Excellent experience at CPAP Store Las Vegas! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right setup rather than just selling me something.
I came in looking at different mask options, and they helped me with the Philips DreamWear. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain the differences and help me find something that fit my needs. The DreamWear’s under-the-nose design and top-of-the-head hose connection give me much more freedom to move around while sleeping, which was exactly what I was looking for. (Philips USA)
Great customer service and a much better experience than trying to figure all of this out online. If you use a CPAP and want knowledgeable, hands-on help finding the right mask or equipment, I highly recommend CPAP Store Las Vegas. Five stars!

This is my first visit here and I am absolutely blown away—- The service is impeccable! They are very friendly, professional and caring!! They answered all of my questions and gave me such good info on products, etc. They have a very large supply and variety of everything you need for respiratory needs as well as my favorite herbs and other items!!!! so I got there 1st time, one of the ladies assisted me, everything was ok, she helped me but what I didn't like is that she didn't give me pricing on things , I think all or most of the stuff (excluding CPAP and bigger equipment) has no pricing listed. I got mostly small stuff there and I kept asking her for the prices and she kept pretending not to hear me untill we finally got to the register and the bill came out to almost $100. This place is very expensive, I really felt like I could've gotten all that small stuff for about $50 online with shipping. The lady did help me but I felt she was being secretive with the pricing. Then they say you get 5 dollars off if u rate them online.
I won't be coming here anymore , felt kindve rushed , this experience felt hushed untill the register starts sky rocketing the total... and get this... she didn't even give me a receipt, I had to go fetch it in my email.

Yes, I worked with Scott and he did a fabulous job adjusting my older machine got my settings, straight and my nose I’ve I’ve had drainage in my nose and he’s adjusted the humidity for me. Explained a lot of details that I never knew my doctor. Nobody ever told me highly recommend recommending.
