Dr. Yee was my dentist today. Andy took X-rays and Natalie was my hygienist. Dr. Yee is very thorough when he examines you. He found a crack in a top premolar. Showed me photo for proof. And now I have appointment for a crown on that tooth. Everyone who works at Durango Dental is very nice and competent. Natalie is a great hygienist. My teeth always feel good after her cleanings.

I had the best experience when I had to have one of my wisdom teeth removed. Dental work is never fun or easy. Durango Dental Group makes the experience as compassionate and professional as possible. From the front desk to oral surgeons- everyone is on their game! I have had cleaning, root canals and crowns- a recent extraction too. The oral surgeon proactively sent my prescriptions (antibiotic, pain killers and rinse) the day BEFORE the procedure so I was set after. I cannot recommend this kind, professional group enough.

Been coming here for over 10 years, started with Dr Masaki who is amazing, and have been with Dr Huang the past few years who is just as great. They take the time to ask questions, the hygenists make you feel comfortable, and never pressure you into anything you aren't sure about. They are prompt and you are out the door in 30 minutes for a normal cleaning which includes meeting with the dentist. Luckily, I have only had to get a few fillings over the past decade.

The front office: Jamae and Lyric were attentive and friendly. Jorja, my hygienist, was outstanding. I would follow her to any office. She was that good. I have a horrible gag reflex and her technique and patience has lowered my level of stress when it comes to taking x-rays. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely has a gift at being a hygienist. Finally, Dr. Kwok. Very personable, patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Honest and upfront with information concerning the health of my teeth. Dr. Kwok and Jorja both had a very gently touch when working on my teeth. I would definitely recommend this office. Durango Dental is the best dental office in Las Vegas. I have been coming here for over a decade and they are always there for me when I need them. With all the changes Iβve had with my teeth over the years. Theyβve always been fair to find the best solution for me.
Even when I moved to the other side of town, I tried going to another dental office and they totally screwed up one of my crowns. Dr. Masaki even fixed other peopleβs mistakes.
I drive 45 minutes because I know itβs worth the peace of mind knowing I will be taking care of.
Also, the staff is one of the friendliest staffs around and is very professional in finding solutions with scheduling. I am very thankful that I found their dental office. Whether it was getting my wisdom teeth, pulled doing routine cleaning or getting a root canal. I have always had an amazing experience!

Seriously everyone here is "for real" nice. They really listen to your problems and figure out what is going on. I had a crack in one tooth that they fixed, and a few weeks later I had pain in my jaw and teeth and what felt like a chipped tooth. (Does your tongue π
find the tiniest thing to constantly worry over in your mouth too??) Well they did an exam, took xrays and figured it out and fixed my problem. Doc even buffed my little chip away, I didn't need a big procedure that was going to cost me big $$$, and now my tongue is happy to stay put. π
Come over here and get your dental procedures done. You'll have fun because all the dentists are great conversationalists, and you'll leave happy and smiling.

The dr diagnosed me with early periodontal disease and recommended a deep clean which entailed numbing and laser bacterial cleaning. After checking with my insurance it was going to cost $700. Itβs out of my budget so I declined the deep cleaning and said letβs just do the regular cleaning that is covered by my insurance. The Dr declined the request. She refused to do the cleaning covered by my insurance. So I have wasted all of this time and energy for nothing. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the DA that did my x rays was really sweet and gental and Ryan at the front desk emailed me my X-rays so I can take them somewhere else. Iβm so upset that I was denied a basic cleaning.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Upon first arrival, being greeted and checked in by Adriana is always a pleasant experience.
Super nice, informative and always willing to answer every question I have, Dr. Kwok is who I see whenever I have a toothache. She assess my teeth and helps me with a βnext moveβ game plan and explains clearly what all my options are. And since my teeth have long roots, when I need an extraction, my next visit is to see the oral surgeon, Dr. Kim.
Now, let me tell you, Dr. Kim has the patience of a Saint! And wow, he is good! I wasnβt sure if I was going to make it through but, he gave me the time that I needed to recalibrate myself and, as my mother would say, get the show on the road!
While I was gathering my strength to go forward with this latest appointment, Adriana came back to check on me to see if there was anything I needed and that was just the sweetest, most compassionate thing Iβve ever experienced during a dental visit.

Iβm so glad I found this place, everyone Iβve interacted with from the doctors to the front desk staff has been amazing, so kind and empathetic. Everyone from reception to the assistants to the dentist themselves made me feel so comfortable, and they were all so friendly. Tooth injuries, teeth grinding, teeth whitening, cleanings, exams, referrals out for braces/root canalsβ¦all the things! And pays attention to detail. Very professional. We moved 8 miles away , looked for another provider but nothing compares to this place because of the staff. Theyβre open Saturdays and Sundays.I highly recommend this place! The Xray tech Vanessa is awesome! I felt very comfortable during the Xray , usually it is the hardest part where your mouth gets hurt and have a hard time biting the stuff. Vanessa made it easy sheβs the best! Dr Huang discussed options based on my goal and sheβs nothing short of amazing. We recommended this to our family and friends.
