Dr Betsy Palal is a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor. She genuinely cares and my health has improved since I have been coming to her. I have been her patient for almost 4 years.
She has an assistant named Shawn that has always returned my calls promptly and answered any questions that I have. Recently, he helped me step by step to see if I was qualified for the glp1 bridge program, which I did not qualify but he thoroughly checked and got answers back to me promptly

Useless office staff. Nobody does their job. Halfway through the year and I’ve yet to see my doctor because she canceled on me back in February. Wasn’t able to get another appointment until late June. Then they forget to send in my lab order so I wait for an hour at Quest Diagnostics for no reason. Been up since 3 AM fasting for no reason. These people love wasting everyone’s time.

As a first-time patient I expected she would at least document my history. She did not. Because of this, my insurance will not cover the insulin that I am not allergic to. Had she bothered to review my labs, she would have addressed the fact that my Synthroid dosage is too high. She did not even bother to check my diabetic feet, and did not check for any indicators nor order any testing after I reported the possibility of peripheral arterial disease as advised by my last endocrinologist. As a registered nurse and a diabetic of 46 years, I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience thus far.

I have been seeing Dr. Palal for nearly 10 years. I have issues that require a certain level of care & attention. She has giving me both. It’s so hard to find a caring loving Dr in this town. She genuinely cares about her work, about her patients and their outcomes no matter what she’s going through. She’s a doctor that is healthy. Unlike a lot of doctors that aren’t. Yet, they are there treating you for something they honestly need to be treating themselves for. Her bedside manner is from a divine place that radiates the energy of peace and love. Her presence is irreplaceable. I soon will be leaving from her care. I’m so saddened by this. For there are only a handful of doctors I have that really have made a lasting impression on me and my heart. She has made both. I thank her and trust her to take care of my daughter that now she’s her. I truly appreciate all you have done for Dr. Palal. You truly are irreplaceable and the best endocrinologist I have ever had in my 47 years of living . Kamilah-Daniel

Lazy and not interested in figuring stuff out. She's unable to think beyond the endocrine system. I question her commitment to continuing education.

I'm quite irate at the moment! Dr Palal has alleged & evidently billed my insurance for treatment & a prescription for me ( or at least in my name) & I have NEVER met this woman!
I am only now made aware of it by having pulled a Milliman report & her name & alleged treatment of me for conditions I do NOT have are on it! I shall be reporting her for FRAUD!

Dr. Palal does not listen or care about her patients. She is all about money and how much she gets from the pharmaceutical company. Especially medication that destroys the body. Dr. PALAL has put me on meds that I have a severe reaction to and her assistant are forcing me to stay on it, even the side effects of the meds cause palpitations, and death symptoms.
I told her what I was feeling on these meds and how radiation therapy was an option. She and her assistant told me pretty much to go to hell, and there are no other options. I asked about lowering the dosage. SHE SAID NO.
Which is not true. I asked if I come In to talk to her, she ans her assistant said no.
She is willing to let me die then to do anything else. She is violating her own medical oath. What kind of doctor is she. I think because I am black she is denying me correct healthcare.
I wonder if I was another nationality would my voice be more heard.
I think Dr. Palal is prejudiced because even during the original evaluation, she stood more than 10 feet away, and with the examination she didn't want to touch me and barely did. She examined me like I had leprosy. Which made me feel she didn't want to touch a black person. I felt little hurt.
She really didn't listen to my concerns and she is not now. Sometimes doctors work for so long that they become desensitized. Well, Dr. PALAL is one. She would not even allow me to come in to talk other options. She didn't even ask me if I was experiencing any symptoms. What doctor doesn't ask that? I kept telling her assistant that I was experiencing really bad symptoms on this meds. I stopped taking it. I upset her staff makes me feel she doesn't care. There is always other options.

Great Doctor. Caring, listens, pays attention. Put me on the right track after a bad first endocrinologist. Efficient staff, busy. Hard to get an appointment if you have to reschedule.
