Dr Anand is an excellent no-nonsence
doctor. She gets right to the point. I like the way she LISTENS to the patient and their concerns. She is responsive to to what meds are necessary to continue patient care and orders them promptly. I look forward to working with this experienced physician.
Thanks Doc.

Had an appointment with doctor Chandni Anand, MD to set up care as a first patient. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. My wait time was not long at all. Doctor Anand was patient and detailed. She listened to my concerns, and we collaborated on a strategy going forward with my health. I appreciate her listening and giving good feedback.

I am switching PCPs after Dr. Anand continued to speak over me and dismiss my health concerns. My "anxiety issue" turns out to be a serious health problem after I self referred to specialists. She spends about 5 minutes per patient and uses AI transcription services that listen to our visits. Don't spend your money or your time here.

I am a Breast Cancer Survivor since 2012. I moved to Nevada a few years ago looking for a PCP and actually waited for Dr. Anand to join Valley Health Physicians. I'm glad I waited for her to join VHP!
Dr. Anand is very "proactive" being that I am a Breast Cancer Survivor, I have Family History of Cancer and other medical issues. Dr. Anand makes sure I have my Blood tests, CT/MRI scans done as needed and I feel by doing this we are able to catch any medical concerns sooner than later.
I am so grateful for Dr. Anand!

I think quit taking a doctor depends on your own medical background which I have your needs from a doctor and your interaction with the doctor. I come from California and the healthcare where I lived in Northern California was so superior. It’s no wonder Nevada is rated one of the worst healthcare systems in the country. You go to see this doctor and she comes across professional, but her follow up is terrible. She was supposed to process medication for me and Three days later, I still have the medication on file which she had approved to process at the time of my visit with her. I’m a former paramedic and medical assistant worked in the emergency room for many years. She is not a good doctor. It’s unfortunate because she lost a few potential patients who are looking for a doctor. There are no good doctors here, though either the bottom of the barrel or brand new and lack the experience to relate to people of all ages.

If you value your life and health, avoid this incompetence and unqualified person and practice at all costs! Wife and I used this practice for many years and never had a problem until we were put with C Anand. Can’t even refer to her as a doctor.

Our last and final visit was long overdue. This visit was to be 30 minutes each annual exams. Mine lasted about 13 minutes and the wife was seen for 7 minutes. We both waited for over half an hour for her. My wife had a biopsy on her breast and was told by SDMI that her dr would give her the results in less than a week. It’s now been a month and C Anand never called and never returned calls regarding the issue. At this appointment she didn’t even want to discuss it. “Oh it’s fine don’t worry about it. Go back in 6 months and get an ultrasound.” Really funny stuff, the office called 2 days later and said that Anand would discuss the biopsy with her at her next appointment OMG which is 4 months away! This must have been in response to the survey we filled out.

This isn’t even the worst of it. My wife has an appointment with Anand every 3 to 4 months for 4 years. At one of these appointments she refers to a kidney doctor. Wife thinks it’s routine only to find out from the nephrologist that she has STAGE 4 kidney failure! Exactly where was Anand during Stage 2 and 3! Currently my wife is completing paperwork to get on the kidney transplant registry. At one of the appointments my wife’s blood pressure was 200 over 85. Anand did nothing! She excused it because my wife said she hadn’t taken her morning medicine yet.

Anand should be sued for her negligence and incompetence! She doesn’t do her job! If you treasure your life run from this practice!

Dr. Anand has excellent bed manners and was thorough. I feel as if I won the Jackpot. I would Highly recommend her to anyone seeking a Primary Dr.

Large, clean waiting room and facilities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. As a new patient, I just wish I could have pre-filled a lot of the paperwork beforehand and submitted online, but it worked out. Dr Anand was kind and listened to my concerns.

Horrible experience. She is rushed, uncompassionate and just doesn't care. Over a month later and never got a call with test results. She doesn't reruen calls and writes lab orders wrong to cause delays. Then she uses her phone to record. So unprofessional and impersonal. What about my privacy??? I would rather Google than see her ever again. Sadly my Dr was booked and now I know why she always has openings. Avoid

Doctor Chandni was highly unprofessional, and I instantly had zero confidence in her abilities when she arrived in the room holding her cell phone out and on, asking if I minded if she recorded our conversation/visit with a chat app. Privacy?? I felt very uncomfortable declining so I agreed to her recording. Is it the doctor's job not to diagnose the patient?? Any doctor that asks to use chat to help diagnose you should not have a medical license. In addition, her assistant snapped at me because the front reception desk did not offer or provide me with a mask since my cold may have been contagious. Not sure how that was my fault. I do not recommend this doctor or her staff. They all need to refresher on how to treat a patient both professionally and empathetically!

I went in as a new patient to establish care as I moved here from out of state and I needed my prescriptions she refuses to prescribe one of my prescriptions at all and I thought ok well at least I can get my other prescription. No, it is the biggest hassle. She won't prescribe the correct dose that my regular pcp in my home state prescribed me for years. Do not seek treatment from this doctor. There is a reason why she has so many appointments in a city where most primary care doctors are booking out for months. Will not be going back even if I'm dying.

I had a FNP at Valley Health Physician Alliance that I was very happy with; sadly she left before my third appointment. I had blood tests to review but was told Valley Health Physician Alliance had no doctor accepting new patients at the clinic near me in West Henderson for several months, but I was referred to Dr. Chandni Anand by Galleria and went there because she had an opening the same day I called. I arrived with my list of six items to discuss: I was told "blood tests are normal except LDL cholesterol." which is obvious because I printed them and I can read. She refused to discuss the possibility of testing for rheumatoid arthritis for long-term pain, she repeated "Your blood tests are normal." The notes she took stated the wrong arm although I was clearly wearing support tape on my left arm, she wrote it was my right arm I was concerned about. A request for a refill prescribed by my previous FP, Dr. Anand said "see a dermatologist"; one medication I have taken for over five years she told me "I won't prescribe that!" "See a neurologist." There was no discussion of this medication and no alternative suggested, refusing again to write me this non-narcotic prescription. She refused to prescribe eye ointment for dry eyes prescribed by my previous doctor and was referred to an ophthalmologist. Being told four of my questions must be addressed by a specialist was very unhelpful. The visit was a waste of my time and hers. I was required by the staff in the office to complete a survey form before leaving the office which was intimidating as I had to wait for her referrals. One was a 50 minute drive away which I declined. I will definitely not return to Dr. Chandi Anand for anything.

After having a serious health condition and my old primary care converted to a medical spa, and in one of my hospital visits, I was recommended to Dr. Anand. At first I was very much at ease, but after I just notice that she only cared when you were in the office. Also, I would advise patients to please be aware of all billing. I found out that I was charge for a visit (when I have insurance). The only reason I found out about this charge was because I saw a specialist that was in network in the facility. After asking questions, nobody was able to answer questions or give me reasons for the charge. Also referrals, don’t even try. I was referred to a specialist, and when I tried to contact their referral office, nobody returns your call or answer the phone. I didn’t ask for other referral and medications. After all this, I just realize it was not a good fit for me.

Dr. Anand is a blessing. She is kind, empathetic and efficient. She answers all my questions, but never "talks down" to me. She tells me in enough detail about why she is prescribing a medication, but never overprescribes.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful , at Valley Health Physician Alliance. ( Henderson , NV )

I recently moved to Las Vegas , from Northern Nevada , where my previous Primary Care Provider ( PCP ) , was always in a big hurry. They scheduled every appointment 10-15 minutes apart from one another , so my visits were rushed and i wasn't able to ask questions. It was very frustrating , to say the least.

However , now , my health is being represented by Valley Health Physician Alliance. My new PCP is Dr. Chandni Anand , MD. She instantly knew what all of my medications were for and was aware of my medical history and knew exactly what I needed and asked me all of the right questions and she showed that she absolutely truly cares about her patience'.
She did not seem rushed and she took time to answer all of my questions and I felt so relieved to have such a wonderful new PCP Dr.

Thank You Soo Much Dr. Anand !

Much appreciation ,

If you are looking for a primary care provider please do your homework and read reviews.

First issue to go over is that an appointment time is not what is traditionally known as one, you may have an 8:00 AM appointment and will be sitting in the waiting room for up to 30 minutes (this has been my experience two times.

Once back the nurse will do general vitals, kudos to them as they have always been pleasant. Once they are done you will be waiting an additional 20 minutes for Dr. Anand to come in and speak with you for 20 minutes about diet and exercise for obesity. Don't bother to ask for alternative medical recommendations even if you already stated you exercise daily and intake less than 1500 calories.

The major issue that I have is that my visit, scheduled as an annual physical, was coded for insurance purposes as an Outpatient procedure in excess of 30 minutes (charges appear to be per 10 minute blocks) and that I received a flu shot. The way it was coded my insurance did not pay anything as it was not a physical and I am on the hook for the full bill as the annual deductible was not met. Furthermore I did not receive any shots of any kind.

Tried to contact the office listed here in Google and the billing number provided on the Las Vegas Medical Group statement, neither number ever picked up and I am still waiting on a call back from either a day later.

To each their own, use this info as you wish.

The best doctors office I experienced from beginning to end! Check in was easy and fast. Then Lia who took my vitals was amazing and super friendly! She listened to me and made it easy to talk to. Then Dr. Anand came in and it was perfect! She also listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable to talk about anything!

If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and listens… Dr. Anand is NOT the one for you. Horrible experience. This kind of doctor is only there to get paid and that’s it. 0/10 do not recommend we will not be going back because of her.

Dr. Anand is by far the worst physician I have ever encountered. She will do anything to avoid providing actual patient care. The only thing that she will do is refer you to an outside specialist or tell you to go to urgent care. If you want to go to the doctor just to be told to go see a different doctor, by all means waste your time with Dr. Anand. I would give her zero stars if I could.

I went in very concerned about my health because I was having some issues with tingling in my hands and feet. I definitely chose the wrong doctor because I really didn't get the feedback and attention to my situation. The doctor didn't seem knowledgeable or interested in really helping me. She just sat there mostly with a clip board. Im not happy at all with the bad service and ridiculous charges for her doing nothing. I had to do all the research to find out what I needed to do to feel better. Horrible doctors at galleria. Never again!!!!

Me and my husband went to see this Dr. for our annual routine check up a few months ago. I verified with our insurance if there will be a copay and i was told that it is covered in full (no copay). After the check up, I even asked the lady at the front desk if we needed to pay anything and I was told no. A few weeks later we got a bill in the mail. I tried calling the Doctor's office but goodluck getting in touch with them. I had to walk in to ask about the bill and I was referred to the billing department. I called billing and was told they will let the Dr. know and that the Dr. has to change the something to fix the issue. Apparently the Dr. did not bill the routine check as a routine check up that is why we were billed. The lab work that we had done was supposed to be fully covered as well if the Dr. billed correctly. Several months later.. No contact from the Dr. or Billing department. And yes, we are still bieng billed. Take note.. My husband was told that he will be receiving a call about his lab work but no one ever called him. There were a lot of red on his lab results. We were told by the front desk that the Dr. probably has not yet read the results. So what if there is something wrong that is showing on the lab results.. We would never know. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.
