Love this place! Pam is amazing, and Blaze is great too. I met with them before I gave birth, and they’ve been incredible with my son ever since. They do ask you to arrive 15 minutes early—so an 11:00 appointment means getting there around 10:45—but I’ve never had any issues getting in. Everyone is always polite, all my questions are answered, and I feel like I can reach them anytime I need something. I’m so glad I found this place!

I've only been here once so I hope I don't jinx myself here lol but Ellie was phenomenal. I've never had a pediatrician care as much as her. We've gone to two (due to moving around) and I thought that was just the standard until I came here. Everything they do is so much easier and smarter. The girl at the front desk said she's normally at the warm springs location but she was so lovely. I have VERY BAD social anxiety and I felt so so so calm here. I've never had a doctor look at my baby so thoroughly down to his little buttcrack lol. Ellie has seen our kids multiple times and we are so so lucky to have her

I jinxed myself. She left. Now it's a creepy old dude who really just seems to be there because he's waiting to retire. Searching for a new pediatrician.
He also will give a higher than thou vibe if your husband is not with you.
After 4 visits with him he was finally decent to me so I'll give him ONE more chance.

Doctor Holm, evaluated our kids and referred us to get Xrays for my daughter. He gave us a referral to Simon Med Imaging. When we arrived they told us it was out of network and had to pay 60 dollars. This was the only option we had and had to pay the 60 dollars. In network would have been free.

Our doctors at the Durango location are both amazing and the MAs and front desk staff are all so kind and get us in and out efficiently :) and the doctor at the Warm Springs location did a fabulous job on our son’s circumcision and let us be there for him and explained every step and how to perfectly take care of it. All in all, Bright Futures is just so compassionate and loving to our sweet boy. :)

My daughter was very sick over the weekend and we had decided to take her to our pediatrician Monday morning to get checked without an appointment instead of going to the ER. We also had troubles with contacting the Doctor on call over the weekend. And so we took our chances and drove to the office. Prior to that, I had called the office and we were told that there was only one provider available and that the full day was booked up but Frankie was very kind and understanding that she went out of her way to make sure we were seen that day.. thank you Frankie! This office is not what I had the first impression of. My son had an appt. A week ago for a concerning issue. They said they would put a referral in and if I didnt get it to call back. Well, my son had a wellness check a week later so I waited to see if they would give the referral. Today was the wellness check and no, they said it was sent to the specialist office. I didnt know. I didnt get the referral. Also, she asked for shot record that I've provided before. Dr. Pamela said there was labs requested that I had no idea about. Real nice. Dr. Pamela seems like she doesn't know much. If I need to provide more shot record then why wouldn't the last visit tell me to bring it this visit? My son was upset and that Dr. Didn't make it any better. I will request someone else if they try to give me Pamela again! I Don't like her attitude and the way she asks questions.

Really great offices, we've been coming here for four years so we have met all of the doctors, they are knowledgeable and very personable. I find out I have a rare genetic anomaly in my liver and asked the doctor to test my son for it. They had not heard of it. Within a few days they had called to say they had researched it and consulted with other doctors and they would run the proper tests.

Bright Futures Pediatrics is truly amazing! Their service has been excellent every time, they’re always extremely quick to respond and really make you feel cared for. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and professional.

The only small frustration is that sometimes when you just want a quick call with the local office, you get routed through a 1-800 number first and have to wait for the office to call you back. It’s a little inconvenient, but honestly, it’s a minor issue compared to how great the care and service have been overall.

Additionally, my kids told me, “I don’t want to come to this doctor again.” He instructed us to go to the lab for blood work. When I went to the lab on December 31—about a month after he told us to go—they said no referral had been sent for the blood work. We called the doctor’s office, and the operator informed us that the doctor was not in the office and that we would need to schedule another appointment just to get the referral, as it had not been put in the first time.

Throughout the visit, the doctor had no patience, snatched the phone out of my kid’s hand—literally grabbed it—and was extremely rude to both me and my kids the i recommend not to go here and i will never go there again either

This office has gone down hill. Just a rotating door of pediatricians with no substance. The nurse is a young girl who has been here for a few years and the only reason we like coming here. Everyone else is a 0/10. We'll have to look elsewhere to find a stable pediatrician.

Absolutely awful from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. I couldn’t help but laugh at how I felt like I was in a scene from a movie. 2 kids, multiple diagnoses coming in, looking for a new provider. 15 minutes for both kids to be seen, on a first visit. After a list of diagnoses, not even a single question asked. The way the female doctor spoke to my child about a mental health concern was appalling. The staff was atrociously rude. I will never allow my children to be seen by people who think this is a way to run a physicians office. Children need to understand self care and empathy, and feel like their health is a priority. Bringing your child here is akin to telling them they don’t matter. I am personally ashamed to have trusted the good reviews. Awful. She should have her license stripped. Her oath is not being upheld.

I got an appointment super quickly and was sent reminder texts. The front desk greeted me with kindness and checked me in right away. We were able to go right in and Dr Ellie was so great! She took time to speak to both of my kids and make them feel comfortable and welcome.

It’s extremely hard to find doctors that love their job and most importantly care for their patients. I’ve had pure amazing experiences everytime I come, always making me feel comfortable to ask questions, they never make the appointment seem rushed. Both doctors here are amazing Dr. Chahal and Dr. Ellie, thank you so much. You guys are 35 min away but you guys are worth it.

The doctors are fine but the front desk has me looking for a new pediatrician. Twice in a row they’ve told me I have to reschedule because the date they chose for appointments is ‘too early’ by 2 or 3 days which is highly inconvenient for a working parent. This most recent time they sent me away when I showed up to an appointment I had confirmed that morning, falsely claiming that they left a message about rescheduling on my phone (quoting a message time that was before me calling to confirm) and that they were on the phone with me about rescheduling and insinuating I hung up on them so it justified their actions and attitude. However, I pointed out they called a number not associated to me and that’s probably who hung up on them seeing as I called and confirmed. Employee at desk was very rude to me about the whole situation, sending us away and now husband can’t make next appointment because of their scheduling mistake. Parents have jobs and rescheduling twice in a row last minute and sending us away, on top of that being rude for their mistake, we’ll just find a new doctor as soon as we can.

Was bumped out of my lil girls 830am appt, unforgivingly, 2 hrs because of being 5 min late due to an accident on the hwy. We live 20 miles away. This place is trash. Do not recommend. Very rude receptionist at Centennial Hills location on Fri .mornings

I do NOT recommend coming to this office, we made a last minute appointment that was a sick appointment. Great they could fit us in, but when we got there we were turned away. The front desk person told me they don't accept our insurance, but we had just been to the office in September. We also had an appointment scheduled for next week. No notice or anything that all of a sudden insurances accepted had changed. The front desk attendant wouldn't even call to verify with billing or our insurance that we could be seen and the appointment would be covered. She told me to call and figure it out, or pay cash for the appointment. Super disappointed and frustrated with the office, after we left, I called their billing dept. and got confirmation that my insurance is accepted and we are one of the HMOs still in contract with the office. With a little digging the front desk person could've figured that out, she didn't want to do her job and help us out to have my child seen by the DR. There is alot of miscommunication and misinformation being provided by many parts of this office. Be careful going here, all these employees have varying information and you will be told different things from different people.

Absolutely horrible. The office manager is rude and could care less about mothers going through post partum depression. I will NEVER come back to this office. They scheduled me incorrectly for my daughters well check then proceeded to try and make excuses instead of apologizing. If there was an option to give Negative 10 stars I most definitely would. This is so sad because the NP i was seeing was very kind. The office should consider who they hire in a managing position.
