This was a follow up appoint after I was discharged from the hospital. All my questions were answered and she game me the results of some test. Like my doctor and assistant. However many continuing problems with making an appointment with Desert Radiology. Insisting the signature is not there. The doctor's name is not there. Intermountain had to REFAX again and make the appointment for me. I'm always caught in the middle and NO ONE takes the initiative to SOLVE THE PROBLEM on either side. Soooooo frustrating.

It was the worst. Post Op visit. Another person discharge paperwork from a different hospital was attached to mine. Dr said I had what that person had. They gave me all the paperwork to take home. I even questioned the Dr about symptoms. After looking at paperwork at home I discovered the mistake. Trying to contact office to get this resolved.

As usual I was greeted warmly by the receptionists. Soon after I completed a brief form, Ashley (PA) took me in and did weight, blood pressure and medication review in a professional manner. When Dr. Tiegler came in, she was all prepared and reviewed my blood exam results. All in all, very pleasant visit again. They are all trained and know how to make their patients feel good. I like Yvonne Saunders-Teigler. As a person but when you go in and see her she does not listen to your lungs she does not listen to your heart she just talks to you. And that to me is not a doctor a doctor is supposed to listen to your heart when you go in listen to your lungs. So I just don't get this at all. This is why I have another primary doctor as well because when I go see the other doctor she actually listens to your heart into your lungs I just let's put a doctor supposed to do.

I saw the doctor for the first time yesterday. I have to admit she is a true doctor! The few people I’ve seen at any Intermountain healthcare center are so cut and dry. I know I took way too much of her time but God it was so nice to have someone to actually talk to. Promise doc much shorter the next time
