I have been a patient for more than 10+ years. Doctor Williams P Jack is dedicated and a well educated specialist. He has always treated me with respect and is very knowledgeable of my health issues. He controlled my diabetes tipe 2 and reduce it as pre diabetic, he is a very busy person sometimes you got to be patient for the higher volume of patients seeking for his attention and knowledge, i just want to say thank you dr Williams jacks. No regrets always grateful to have you as my primary physician.

Dr Jackson and his doctors, LPNs and nurse practitioners are great. However the front desk is rude unprofessional and a little racist. I did not get a hello, good afternoon, or how are you doing. Instead got women sitting at the front with their heads down. I didn't get any acknowledgement from noone. As I was sitting there and waiting to be called up to the counter, other people went in front of me that were Hispanic and were greeted with a smile and words, however I'm not Hispanic so all I got was have a seat. The young lady called around all the old insurances that were on file and call me to the front desk to tell me.When got called to the desk i had no insurance. Told i had a new job had she acknowledged me when i first came in I would have told her that. I also was told today that I had a $60 copay and in fact my insurance told me that I did not have a copay due to the fact of the level tier of the doctor and He is my PCP. I went to this doctor for the past 3 years and throughout the past 3 years the front desk has gotten worse my son went there to get his ears cleaned they forgot about us in the back room and then told us that they couldn't clean his ears and he had to come back to get them done I don't think I would refer anyone to this doctor due to the fact of the front desk service.

Every woman in my family has gone to dr jacks and somehow the root cause of our medical issues were all the same. Knee hurts? Overwieght. Pcos? Overweight. Stomach hurts? Overweight. He blames it all on being overweight! Never did he do any blood work or anything. He has no sympathy, and absolutely no bedside manner.

Came to N LV 6 + years ago with many health issues and no doctors. Found Dr Jacks. Saw him as a primary care and from there, was referred to the specialists I needed. I think he is a great MD in every way. He has a great exam room manner, takes time to listen to the issues and makes a good diagnosis. Would recommend him to anyone!!!

Doctors are nice. I wish the staff was a little more engaged, compassionate, and made more of an effort to receive my circumstances. I did my best to stress how much I needed with my illness, and that I needed all my lab work done today. They really dragged their feet, and I missed my chance to do the rest of my labwork until next week. I have to cancel all my travel and work plans now. More lost work hours I didn't need to lose. Extremely inconvenient. I was in pretty clear physical and mental distress the whole visit, and they really didn't care. I don't think that's right. I just wish they didn't assume my availability. I find it disrespectful.

My spouse is treated by Dr. Jacks. the biggest issue is the staff especially the front. They are very rude, not welcoming at all. Each time I call all I hear is the recording leave a message and they don't even respond in a timely manner. I've waited up to a couple of days for them to call me back, but let there be a copay an the quick to collect that. The last visit my spouse waited in the exam room for over an hour no one even came to check in with him. They completely forgot they put him in the room (because the MA was coming in with another patient ) She was surprised that he was still there. There has to be better communication than this.

Terrible doctor, what more can I say? I normally never speak ill about healthcare workers but William Jacks is someone I use as an example of everything I DO NOT want in a physician and I will voice that. I saw this physician years ago and I will never forget how I was treated. He refused to acknowledge any of the issues I was having and completely ignored everything. I told him I have pcos per another doctor and he pretty much said no I didn’t, without even confirming anything or asking any questions. I have a birth defect and pushed for a referral but was referred to a doctor that had NO experience with this condition. Every other concerned about my health was just brushed off by dr jacks, but then confirmed by my second physician where I received care and a treatment plan. I’m not sure if this man thought I was making this up but this is not how you treat your patients. I hope for the sake of his patients he’s changed and taken a compassion/empathy course as well as returning back to medical school to better understand peoples conditions. I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend this place at all if you’d like to actually make progress in your health journey.

Dr. Jacks is wonderful. He explains my husband's issues very thoroughly. His "bedside manner" is great. He speaks to my husband on a personal level before he gets down to the business of medical. It is so important to me to feel comfortable with my husband's doctor. I know he has a lot of patients but still addresses all of our concerns,etc, until he knows we are understanding the subject at hand. I adore him.

I’ve been waiting for a biopsy report for over 1 week. My results have been sitting at the office all this time and not one person has let me know my results. I finally called Desert Radiology for my results. Don't wait for your Physician, you could be dead by the time they let you know.
I've had numerous complaints about this office. It's terrible and those stairs are huge safety concern. Get it together people!

My parents have came to Dr. jacks for many years, I love the providers. But the staff is awful no smiles from the front desk, I work in the health field so I expect to be tread the way I would like the patients to come back.But we are not all the same, every single time I go there’s always a problem with the front staff the MAs in the back are always friendly. But lord the receptionists that are front face of the clinic really need more customer service. The manager Yadira is as well not help full remember they are the patients and need to be more respect. The front desk ladies are always so rude and never willing to help their patients. I also work in healthcare and same hours so I scheduled a FaceTime call so I wouldn’t lose a day of work. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and they called me at 9:30 while I was in the middle of a procedure. I called back 2 mins after and was on hold for 30 mins. The office then calls me back after my scheduled app time if I still wanted to talk dr. I had patients to see and had no time for these waits. Super inconvenient and unprofessional.

Moved from out of state months ago and had to get a new doctor. Assumptions were made about my history, and I called for a follow up to change the appt and the lady I spoke with said they'll call me back without taking my name or anything and then hung up on me and haven't heard back...I had an amazing doctor and staff for five years, so the office is making a bad impression. This office is very poorly run. From the way they answer their phone - they simply say hello rather than indicate they are a doctors office - to the complete lack of communication. Recently released from the hospital, I've had missed virtual appointments where they don't call me back. I've been told to come into the office when in fact the appointment was virtual. I've had four contacts now with this office and non have been positive. I was recently told I as required to another copay for a followup appointment the discuss lab results, yet my initial contact that I payed a copay was simply to get them to request a lab test. I declined to pay and asked for my results to be sent to me instead. They sent me a link to my results that do not include my results. Writing this while i wait yet again on hold to try to talk to someone who can enter my results into the link I was sent.

Dr Jacks - get your act together. This office is terrible and if you are a good doctor I would never know, as I've never once been able to see you or talk to you. Ill be finding a new doctor.

Liz says sign in on sheet were waiting were waiting and everyone came after us are being called, so I approach the counter explaining what happened I was told I signed wrong papers I said well liz told me too. The location is very outdated ran down and disgusting. Going into the doctors office itself there was no AC walls were disgusting facility was not clean the girls behind the counter are very rude and were literally bad mouthing me to each other in Spanish thinking I would not understand what they were saying. I grew up with Spanish being my second language.. said that they couldn’t do walk-in appointments when I clearly had an appointment and was confirmed by their office after I had proof of my confirmation call that’s when all of a sudden they found my information at that point I was extremely turned off by everything and literally left please do not go to this location if you honor yourself. This office needs to be shut down at the most or deep cleaned by professionals and re staffed.

Dr. Jacks is the BEST doctor I have ever seen. My husband and I have been going to him over a decade. I would not go to another doctor. He is always in a great mood and always cares about your concerns. He listens to you and gives his professional opinion. He does not treat you like a number, which means he takes the time with you in the room. I would rather have a doctor who cares about what is going on then watching his watch to make sure his appointment our on time. Worst experience ever! The ac was broken in the room and I waited 3 hours for the PA to come in and when she finally walked in she do not introduce herself. After spending 5 minutes with me she tells me she is going to refer me with a specialist because she does not want treat my condition and I also told her that specialist is not covered under my insurance but she still send the referral, after telling me she cannot treat me for my condition she tells me she wants me to return in 2 weeks with lab results. What a joke! What a waste of time!
Come to find out the specialist she send me to is not covered by my insurance, just like I told her.

I been here 3 hrs and haven't been callled they told me to wait 2 hrs and I did, and asked them how long more is going to take they told me we have to take appointments first they should of told me that from the get go that way I wouldn't waited and that way I would rather gone to quick care .....:( :( disappointed . I guess I have to keep waiting god knows how long more is going to take ;(

Something incredible happened. This Doctor called my phone to make things right!

Highly recommended. I thought all doctors were the same he proves it otherwise. If you want to get better he's the Dr. To see. Thanks for caring Dr. Jacks.

Dr Jacks is the best doctor we have ever had. For over 10 years it's been our privilege to have Dr Jacks care for us. He is so smart, kind and generous with his time. And he has a great staff too. Yes, you may have to wait an hour or so, but once you are in with him, he is completely focused on your needs and will not rush you. To make it easier for both of us, I make a list of questions so I don't forget anything. So, grab a magazine and/or charge up your phone, it's worth the wait and just enjoy a little quite time to yourself. As far as walk-in's getting head of you, many times there is technician doing an EKG or other tests in the back offices. No one is treated unfairly.

I did not like the staff and the way i was treated. I had a 11am appointment was at least 40 mins early. Walk ins came in and they were seen first. Im not mexican enough to be seen. So i left before being seen. I wasnt going to wait till 2pm. Im fileing a descrimination lawsuit. Have a nice day.
This is his wife, I made my husbands appointment a month in advance. My husband has more things wrong with him then a stupid headache. One of the walk in was a 23yr old saying he had a headache, he just didn't want to work unlike my husband who does but can't work. Sorry excuse for staff.
