From the moment I walked into the office, Theresa and Joe made me feel incredibly welcome. Their friendly and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel like a valued patient. The nurse who took my vitals was also very pleasant and kind, making the entire check-in process comfortable and seamless.

My Nurse Practitioner, Hope Peñalosa, was exceptional. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided thoughtful recommendations for my care. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to providing excellent healthcare.

My regular doctor recently moved out of state, so I was understandably nervous about finding a new provider. I decided to not come back. I was first given an initial appt that was not scheduled until the following week I found out, interactions of patients seems like this office sells treatments in office in the open, wait times are long, they specifically tell you that your copay depends on what you are concerned about, odd. Literally the doctor did not consider my race, age, stress level, weight, gender as a factor to blood pressure. Instead first visit was a rush to be put on a pill instead of creating a plan, also the lab orders were a mess, the doctor did not sign and date my orders, so the MA said I had to go back to the office to get a new one instead of just faxing a filled copy to the place I get my blood drawn. Gas cost too much to miss an appt and more than likely be told to wait a day or two for 1 piece of paper they should've filled out correctly.

In short, this wellness and medical center is a waste of your time and money. I have had a total of 3 appointments. The first appointment they had me wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The second appointment 30 minutes and my final appointment was late by nearly an 1 hour. Every time they seemed to have an excuse ready instead of being honest and doing right by their patients. Interesting how you will either loose your appointment for being late or get charged if you miss an appointment. Yet they do nothing to compensate every time they are late to see you.
Secondly I was told I needed blood work. After the first round of bloodwork the doctor could have told me I wouldn’t be a candidate for the treatment I was hoping for, but no…he sent me for another round. And then had me schedule another appointment to see him instead of again just giving me a call. I truly believe this place has nothing to do with your wellbeing, but the wellbeing of the doctor’s wallet. He can’t give you a call because he can’t charge you a copayment that way.
And finally. When on the third appointment after being incredibly late and literally telling me what I should have heard over the phone on the second appointment…I get up and walk out. And what does the doctor and staff do. They call my wife! Who is a medical emergency contact! When is it ever right to call someone’s spouse just because they walked out on a doctor who clearly doesn’t care or really have the time for their patient’s. They only called because they knew they lost a patient and they lost the insurance and copayments. I know there is probably a gray area of HIPAA that they would use as I said my wife was an emergency contact and used to give medical history to. But you can clearly see the motives behind this doctor. What they did just shows how terrible and disgusting they are as a business.

I love going to this office. The staff is extremely friendly. They are very efficient and return calls quickly. Teresa and Joe are amazing, they are always so helpful as is the rest of the staff. Dr. Weingrow is very compassionate with his patients and never rushes them through their appointments. He is easy to talk to and always sincere and caring when answering questions. I highly recommend this office and give it a ten out of ten.

I absolutely love Weingrow Wellness & Medical Center. Dr Weingrow is always very engaged and spends time answering all my questions 🙄 no matter how bizarre... lol. The whole office staff are super friendly and welcoming which can be completely hard to find these days! They do a wide variety of services too.... a full service Wellness spot! Anything from Primary Care to Medical Weight Loss. And much, much more. And what's best? You don't have to wait months or even weeks to be seen... ever! 🩵

Would like to thank the whole staff!!! Halloween turned out to be a great one , my mom was scrolling on tik tok and happen to see they were helping 10 families , my mom hopped on the phone and gave them a call spoke to joe and turns out we were the 10th family to be blessed... we just want to say thank you to Dr weingrow and the friendly staff.. :))
