If I could leave a worse review, I would.

A year ago, this practice caused significant damage to my teeth, resulting in thousands of dollars in necessary dental care after performing an “aesthetic” procedure that they recommended. After the damage occurred immediately, I attempted to find a resolution to get help reversing the issue and they insinuated I should have recognized the risks. After lots of back and forth I came back and received very minimal care and left with an even worse issue than the first visit.

After so many immediate problems I made one last good faith effort to get help from my “doctor”. The doctor asked me to come back to the practice under the guise of fixing the problem, which was causing significant pain. When I arrived, I was cornered in an office by the doctor and his wife and only “offered” a refund if I would sign a non-disparagement agreement. After I refused, they threatened me with an attorney, which resulted in stress beyond comprehension, and I inevitably decided to let it go. This all happened in less than 48 hours and i’m not even including the volatile language and tactics the doctor and his wife used in the midst of this.

The professionalism here does not exist. If something goes wrong, you will be bullied, gaslit, abused, yelled at, and kicked out.

They also refused to send my dental records to my new dentist and violated enormous laws concerning my HIPAA rights. In the year since, I haven’t had time to deal with it and write this review. I do now. Don’t ever come here.

In all honesty if you have medical through the state they treat you like a nobody, the lady in the little office in the back is very inconsiderate & money hungry, the girls at the check in desk are instructed to treat people based on their insurance & I did not feel like I was welcomed , I felt like I was being judged, & not looked at as a person & felt extremely racial profiled to Poverty.!!!

Customer care here was extremely disappointing. My car wouldn’t start the morning of my appointment, so I called ahead while arranging another ride. I was told I would be charged a $100 missed appointment fee if I couldn’t make it.

I did make it to the appointment and asked if I could only complete the cleaning rather than all of the scheduled procedures that day. I was told I would still be charged for not completing everything.

What really left a negative impression was being told directly, “I don’t care what you have going on, everybody has problems.” I still went through with the procedure, but that is not the level of empathy or professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider.

Policies are one thing. How you communicate with and treat patients is another.

My jaw has been locked shut for 3 days now and I’ve called over 10 places trying to get in for help. Went to the ER and they said I needed to see a specialist. I continued calling around and ended up calling here. They got me in next day and there aren’t words for how wonderful the entire staff is. Dr Atwal was incredibly thorough and explained everything in great detail. I finally felt seen and heard. It’s going to be a long road to recovery, but I have faith ONE DAY my jaw will open fully again with the help of them.

I came to Dr Atwal with a very complex injury to my mouth/jaw I didn’t think there was an hope after he had to extract 3 molars and now another one, I haven’t been able to open my mouth very wide, but for the last few months Dr Atwal has been working with me on jaw mobility and my pain, which was at a high 8-9 daily sometimes over that, today I saw him to get a special device to help my TMJ, he tried something I think was called dry needle and he punctured my jaw in three places, holy Jesus it was an immediate relief, he then asked how my headaches were, and he did something where he put a solution in Q-tips and put them up both of my nostrils I have had major migraines for 3 years since a cement stair fell on my head, I have Botox done every three months and 2.5 seconds after he put them up there I had the best relief from my headaches that I haven’t had even with the Botox for three years, Dr Atwal and his staff truly care about their patients and if he can put up with me he can help anyone, he has helped me beyond any words. If you have TMJ, need any type of dental work and you’re looking for a place where all the employees are nice, caring and knowledgeable and will think outside the box look no further, I will NEVER go anywhere else. Oh and he listens to good music :)

Just have done the Gums Laser Treatment with Dr. Atwal. His in to details, very hands on, paying attention to what exactly your concern and handling the treatment professionally. Ive tried him already twice . At first , his the one who did my Crown in my front teeth 2 years ago and turned very successful that after operation I didn't feel that much pain and Happy with the result. At this time, The Gums Laser Treatment turned very successful as well. During the treatment process ofcourse you will feel the pain but its worth the outcome at the end. I absolutely would recommend anthem Dental. I don’t live in Vegas, here to help my mom who had a stroke. I broke a tooth and they got me right in. I had to have. 4 tooth bridge and the did a fantastic job. My teeth look better than the did before my tooth broke. I have had the same Dentist for over 30 years. The dentist here is excellent and after sitting in the chair for 3 hours, he made sure I wasn’t in pain. I liked him so much , I brought my mother in to have her teeth evaluated. Full Teeth eviction & Temporary Dentures
Initially was gonna give a not 5 star review, but I’m now (lil over 1 year later) I’m finally glad I didn’t. lol I’ll tell you why: the bad only had to do with how long it took To pull my teeth, over twice as long as estimated; the amount of pain I was in and for how long I had to endure it. I guess that’s universal And would’ve sucked equally anywhere? the office staff, were actually Angels I’m pretty sure, and my experience with the dental assistants and front desk ladies was especially top notch. They were all incredibly sweet and helpful and could tell they really cared. I was made as comfortable as possible, and the amount of turnaround time from me finally deciding to pull the trigger on dentures to walking out with them in, was I think record breaking?! I made two appointments only a week apart; took my imprints and recieved scripts to fill, then a week later, went in to get ALL my teeth yanked in the same day (by request) top and bottom, which is something not many Dentists are willing to do in my research. So thank you for that. they Sent me home with a bloody but great looking temporary set of dentures the same day! so I went from a pretty gnarly Snarl that I hadn’t showed anybody in years to my cocky, crooked sparkly white grin within a matter of a week. And like I said, I’m still using the same set over a year later so highly highly recommend them for these aspects alone I would like to personally thank you all for giving me my mouth back. There are no words and for the ladies in the office that day sorry I never got to say thank you. Now the downside just so we keep it honest is actually had to sit in my worst nightmare for 4 1/2 hours, and was rushed out still dripping blood. I was originally quoted two hours, But I guess my teeth were determined to stay and could tell the dentist was just as pissed about this as I was, and it showed, but hey, when things don’t go Our Way,, Who? Among us doesn’t get a lil upset. Especially since in his mind I was a pro bono case? I just wished that they allotted more numbing agent for a procedure like that because I could feel most of it and it had worn off before he was done. So I drove home but prolly not the best idea. to go get my prescribed Tylenol 800.. which wasn’t ready and I was in so much pain I didn’t even pick them up. because the sutures were something out of a horror movie, but despite picking out all of the teeth fragments myself over the next eight months because I was too much of a chicken to ever go back to a dentist again, they did heal well and I didn’t get any dry sockets despite being a smoker, but it was also like an all day job keeping everything clean. But they looked great from day one. Just wasn’t any fun having to learn eating and speaking all over again and not being able to chew well for quite a while like months because it’s painful and a heavy learning experience with a big curve. I’m only saying this because I wish somebody would’ve told me what I was getting myself into looking back now. I probably would’ve saved up to have the permanent dentures and the “posts” and bone grafts done but if anyone is wondering, Just having the teeth ripped out and surviving with only the temporary dentures without bone grafts is possible, but like they will likely tell you: IT IS NOT recommended. I (now) Agree fully. I Wouldn’t recommend being broke and hard headed either. I thank God daily I’m still alive and just like every other hardship my hard head has got me into, he has been there and pulled me through, and somehow kept me looking pretty good too 😎with the help of this dentist that I saw in my nightmares for awhile.

So in conclusion while my experience was a little rough but worth it (now) and their many warnings about needing the expensive gear and grafts That I could not afford; Remain true. .but the job they did for me, was nothing short of a miracle. I no longer feel like dying from the amount of pain my teeth had me in and my smile looks great again. This dentist for the win, thanks again!

I'm a disabled Marine corps veteran going to them for a sleep device when I got there they informed me that I needed a cavity filled and two molars pulled and a deep cleaning but my VA insurance did not cover it so I was getting ready to leave when the very nice people there who treated me very well told me that thank you for my service and because I was a veteran to thank me for my service they were going to do the service for free not to worry about it I've never been treated so nice for being a veteran any place like here highly recommend it to anybody they were kind courteous and explain everything every step of the way highly recommend it to anybody if they come here

The dental assistant slipped and cut a gigantic hole in my girlfriend's tongue. She bled like crazy. Needing so much gauze that it filled up their instrument table. Now.....had the dentist.... or any one for that matter said anything..... this wouldn't have been such a huge deal. However, she was sent home missing a huge hole in her tongue, with absolutely no instructions on how to take care of such a wound. In fact, she was not even informed that such a mishap had even taken place. Do not go here. Lawyers are being contacted.

Dr. Atwal immediately put me at ease. He had excellent bedside manner. Not only was he warm and friendly, he’s also incredibly skilled and efficient. This place is awesome! I hadn’t been to the dentist since I got out of the U.S. Marine Corps 17 years ago and so I was in need of some help.

Dr. Atwal and the Anthem Dental team were on point with diagnosis, care, and treatment planning. Everything was explained to me very clearly every step of the way through the visit and I have every confidence in Dr. Atwal’s judgment and ability. Ten out of ten, I highly recommend.

I also really like the holistic approach they bring to the table, especially when it comes to getting the old mercury fillings out with the SMART method; a way of removing them safely with virtually no exposure to the mercury. They actually care about your health and are there to take care of you. It was a truly refreshing experience.

He gave me back my confidence and self esteem, after so many years of being self conscious and having to try to hide the fact that my teeth were so messed up. I don't usually review places but my experience with anthem dental was very disappointing. The staff was nice and kind BUT the doctor was extremely unprofessional. He had an attitude, didn't explain a single thing to me. Refused and brushed away all my concerns. I left the same way I came out with many questions and concerns. Save your time and search elsewhere.

Great dentist & staff. Everyone here is kind and accommodating. Dr. Atwal has taken care of my teeth and given me a whiter smile. Unlike others, Dr. Atwal really listens to patients. I've struggled with TMJ for several years, other dentists make me a night guard and send me on my way but not Dr. Atwal. He took the time to listen and assess what was causing my pain. He came up with a solution that no other dentist had proposed and, for the first time, I have my natural bite back. I found the right dentist and team for me.

The very first time I went, everyone who worked there was all very nice. The dentist is very gentle considering you don't feel any pain. If you do feel any, he will give another shot. They go out of their way to help and see how much things will be and let you know after seeing what will be left after your coverage is applied. I would like to commend the Staff at Anthem Dental. They are very professional, kind and respectful. I had a procedure done that required several needles in order to numb my gums. I am totally afraid of needles and the Doctor took his time with me, allowed me time to calm down before the procedure. He was SO AMAZING. The Doctor continually asked how I was doing throughout the procedure and talked to me to ease my anxiety. I cannot rave enough about the service that was rendered today. I WILL recommend Anthem Dental on Eastern Ave to ANYONE that is in need of dental work. You will NOT be dissatisfied. I went to get my tooth pulled and I had a very good experience! The doctor is very caring and patient! He talked me through the entire process! Not many people can say "I love my dentist," but that's because those people haven't been here. The whole crew working there from the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Atwal himself are ridiculously friendly, helpful, personable, and attentive. Dr. Atwal and the staff at Anthem Dental are top-of-the-line. I had gone to two other dentists about tooth pain weeks before visiting Anthem and they didn’t explain anything at all! Thank you Dr Atwal and team for making an unpleasant procedure more than bearable and as pleasant an experience as going to the dentist can be. I had to get 2 extractions and 2 implants done and I was very nervous about the procedures. Other doctors had told me that I would have to do it in two visits, thus increasing my anxiety. To my surprise and appreciation Dr Atwal was able to get both extractions and implants done in one visit which was highly convenient and time efficient. Understanding how nervous I was, he and his team made sure I was comfortable and pain free the whole time. My recovery was minimal, with me only having to take Advil for a day or two afterwards. I highly recommend Athem Dental & Implants and Dr Parry Atwal for any dental needs. They are very professional and will take good care of you and your family.

Called and got an appointment the same exact day, within hours I walked into the clean and really nice office, staff was compassionate and well educated, fast moving without rushing me. Pulled my tooth within an hour of being in the office I walked out, with my tooth extraction done and everything was so smoothly ran in the office. Dr. Atwal is so amazing!!!! He took extra care of me when I had a really bad tooth infection and needed 2 root canals on my 2 front teeth. He made sure I was super numb, since the pain was pretty bad from the infection. He was really patient with me, which was appreciated because I was freaking out. The dentist is my worst nightmare but he made it better. He was very understanding and I left with some amazing crowns! They look so beautiful! Theyre the perfect size and shade. They feel exactly like my teeth before they decayed. They do amazing work here. I highly recommend, especially for crowns!
