visit that normally takes 5 minutes took 20 minutes. My daughter was in pain with all of the attempts to remove her power train and poking and prodding to add new bands, so much that her gums started bleeding.
This office will play so nice and use gimmicks to suck you in to get your business but then all subsequent visits it’s like you’re just another number. If I had the option to go somewhere else I would.

Getting braces for my first time I was a little nervous. As soon as you walk into the office you feel a great energy from staff members. Everyone is very welcoming and awesome. Had to bring my daughter in for braces and it was the best experience. Before we started coming here, we had several consultations at other orthodontists. Not only did we feel more comfortable, more cared for, and treated like an individual rather than a number, but they were very honest with us. We knew what we were getting into up front with cost and time frames. We knew the pros and cons of each product. And they spent as much time with as we needed to have all our questions answered.

It's a fun office to visit, and my kids are never anxious about going there. They have great staff who are fun and friendly. There are incentives for the kids to take care of their orthodontia. And if something happens in between visits that you need to have fixed, they work with you to get it taken care of as soon as possible.

Dr. Webster & Team know what they are doing. Each visit with both kiddos in braces they handle us with such attentiveness and care. From starting the process to maintaining every six weeks, we are treated very well. The kids love the Webster Wages which they earn for their good oral hygiene and several things, and they can save them up for something inside the prize cabinet. Oh, and can't forget they offer the kiddos slushes too! Very cool! We love Webster Orthodontics!

My daughter just got her braces off today and we could not be happier with the results. Dr. Webster and his team made her feel welcome from day one. She was looking forward to every visit, wearing her T_shirt and getting excited about how many Webster Dollars she'll earn. Everybody in the office is so nice and helpful. Omg! Better service than a Forbes rated fine dining restaurant. I have never been more impressed with staff in my life. From the first phone call to when I left the building everybody made sure I was taken care of. Do not go anywhere else; the equipment is also the most updated of its kind. Webster Orthodontics is amazing! Both kids and my husband all got Invisalign the same day. The doc and staff were so great. Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating.
