As a 31 year old with a terrible absolute dental history I am one of those dentist avoidant as long as possible adults due to my trauma.
I have to say my experience with my 4 year old today completely shattered what i remembered growing up. Beautiful attractive colors, toys and books in the waiting room.
Even have little prizes like a sticky hand available instead of candy 🍭. My son actually said he wanted to do it again! I wish I could come here 😩. Thank you WPD! Now we’ll see how it goes with my 7 year old whose dentist phobia is worse then mine, stay tuned! I’m hopeful .

I took my 3-year-old son for his first dental visit, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very patient with children. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a TV to help keep kids entertained.

The medical staff and doctor were both incredibly helpful and kid-friendly, making my son feel at ease throughout the visit. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience positive for both of us.

Thank you Dr. Sisi for taking such great of my boy! She is caring and knowledgeable and presents all treatment options. She patiently answered all my questions and went over the pros and cons for each one. Her team is great with X-rays and were able to take everything the needed with my 4 year old who is usually not cooperative. My son had a great time and even told me Dr. sisi is his favorite dentist! We had such a wonderful experience at Windmill Pediatric Dentistry and I truly want to give a big shout out to Dr. Sisiley Bao.

My daughter is 7 years old, and Dr. Bao was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with her from the very beginning. Even though the office was very busy on Saturday morning, she never rushed us or made us feel she's too busy to show deep personal interest. She carefully examined every single tooth and actually found a very tiny cavity that other dentists had missed. She cleaned the tooth carefully and placed a small filling right away, which I really appreciated.

What made the visit extra special was how Dr. Bao turned the whole dental appointment into a fun and educational experience for my daughter. She gave the dental tools cute names so kids wouldn't feel scared. For example, the suction tool was called "Mr. Thirsty" because it comes in to drink the water from your mouth. My daughter thought it was hilarious.

During the visit my daughter was watching cartoons on the ceiling and felt completely relaxed. Instead of being nervous, she was actually curious and interested in what was happening. Dr. Bao also patiently showed her how to brush properly, how to floss, and how to take care of her teeth after eating sweets. We both learned a lot during this visit.

By the end of the appointment my daughter was smiling and even said she's excited to come back next time?!!! Something I never expected to hear from anyone after a dental visit LOL.

I'm truly grateful to Dr. Sisiley Bao for giving us such a positive experience. If you are looking for a caring, patient, and very thorough pediatric dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bao at Windmill Pediatric Dentistry.

The best experience for my two kids. We found our dentist!
Edit; first review was after they bribed my child with a stuffed animal for a 5 star review. Second visit was a different story. They had me sign paperwork when I came in stating I would pay more if my child needs “behavior management”I’d pay an additional $220. 1st visit there were no issues aside from the dr trying to force nitrous after telling her no. I feel like the dr was rough with my child because I refused nitrogen again. I told her we only wanted to pull 2 teeth she kept encouraging more in the room until I agreed to do the cap as well. Before being charged I tell the girl that amount is different than the estimate she told me I wouldn’t get an itemized receipt until I paid. Then I was overcharged by $280. I showed her the basic math on a calculator and she left mumbling something. The girl doing it was so nervous it appeared blatant, especially when the dr assistant had to give me the refund. Honestly the assistant is the only person in there I trust with my child. The dr literally tried to tell me I was not allowed to say shot in front of my own child, they call it sleepy juice.

She walked us through steps on how to develop good brushing, eating and floss habits. She also walked us through their process step by step to show how they ease kids into feeling comfortable with the process. Doctor Bailey was so engaged with my child, so she feels comfortable with the tools. Dae was so friendly and made my child comfortable during x-rays. What an amazing dental office! Specializing in pediatrics, my daughter had an amazing experience here that was completely different from her previous office. The inside was so cute and friendly! If you’re looking for a dentist for your kids, you’ve found the perfect office. Dr. Sisi and her staff are absolutely incredible. Took my 2 kids (4yo boy & 2yo girl) and the service & attention they got was amazing.

They took x-rays for both kids, made them feel comfy with the cleaning equipment and spoke in kind tones. They explained to me and my wife how we could brush & gloss their teeth better. And they each got a toy at the end. They were very happy.

The receptionist was very kind & it was easy to schedule a visit and pre-fill their documents to save time. Very clean & vibrant waiting room for the kids. They felt so welcome and warm. All-around great experience and we look forward to coming back in 6 months.

It was my son’s first dental visit, and they made it a friendly and fun experience for him. The staff gave us a tour of the office, which is an open floor and a kid-friendly space. The staff was professional and courteous and explained the whole process to us—their X-ray machine plays Mozart music, making it relaxing for little anxious kids. I highly recommend this place to parents looking for a new pediatric dentist!!!

I really like this place, everyone is so nice and the Doctor will give you all good advises based on your kid’s problem. She won’t add any unnesscicerry treatments on your kids. And tell you all the out of your pocket before the treatments. Highly recommended!

My son saw Dr Sisi after getting recommended by a friend. We had a routine dental cleaning. Once we walked in, there was a play area in the waiting room which my son enjoyed. When we were called in, the consultation room was bright and welcoming and friendly. My son kept climbing on all the colorful soft chairs. We were seen in a private treatment room and she was able to identify that my son needed more careful cleaning as he had gum inflammation and some plaque on his teeth. She was able to answer my and my wife's questions and gave us some recommendations on how to brush his tooth better. I highly recommend Dr Sisi.

We were blown away by Dr Sisi!

As first time parents taking our 1.5 yr old for her first visit, we didn’t know what to expect from a pediatric dentistry so we were a bit nervous, but wow, Windmill Pediatric Dentistry has set the bar really high!! We were able to submit all our paperwork online ahead of time, got a text reminder of the appointment date/time, and when we arrived, the office was beautiful! Everything is brand new and super clean with amazing decorations and toys that made our little one instantly feel comfortable. Dr Sisi sat down to answer any questions first and then explained everything she would be doing during the exam. She also had a special seat just for toddlers and it fit great! The little one understandably did not love getting brushed but the Dr was very patient and made sure we didn’t feel pressured for our daughter to behave perfectly. You can definitely tell she has had mounds of experience treating little ones! We got great notes on how to keep up our daughter’s dental hygiene and we’re looking forward to our next visit! New to Vegas and was finding a pediatric dentist for both my son and daughter for routine checkups. The experience was pleasant. Everyone there was very patience and willing to explain any questions you have. Both Dr. Sisi and the CDA were awesome and very good at comforting kids. My daughter needed to hold my hands while she had a treatment or cleaning before but she doesn’t need it anymore! Highly recommended if you have child who is scared going to dentist.
